Customer service and support are always available via WhatsApp. Contactless check-in and check-out make the process easy and convenient. Excellent location. Very safe building. Suggestion for improvement: Adding a safe box in the flat would be a great addition.

(And good customer service!) - Frankly, everything They need to edit their check-in instructions (which said to turn the knob left to unlock the door, but you really have to turn it right). There were only 2 coffee pods for two people, two days. But given how great the customer service was, I’m sure they would have sent more if I pressed the issue.

- Simona (10/5): Great holiday in Yellow Flat Milan - Yellow flat is a beautiful apartment at 4th floor in a building with elevator. The flat is very clean and equiped with everithing you need, the apliances are new and the best quality. We had the best holiday in Milan and if we ever come back to this city we are booking the yellow flat again for sure! Thank you for great services. The access in the flat was very easy with clear instruction for building door and flat door received and they even let us inside the apartment earlier than the normal check in time...thanks again for everything. We had the greatest holiday. There was nothing to dislike.

- Dan (10/5): Just Perfect - Convenient location for what we wanted. On foot: maximum 10 minutes from the central train station, 25-30 minutes from the Dome. I found the apartment very clean, modern, equipped with absolutely everything you need. Nearby you can find some restaurants and markets. Perfect for three people. We certainly do not regret our choice and hope to come back! AC Milan missed out on Champions League play-off.

- Simon (10/5): Komfortabel, Zentral und gut erreichbar - The room is very nice and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Supermarkets, parking garages, and public transport are close. The landlord helps where needed. Upon return to Milan, I may return to the place as well. I cannot imagine anything I did not like.
