• Rojas (8/5): - It is brand new, everything very clean and the staff super attentive. The terrace has a cool breeze and a great view of the city center and the surrounding mountains. The entrance and the neighborhood of the hotel are not the best.

• Oscarjames (10/5): Wonderful Location with many good food, Very good price per night, Strong wifi & Good A/C. - Many good restaurants around this hotel for lunch, and dinner within 200 meters. Inside the Room: Strong Wifi with a individual Wifi Extender inside the room. Good Air Condition, Hot water for shower in the bathroom, security gate on each room.

• Rod (5/5): Moderately Good experience to Unpleasant - The breakfast was good and the location is good if you like Seafood and Fish. The 2nd night of my stay my room had no water. The employee brought me a bucket of water to use for brushing my teeth and I don't know what. This was The Evening Employee is not very courteous and acts like sweeping the floor is more important than attending to the customers. When I tried leaving the Hotel I had to tell her 2 times to unlock the door to allow me to leave. I also asked her for clothes I had her wash a few times.

• Valentin (8/5): Fine place - The place was clean and the view at the top was great. Breakfast was fine. Didn't like that I had to wait for someone to get inside the hotel, but I understand it must be for security purpose. There was no hot water, just slightly warm. A sign at the street entrance would be the minimum for people to find it.
• Tracy (8/5): Very good - Beautiful facility, however I think there was a problem with the municipal water supply the day I was there. No water at all available. Employees did what they could to accommodate. Again, I don't think this is a problem with the hotel. Just bad timing with the city.

• Steve (9/5): I stayed only one night, as planned, but I would certainly go back. - Wonderful attention, friendly staff, impeccably clean. The hotel exists on the third to the fifth floor. Very difficult to find with no street level existence.
