• Nicole (10/5): Charming Gem - Chalet Alpina is a perfect gem in beautiful Wengen village. It is a cozy, comfortable, and well equipped apartment with many personal touches that make you feel at home. The location is excellent, just a quick walk to the train station, grocery store, and restaurants.
• Juraj (10/5): Dobrá lokalita neďaleko stanice a príjemná domáca. - Na 5 dní výborný pobyt a ešte aj počasie prialo. Pri odchode sme zabudli v chate pár tiristických palíc, ktoré nám pani Von Allmen stihla doniesť na stanicu.
• Jannis (10/5): Super liebevoll eingerichtet und herzlich! - Einfach nur Wundervoll! Die Gastgeberin ist ein wirklich toller und herzlicher Mensch. Sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Einrichtung ist super liebevoll mit vielen tollen Details und Kleinigkeiten eingerichtet. Außerdem extrem sauber! Wenn wir nochmal wieder kommen, dann gerne wieder hier! Danke <3
• Narisa (10/5): Wonderful and relaxing stay in a beautiful room - Very clean, plenty of amenities a one minute walk to a beautiful view of the valley and about 5 min walk (up hill) to the train station. Wonderful host Dorothee so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely recommend staying here N/A

• Guest (10/5): Great stay in Wengen - I liked being able to step out the door and see mountains to the left and right. Morning and night. Look up at the stars on a clear night. 5 minutes downhill walk from train and Coop supermarket and the Main Street Walk uphill to train. Not a deal breaker. If you are here in beautiful Wengen. This will not be the only hill you have to walk up. Nice place. You won’t be disappointed

• Swue (10/5): A perfect base for exploring the mountains - Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Loved the terrace. Appreciated the snack bowl and all the touches throughout. The host had really thought about what a guest might need. The host were very friendly and helpful. It was all good.
• Janet (10/5): Exceptional - Wengen is a beautiful car-free village in the mountains. Chalet Alpina Gyger is a comfortable cosy separate room in a lovely home, with a village view. You have an outdoor patio to sit, and if you are lucky the flock of local sheep might pass through the village tinkling their bells. Transport is by foot remember! Dorothée and Peter we're great hosts. Too spot to explore the Jungfrau walks and mountain adventures.
• Jianing (10/5): Very good - Easy to find location, 5 minutes walk from the train station; the host Dorothee is very kind and patient, provided a lot of practical travel information; The room is large, with plenty of space for relaxation and dining. The room is very clean and has smell of woods, which is very relaxing. The pillows could be firmer.
• Tackett (10/5): Cozy mountain getaway in the heart of the alps - The location was perfect! The apartment was small but so clean and quaint packed full of all the amenities one would needs and more! Dorthee was wanderer and was there to reach out to with any needs or questions! Just walking outside the door your heart will be overwhelmed with the mountains that surround you! Truly a fairytale come to life! Will be back! There is no criticism I could make

• Cory (10/5): A comfortable chalet with extremely friendly and helpful staff. - Staff were very knowledgeable about local attractions and the best times to avoid the crowds. Getting the keys was quick and easy, and having a shuttle driver take us to the chalet and show us how to get there was very helpful. The mattress was a little firm for my liking but everything else was great.

Our hosts were wonderful and their place is beautiful, sparking clean, roomy, very nicely decorated. It had a wonderful patio with amazing views. Everything seemed new, fresh and with a nicely crafted interior. This was the perfect place for our 4 days in Wengen. I would come back and stay in a heartbeat! No complaints

Highly recommend. - The property was really stocked, the bathroom had everything that we needed as did the kitchenette to make a basic meal. Above and beyond what we expected. Property was very clean. There was some information about walks we can do in the area and we were given great recommendations which can be done from the town. The Coop supermarket is only a short walk away as are restaurants and shops. Nothing
• Grace (10/5): This chalet was the perfect place to call home for our time in Switzerland! - Dorothee was such an incredible host and we loved staying in her beautiful chalet. She always made herself available and checked in on us once to see how we were doing. Her directions on how to arrive there were especially helpful! It was decorated beautifully and we felt right at home. One huge plus about the location was that Lauterbrunnen was only one short train ride down the mountain that ran every 30 minutes. This allowed us to see the incredible valley of Lauterbrunnen everyday but live in the more peaceful area of Wengen. It was well priced and overall such a wonderful place to call home while adventuring the different areas of Switzerland!
• Kate (8/5): We had a fabulous holiday and loved the apartment. - Location was good, pretty central to Wengen. A steep little hill up into town but not too far and the holiday company will shuttle you up in a van if you want. We walked though which was fine, even with ski boots on. The apartment is very nice. Great little kitchen with everything you need to cook, nicely decorated and very clean. The little terrace outside is lovely, quite private and gets the sun in the afternoon. A nice quiet corner of Wengen but only a 5 min walk from the station. The mattress on the bed was very hard and not great comfort-wise. The sofa bed was also not at all comfortable to sleep on. The chalet could do with curtains rather than the thin blinds they have, as these didn’t block out the street lights outside, meaning it was quite bright all night. You can close the outside shutters but it’s a bit of a pain.
