• Petra (7/5): Vcelku dobrý pobyt - Skvělá poloha, vše potřebné blízko: Lidl, hospoda, molo na řece, bus, velké obchodní centrum a metro docházková vzdálenost. Super byl samostatný pokoj pro syna. Měkké matrace. Pračka včetně tablet na praní. Myčka, ale do té tablety chyběly, takže jsme nemohly využít, trouba, nádobí. Vařili jsme si, takže to jsme ocenily. Požadovaný deposit nám byl rychle vrácen po odhlášení z pobytu. Skvělá komunikace s hostitelem. Koupelna sice moderně zařízená, ale chybí odvětrání, takže sprchový kout je plný černé plísně, která navíc silně zapáchá. Vchod do koupelny je přímo z pokoje, takže to bylo cítit a to bylo velmi nepříjemné. Syn je alergik a bylo to prostě špatné. Kazí to pobyt, když se musíte sprchovat v plesnivé koupelně. Před domem se přes den i večer zdržovali feťáci, nebo alkáči. Ale s tím v Londýně tak nějak počítáme.

• Vojtěch (8/5): Good for low budget tourists - Nice location close to the bus stop and walking distance to subway. Beautiful walks around the old Limehouse. The flat is small but enough for our family of 3. Dishwasher was a bonus! In London perspective quite clean but still needed extra cleaning after our arrival (kitchen, bathroom). We missed some kitchenware (knives) - the host brought to us the first evening. Laths missing/broken at the kids bed.

• MIGUEL (10/5): Muy recomendable - Muy buena ubicación y conexión, muy cercano a Cannary Wraf y desde ahí puedes ir a casi todos lugares de Londres en apenas un par de paradas de metro. Además de un barrio tranquilo. El personal muy amable y atentos, respondían a todas las dudas por WhatsApp. El apartamento tenía muchas prestaciones y bastante nuevo todo. Relación calidad-precio, está genial.

• Adeyinka (6/5): Just okay for what was needed. Its not a luxurious accommodation. - The Location was good. Has quick access for what we came to London for. There was adequate heating in the property. There was Wifi access too. Accommodation is close to the London Cable Car which can get you to the O2 Arena. You can see HSBC, Barclays, Citi Bank buildings from the front of the accommodation. Lidl & Tesco Express is just around the corner. A convenience store is just beside the accommodation. The floors of the property needs changing. There is a stain on the floor which looks like it cant come off anymore. That needs to be covered off with new flooring. More cleanliness too would be great in terms of dust around the cabinets and the microwave needs to be kept clean. Just a few touchups needed. The beddings do need to be changed too.. asides this. It is an okay accommodation.

• Sheppard (5/5): FAMILY FUN IN LONDON - Space Dirty, no coffee, tea etc as expected. Very noisy and very bright. There was too much light we could not block out. The kitchen was old and not in good condition.

Assolutamente non ho nulla da lamentarmi.
• sebastiaan (7/5): We hadden meer van dit verblijf verwacht. - De ruimte was prima. De keuken volledig. Aardige behulpzame verhuurder. Voor 2 nachten vol te houden. Het is een eind naar t centrum met de bus of metro. Die stoppen wel vrijwel voor de deur. Het bed was klein met vrij zachte matrassen. Geen airco in de grote kamer maar een goedkoop waaiertje. De afzuiging op de badkamer zat vol met stof. Er is een lichtkoepel zonder afdekking dus zodra t licht wordt is het ook echt licht. De foto’s geven een mooier beeld dan de werkelijkheid. Helaas tegenvallend.

• Jess (9/5): - Apartment was basic but was clean and perfect for our one night stay. A lot bigger and quieter than we expected, lovely little courtyard to sit out the back. No lounge but has a dining area. Theres a convenience store right next door that sells EVERYTHING! Michael was really helpful and gave us all the information we needed to check in, damages deposit was returned really quickly (same day as check out). The apartment is in a good location with Westferry tube station close and bus routes to central London. We stayed for an event at the O2 arena but there is no direct route on any public transport. This was the only downside.

• Johann (7/5): Ausgesprochen zuvorkommender Vermieter, Appartement durchschnittlich - Größe, Gastgeber sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Zustand de Appartement. Für ein Deluxe Appartement hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Es sind doch einige Mängel erkennbar: Lüfter im Bad hängt herunter, Wandpaneele im Bad lösen sich, Fleck am Boden der Küche….
• Raluca (10/5): Lovely stay - Well equipped, very clean, comfy beds, the host very communicative and friendly. We were a bit skeptical seeing some reviews about the building being difficult to find but it’s impossible to miss it when you have the address and a picture of the door and the door next to the main street. As regarding to the request of sending ID pics, this is a common practice in other european countries and it’s understandable. Would definitely recommend!

• Karen (8/5): Good overnight stay. - Good base for our trip to the Troxy venue. Very clean and well equipped if you wanted to self cater (we didn’t). Not the easiest to find along the high street. Didn’t like having to chase the arrival instructions on the day with the owner once we’d arrived in London, never had to do this before with any property we’ve stayed in, always had this information at least the day before arrival. Also never had to send photo ID before arrival.
• Hudson (9/5): Well furnished, comfy, priced well. Would stay again! - The location was great. There is a shop 2 doors down so very handy. Kitchen/Apartment has what you need if you are there for a week or more. Beds were comfy and all areas were very clean. Communication from renter was perfect and responses were quick. Though, not close to the O2 (the reason for our visit to London) the price makes it so worth it. Would definitely stay there again. Main bedroom/kitchen area has a skylight and a windowed door with no blinds. Though very bright and fresh during the day, I prefer a very dark room to sleep in. This is no criticism, just a note.

There is a small minus: there are no towel racks in the bathtub, and no shelves for soap/shampoo in the shower cubicle. But that was a big problem.

• Alicja (10/5): I would definitely recommend to friends - We stayed here for two nights while going to a concert at the O2. The place was cosy, very clean, and the bed linen and towels smelled really fresh which was a nice touch. Michael was great to deal with, really quick to respond and check-in was simple with no issues at all. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. The bed was on the softer side but still very comfy. WiFi was fast and everything we needed was there – full set of utensils and cookware. The space had a light and modern feel, and we could adjust the temperature easily which made it more comfortable. Location was really good too. Easy walk to Aldgate or a short bus ride from Mile End station. Getting to central London was very easy. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to London and would recommend it to friends. The only thing I’d point out is the big ceiling window in the bedroom/kitchen area. It doesn’t have a cover, so once the sun is up the room gets really bright. If you’re a light sleeper that might be a bit annoying, but it does work well as a natural alarm.

The interior felt unfinished and there was a random blocked off staircase with a glass screen into the kitchen/bedroom, which made me feel uneasy. I woke up numerous times in the night due to hearing people around our apartment and didn't completely feel secure.

• Rebecca (3/5): Would not recommend - It was near the tube so good access links The place is a converted shop and didn't feel very safe. There is a glass wall and stairs the other side so people could see right into the place. It wasn't very well laid out. There was other people's food in the fridge and half used wash stuff in the bathroom. It didn't have 2 seperate bedroom as in the description, one was a walk through room and the other bed was in the kitchen area! The interior door had a yale lock so if you went to the bathroom and the door closed behind you, you were then locked out! It is definitely not a deluxe apartment!

Good location, bus stop nearby, train station, Lidl round the corner for provisions. No milk on arrival as on guest list. Night lights constantly on in the bathroom and dining room/hall area shining through when trying to sleep.
• Vince (5/5): Not sure if this is a property suited to business people. - The key arrangements were not good. Michael did help when I phoned him but it took a little while. Previously he had sent me a message asking me to send a copy of my photo ID (Passport/ Driving Licence). I find this very strange and thought it was a scam. I decided I would not be prepared to do that. When I found I could not get into the property and there was no one about (it was around 6.00pm) I phoned Michael, and he said he would not give me the code to the key safe unless I sent him a photo of my driving licence on WhatsApp. I explained that this was not something I should do and he promised to delete it as soon as he had finished with it. I got in by sending him my ID (lucky I had it on me.....). I have also noted that the fire detection and escape routes were not clearly marked or instructed. Out the back door you enter a very small seating area with an extendable domestic ladder which was leant up against the wall. In addition, I noted that the smoke detector in the ceiling was covered up with tape and a plastic bag. I would suggest a proper fire risk assessment is carried out on the property.

We didn’t like the area, but we are aware that this is nothing that landlord can do about. We didn’t feel safe, as area is mostly occupied by muslim families.
