• Georgia (8/5): A lovely stay in Florence - Fantastic location in Florence, right near a nearby church and busy area. Heaps of restaurants and cafes around. The apartment was lovely for a family of 6, using the sofa in the living room. The kitchen was great, air cons were great. Sadly there was a problem with the gas main for the whole of our stay, so we had no hot water. Not the fault of the host but was a shame considering the price we paid for the accom. The host did investigate and try to resolve.

В душе сначала была горячая вода, потом она стала просто прохладной. Мы не смогли с этим разобраться, было неприятно мыть голову прохладной водой.
• Boris (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is close to the city center. Everything is close for sightseeing. The accommodation is very pleasant and comfortable. I would ask the owners to fix the shower in the bathroom because it disturbs the comfort a little.

• Karolina (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a good location - A spacious and comfortable apartment in old townhouse equipped with everything you need (even mosquito repellent plug-in!). Historic accents and a cozy interior add to the charm. Located right next to the Santa Croce Basilica (and 15 minutes walk from the Duomo), with restaurants and shops just steps away. The host is super-communicative and helpful. Highly recommended! As charming as old townhouses are, they do come with a few quirks — like doors that tend to creak and groan. Also, with just one bathroom (shower and toilet combined), it can sometimes feel a bit limiting for larger groups.

• Sammi (9/5): Gorgeous apartment near Santa Croce! - The host was fantastic and the location was great. It was a really lovely apartment with two bedrooms and lots of space. We enjoyed it immensely! The host very kindly allowed just to drop our bags early and leave them for an hour after checkout. Check-in was easy and convenient The mattresses and pillows could use a refresh—otherwise would have been a 10/10!!

• Suzanne (7/5): Nice and well located flat - Great location to visit and eat to get there. Nice decoration and well equipped, we enjoyed our stay. Great system to get the keys and available owner. Noisy neighbors, we can hear a lot noise coming from the flat above the flat, music. Transparent door for the toilet is not our favorite choice.

• Amelia (9/5): Wonderful location, tasteful apartment and affordable. - Excellent location, wonderful and helpful host, had what we needed for our 4 night stay. The washing line was a bit tricky and we unfortunately couldn’t retrieve a dropped item, though the host has kindly offered to post it to us. The stairs were quite narrow so it was a little difficult getting 5 suitcases up to the apartment.

If I was older I would be cautious especially with a case . I also didn’t like the glass doors . We were sharing with friends and even though frosted we could see in . I understand it’s to let light in

• Katarzyna (8/5): Nice centrally located apartament - We had an excellent stay at the Florentine Nest.. The host was flexible with our early check-in and very responsive, quickly fixing a minor issue with the water oven. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our two-day stay. Its location was perfect—just a one-minute walk from the Basilica di Santa Croce and a ten-minute walk to the city center. Overall, it was a nice stay with a helpful host. nothing to mention
• Sinem (10/5): Exceptional - It was my 3rd time in Italy and this apartment was the cleanest them all! It is in the center of Florance(i mean really in the center when you look to the end of the street you can see the cadhetral) and has online locker system so you can make late checkin. Super super clean beds and bedsheets.
• Heather (9/5): Excellent, mainly due to the very helpful owner, Daniel. - The location was superb, just 3 minutes walk from Piazza Santa Croce. The host couldn't have been more helpful, quickly sorting out the faulty lock box and organising a cab for the last day when we were having problems. A few more kitchen items such as tea towels and a better range of glasses would have been useful.
• Sharyn (7/5): Good - Was a lovely nest. Good value for money and great location. We couldn't get the shower to work properly and hot water ran out really quickly. Only one part roll of toilet paper.

Many mosquitoes, gas smell every time we used hot water, my kids used the bedroom with 2 beds and not only they were bitten by mosquitoes many times but also by bugs. We checked for bed bugs and couldn’t find any but we found a type of beetle (tiny). Not sure if it was that but the kids were bitten all over the legs and arms every night.

• Veronica (9/5): Nice apt in the beautiful Florence - Very cozy and clean apt in a very nice area. Very comfortable for 5 adults. I even work there a bit, WiFi connection was more than fine 👍🏻 We enjoyed our stay, thanks a bunch! Nothing, cannot remember.

• Remco (9/5): Superb - Everything was great, very close to some nice touristy hotspots, but you don't notice the business at all when inside. All the doors have big glass windows in them, including the bathroom door. So a little less privacy when you're staying with friends. Not really a big issue
