Finn (9/5): A lovely stay with a very hospitable host. Close to most place in Perth. Very comfortable and clean - The host was fantastic and very hospitable despite an appliance not working which was beyond the hosts control. Would recommend the accommodation to anyone, and will use in the future if the need arises. Nothing really other than an appliance not working which was not the hosts fault.

Michael (10/5): Highly recommended. - This was my first experience staying at a guest home. It was an excellent experience and I will now continue going forward to choose this type of accommodation. At no time did I feel I was imposing on the host family nor they on me. The host is very kind, friendly and helpful. The hosts communication on what to do and how things work is clear and concise. As for the room, very spacious bedroom and ensuite. King bed is very comfortable. Room is tastefully decorated. There is a 2 1/2 seater leather sofa, 32" LCD TV, kettle, fridge/freezer and microwave in the room. Had no issues with the WiFi internet. Located close to Cockburn station and shops. Also a quite location, no traffic noise. Thankyou Lyn for a comfortable stay. Hope to see you again in the future. Nothing.

Erin (5/5): Bed was horrible and house can be noisy. Everything else was great - Very generous room with huge double bathroom. Free shower essentials + ample tea/coffee/milk supplies. Microwave was very handy saved $ on eating out. Conveniently located 1min walk to shops/cafe/bus stop. Nice walking tracks at doorstep. Very hard/uncomfortable bed. Sometimes noisy sharing a wall with main house and shift workers.

Bed is a bit small (smaller than standard queen). Cannot on the air cond as it is connected to the main house, can be a bit warm in the day.
