• ирина (10/5): - Это лучшие апартаменты в моей жизни, а я много путешествую ) Чистота идеальная , дизайн, удобства, близость к вокзалу-минут 7 пешком, для тех, кому важно, были даже круассаны, молоко, гранола , кофе-это было неожиданно и очень приятно, большая площадь апартаментов -это отдельный разговор, такое не часто увидишь, не хотелось бы не снять эти апартаменты из-за хорошей рекламы, но я буду стараться в следующий раз заселиться именно сюда. Даже настольные игры были, не факт, что они вам понадобятся-но сам факт внимания к деталям-это особый уровень. Идеально, я Милан полюбила еще больше из-за этих апартаментов) И самое главное, после долгих прогулок , экскурсий и тд хотелось вернуться домой , сюда ) Выселение до 10 было очень сложным и физически, и с точки зрения хранения багажа, так как вылет у нас был после 18, если это исправить-будет еще лучше

• Wing (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, very close to Milan's Central Station. The shower drain, drains very slowly. The moment I turn on the shower, two minutes later, the shower floor is filled with water. To be fair, this seems to be an issue for many of the apartments I've stayed at.
• Valento (10/5): Wonderful, loved it - We had a great time at this property—no complaints at all. It’s a beautiful place. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. Breakfast provided was very basic - all snacks. But that’s ok as we managed to make our own. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it! Nothing
• Kim (7/5): Spacious and convenient, great location - Spacious, clean, easy to find, convenient to the train station in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to metro, tram, etc to get to centre of town (15-20 min). Bed was relatively comfortable—on the soft side. Air conditioning worked well. I enjoyed the bidet! Lots of hooks to hang things on. Owner was easy to communicate with: she’s upstairs at the music school during the day so I was able to leave my luggage with her after check out. I didn’t try cooking there, but I didn’t see any knives or vegetable peelers.

• Bincy (10/5): A perfect end to our Italy holidays - Cristina was helpful with tips to see around and smooth check-in process. The place was clean and well maintained and had all utensils, toiletries, and board games. It was a nice touch since we were with a baby. I liked the double height ceiling in the room and shower, which makes the room look grandeur.
• Maureen (9/5): Cute gem by Milano Centrale - Perfect location within 5 mins walk to Centrale, metro, tram, a computer available for use, thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay (breakfast items, snacks, welcome note, great directions to the place). Nespresso machine, kettle and tea assortment were nice. Clean linen and enough towels. The host was very responsive, courteous and available for questions at all times. The shared courtyard outside the door is used as a smoking area by some people, so it prevented us from opening window to get some fresh air during the day time
• Keri (9/5): Great location and value for a short stay in Milan - The Lorianna Rock House is very conveniently located in Milan, just a few minutes from Milano Centrale. It's very comfortable, spacious, and quiet (especially given its proximity to the train station). We had to wait almost an hour for the check-in even though we stated that we'd arrive at 3pm, the room wasn't ready until almost 4pm.

• Natalia (10/5): Lorianna Rock House and Milano is a great place to spend the holiday. - This place is amazing! You can feel the unique atmosphere from the moment you enter. The apartment is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. It is located very close to Central Station, providing a fantastic opportunity for sightseeing. They offer a typical Italian breakfast and great coffee in the morning, and you can eat whenever you want. We spent a few days here celebrating my best friend's 40th birthday, and the room was specially prepared for this occasion. There were balloons, a card, and a cake with candles! I have never received such wonderful care from the owners. Nothing:)

• Faye (10/5): Fantastic - will definitely return! - Excellent Location - close to central train station which was perfect with suitcases and was provided very clear instructions sent for check-in and collecting keys. Apartment is perfect - has a private bathroom, 1 bed and sofa bed, plenty of storage, new & modern facilities, coffee machine with capsules, plenty of tea/sugar etc. and the fridge is full of bread, meats, cheese, butter, water etc. and croissants and snacks are also supplied. Couldn't have asked for more. Very thoughtful host who has thought of everything needed from a hair dryer to toiletries to food & drinks to even giving a birthday card and mini cake on my partners birthday without me even asking for any plans! One of the best apartments I've ever booked and will love to return to :-) There was a slight problem with the water pressure and heat one morning but this was resolved so quickly and our host couldn't have been more apologetic. It was just one of those things that couldn't be helped so I wouldn't say this was a major problem because of how little it affected us
