• Isabela (9/5): Good stay, good price, good location - Super nice apartment, loved the bathroom and towel dryer/ heater. But noisy but to be Expected given the Location.
• Tobias (7/5): Wir haben Die Zeit in Madrid sehr genossen , die Unterkunft hat uns Madrid etwas näher gebracht . - Die Lage ist sehr gut , 15 min in die Innenstadt zu Fuß und die U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 min entfernt . Die Fliesen sind leider etliche locker und schon gesprungen, schon etwas gefährlich wenn man barfuß laufen möchte , die Lautstärke vom verkehrt . Nimmt man aber in Kauf für die Lage.

• Sprovieri (5/5): - La posizione assolutamente perfetta, la metro sotto casa, l’arredamento moderno Le finestre assolutamente da cambiare non riuscivamo a dormire dal freddo che entrava, le scale dell’edificio terribili, la puzza che usciva dal bagno in alcuni orari della giornata
• entel (7/5): bene ma non benissimo - la posizione le mattonelle rotte del pavimento le finestre molto vecchie che non insonorizzano le camere e si sentiva tutto il rumore della strada ed entrava anche l aria fredda il fatto che mancasse lo scottex il sale e le cose principali per cucinare mancanza del freezer e pochi asciugamani
• Martin (8/5): Super Lage, laute Straße - Super Lage, sauber und angenehm geschnitten Einfachverglaste Fenster an einer sehr verkehrsreichen Straße. Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf könnten Probleme haben zu schlafen
• Gintarė (7/5): - Vieta gera, iškart yra stotelės viešojo transporto, tad susisiekimas labai geras. Butukas nėra didelis, bet dviem poroms pilnai vietos užteko. Labai trūko virtuvėje indų. Elementarios mentelės keptuvei nėra. Personalas per booking sistemą nieko neatrašo, komunikacija labai silpna.

• Mireille (3/5): Appartement bien situé mais deux fenêtres sont à changer côté rue - Très bon emplacement, à deux pas des commerces et des lieux à visiter. Le musée Banksy est juste à côté. Tout peut se visiter à une vingtaine de minutes de marche. Les chambres sont affreusement bruyantes car les fenêtres n'ont pas de double vitrage. Comment cela est-il possible à notre époque alors que l'appartement est situé au dessus d'un carrefour à forte circulation? Nous avons été obligés de dormir dans le salon pour ne pas entendre les bruits incessants des sirènes et moteurs vrombissants de la ville.
• Nikolay (9/5): - It was nice and clean. Location is excellent - metro station and bus stop is 10 meters from the property. Also it is close to the city Center on a walking distance 10-20 minutes from Plaza Major. Additionally, close to the properly is located supermarket Dia and some restaurants which was perfect. The view from the property is very nice. It a little bit noisy because the location is near a big roundabout.
• Esposito (8/5): - La posizione super centrale. Sotto al palazzo metro e stazione dei pullman che collegano al centro. Camere pulite ed accoglienti. Riscaldamenti perfetti per l’inverno. Una doccia molto grande, non c’è il bidè, ma il bagno ha una finestra grande. Ha uno specchio enorme. Ogni camera ha il proprio specchio, la cucina provvista di tutto, con anche un bel divano confortevole. Bellissima la vista. Il check in e out super facile e pratico, non c’è nessuno che ti apre e che ti assiste, ma rispondono subito ai messaggi. Per entrare basta un codice. Super tecnologiche. Assolutamente da cambiare sono le finestre!!! Si sente tutto dalla strada ogni rumore e suono, passa il vento perché non si chiudono bene le ante. L’ascensore si è rotta il 2 giorno e abbiamo dovuto fare 5 piani a piedi ogni giorno.

• Irena (10/5): ¡Maravilloso! - Estamos muy satisfechos, lo pasamos de maravilla. Excelente ubicación, fácil de encontrar, buena comunicación con los propietarios, limpio y cómodo. Una pequeña nota, no había jabón, el champú y el gel de ducha no se reponían.
• Slađana (8/5): - The location is very good, with a metro station and a lot of bus stops in front of the apartment. You van walk to most of the major sites and places. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is eqipped with utensils. It' s really noisy throughout day and night. The toiletaries were poor when we arrived. It's the same place as in the photos, but looks much better in them. It is quite ok if you're not too picky.

• Cristina (5/5): Sin más.... - Tenía la boca del metro allí mismo para poder moverte.. Un edificio antiguo y aunque el apartamento estaba reformado, el ruido del exterior no te dejaba dormir. El portal estaba sucio, el apartamento cuando llegamos tenía una avería en el baño y tuvimos que esperar a q el chico acabara de arreglarlo, q no pudo porque le faltaba alguna pieza y nos dejó sin agua en el lavabo. Alguna toalla sucia, una de las almohadas también, como si estuviera usada y no la hubieran cambiado. La tele no la podías ver desde el sofá, tenías que estar sentado en las sillas del comedor...., en fin , el precio demasiado caro para lo q es el apartamento.....

• Cascos (7/5): Mi experiencia - Buena ubicación, habitaciones amplias, todo bien Ventanas habitaciones mal aisladas mucho ruido exterior y menaje bien salvo ausencia de sartén de tamaño normal sólo una tamaño super pequeño.

• Adriana (8/5): Ubicación perfecta - La ubicación fantástica el apartamento está reformado de manera muy moderna y las camas son cómodas. Nos dejaron unas cookies de cortesía y en la cocina, un estropajo, una bayeta y un poco de detergente nuevo. El portal directamente en la salida de metro. Las ventanas son antiguas y se escucha mucho el ruido, ya que el apartamento está en la propia rotonda, el baño olía un poco las cañerías, aunque seguramente fuese de la lluvia. No había jabón de manos.

However, the internet didn’t work properly, it was quite cold because the windows don’t close well, and the air conditioner couldn’t heat the place enough. Also, there was some street noise. Overall, it’s a nice place with potential, just needs a few improvements.

• Alberto (7/5): Estadía felíz en Madrid - Está ubicado a escasos metros de la estacion de metro embajadores, por lo cual es conveniente para moverse por la ciudad, tambien hay estacion de bus, muy bien ubicado, de facil acceso, zona muy tranquila. Hoy muchisimos negocios y lugares para cenar, almorzar y merendar. Hermosa Zona, alejado de bullicio de la zona central de Madrid, pero muy cerca para ir andando, a pie. Un poco ruidoso, ya que da a plena avenida. En mi oponión, el apartamento podria haber tenido algunos elementos mas de utensillos de cocina. Tenia lo básico. Tiene un solo aire acondicionado en la cocina, y las habitaciones no tienen refrigeracion, estuve en septiembre y eran muy calurosas. Al segundo dia se rompio el ascensor, se le dió intervencion con quien arrendamos el apartamento, pero no se solucionó el inconveniente. De hecho el ultimo día, tuvimos que bajar las maletas, desde el un quinto piso y habia personas mayores. Entiendo que podrian haber intentado buscar una solución, mas allá que avisaron que habian llamado al servicio técnico, ya que no éramos los unicos afectados, habia personas que llegaron ese mismo dia, con maletas muy grandes y tuvieron que subirlos a cuesta.

• Jesús (9/5): El piso fué de nuestro agrado, todo reformado y limpio. Muy buena ubicación. - Por poner alguna pega, solo decir que las escaleras son bastante antiguas, de madera y necesitan una reforma, pero claro eso no creo que dependa del propietario que me alquiló la estancia, sino de la comunidad del edificio.

• Maria Ximena (8/5): Otroligt bra! - Det var en super fin lägenhet, bra läge, nära till allt. Bra sängar med rena sängkläder. Bra utrustad med det som behövs. Det dåligt isolerade fönster som förstör det lilla sömnen 😉. Ena golvplatta som var sönder/sprucken, kunde eventuellt skada fötterna.

The place was absolutely amazing, starting with the location, view and the house itself.. Very clean and equipped with everything mentioned in the description. Wifi works perfectly too.. I would highly recommend this place )) I don't think there was anything we didn't like.. ))
• Michael (2/5): Sub par accomodation in really noisy location - No hot water for 24 hours. Kitchen lacked the basics (grater, chopping board, chopping knives, tea towel - had to use a bath towel). Pillows were thin as anything. Could smell the drains in the bathroom. Sofa was covered in stains. Multiple loose tiles on floor, one of which was badly cracked. Literally on the busiest roundabout which meant being constantly woken by police sirens and traffic. Poor reviews reflected what we experienced, yet no action taken to rectify

Wet Cleaning bucket and mop stored against the wall in bathroom. No coffee with coffee maker. We were provided 4 cookies and 2 packets of olive oil; strange. No parking after property search indicated parking

• Anna (8/5): Great location,basic amenities. - Excellent location,just outside of metro station . Free 2 coffee pots (although it was 4 of us). Mould on the ceiling in one of the rooms. No corkscrew,only 3 wine glasses. Extremely noisy at night due to being on a busy street, so if you have trouble sleeping it may not be a place for you. It didn't bother us too much as we were tired from sightseeing so we slept well but it may be an issue for some people. We didn't have an internet for approximately 24 hours but then it got fixed.

• Andraz (10/5): Nice two bedroom apartment with great central location. - We loved two bedroom apartment on 5th floor, great central location just a few meters from Metro. Not so big, but very nicely renovated. It has everything, including views of the square and downtown. The windows are still the old original ones, so noise from the street could be heard, but was not to disturbing.
• Herminio (10/5): Convenient location to all the major attractions in Madrid. - There was an issue with the key code which was resolved with a phone call. Phone number is valid 24 hours a day which makes it convenient for those coming into Madrid at odd hours like we did. Our flight landed at Madrid International at 1 am we did not reach the apartment until 2:30 am. Nothing. Everything was great! Location, cleanliness, etc..
