• Katherine (8/5): A lovely property, spotlessly clean, well maintained and equipped- would recommend and would definitely stay here again - Conveniently placed, spotlessly clean apartment- a lovely place to stay. There was nothing not to like. The property is on 7th floor so occasionally we had to wait for a lift at busy times.
• Louis (8/5): New renovated apartment with nice furniture in a nice environment - New renovated apartment with nice furniture Very good quality small and large kitchen appliances Comfortable bed and sofa Two powerful and quiet heat pumps (heating & cooling) Nice diagonal view of the sea Nice 15-20 minutes walk to the sea (70 meters denivelation) Sun in the balcony and the apartment in the afternoon (for two hours in January). Ten minutes walk from a very large supermarket and main commercial street Very good follows-up from the owner on personal requests. Poor soundproofing of the building (protected by a quit elevator on one side of the apartment) but little noise at night during our stay in January February except for dogs barking during the day. No shower door to prevent water spilling all over the bathroom floor. Not enough hot water for two showers in a row.

• Katie (9/5): Benalmadena stay. - Nice apartment, 24 hour reception so easy check in after a late flight. Well equipped kitchen, small balcony. Close to some nice restaurants and bars. I liked the pool system as it discouraged people from reversing loungers. The sofa bed in the living area had a tendency to tip over if you laid in the wrong spot.
• Łukasz (10/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Bardzo fajny basen z częścią głęboką i barem😀 Apartament czysty i dobrze wyposażony, nie brakowało nam niczego. Około 15 minut spacerem do plaży, powrót pod górę, jednak nachylenie w większej części nie za duże. W okolicy apartamentu mnóstwo restauracji i sklepów. Niedaleko również wszystkie przystanki autobusowe i kolej , którą można udać się do Malagi lub Fuengiroli. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni 😀 Rozkładana sofa w salonie nie za bardzo wygodna do spania

• Jayn (10/5): Wonderful stay, would return. - Perfect location, not far from Arroyo de La Miel. Several nice tapas bars within a couple of minutes walk. The owner communicated very well and she has thought of everything that you could need, including shampoo/conditioner, cotton wool, cotton buds etc. very comfortable bed, large wardrobe with plenty of hangers. 24 hour security in reception. You can use the pool for €3 per day, just pay at reception. Pool bar serving food and drinks at a reasonable price. No issues.

Everything was perfect. But if you must say something, separate blankets instead of quilts would be nice.

• Carroll (10/5): Perfect - Clean and had everything you needed, a smart tv in the bedroom and also one in the sitting room. The balcony got the sun the evening which was really nice. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook and full size fridge. Bottle of water in the fridge on arrival, especially in the heat. Doris was really accommodating, with restaurant recommendations and as check out is at 10am also kindly offered to take luggage until I was leaving. 24 hr reception desk Nothing directly related to the apartment but the pool charges 3 euro a day for a sun bed.
• Michael (9/5): Very good apartment overall - Modern apt in good location - close to local bars and restaurants. Generally very good facilities overall would be fantastic with just a few changes to make it more comfortable. Chocolates and biscuits on arrival was nice too. No chairs on the balcony - had to use dining chairs which are not that comfortable. No hot water supply to the kitchin sink. The bed settee on the lounge is not very comfortable
• Stephen (8/5): very happy with stay . would stay there again owner very easy to talk to and seems anything you needed she would get it - location large room nice and quite not the owners fault but no hot water in kitchen none in the complex just kitchen she did say they were going to look into getting something in place if possible nice to have comfy chairs on balcony as very sunny all afternoon not dining chairs .and maybe a separate comfy chair in living room
