Guest Reviews
- Steve (4/5): Did what we needed but only average stay. - Size of the property Sliding door was very difficult to open, roller blind on door was broken and wouldn't stay up. Lots of AI generated emails and difficult to get clarity of the extra 2 nights that we paid for, constant emails telling us we were moving out the next day when we had 2 more days to go.
- Bradley (1/5): Terrible - Location Everything. The management was terrible. We got an automated text message in the morning to take out the bins, which was fine. We hadn’t responded because we were at work. We then received 2-3 phones calls from 7pm-9pm at night making sure we took the bins out, which we’d already done. We felt this was terrible service!
The property was also quite dirty. We had to wear socks everywhere otherwise our feet got black.
The major issue we had was after we left. We cleaned the property as we always do when leaving a short term stay. We then received an email later that afternoon saying we had left a heap of belongings/rubbish that was not in the house before we stayed, implying we left it there. None of the pictured belongings/rubbish were in the house during our stay or when we left. The company made us pay an extra security bond for our dog which we were happy to do. However, it seemed quite the coincidence that as soon as we left all this rubbish arrived. We then advised that these things weren’t ours and weren’t at the accommodation when we arrived or when we left. Then when sending our $500 bond back they kept $40 without an explanation.
I would never stay here again and I hope this helps other people not make the same mistake! Terrible service and dodgy management.
- Kendell (10/5): - Was a great spot to stay. Short walk to shops, cafes and train station.
All the little complementary soaps and washing detergent were so handy for our short stay. This is just me being fussy, but a good vacuum of the stairs would have been nice.
And a spare blanket for when its really cold.

- Bec (1/5): This place was putrid - Nothing Paid for parking tht we cldnt access even though the garage is attached to the unit
Filthy- animal fur all over, smears on curtains, walls need repainting, windows filthy, showers filthy dirty handprints on every surface, microwave had food all
Inside, furniture was cheap, couch was unable to seat all and the balcony was inaccessible due to the door being so stiff and stuck.
- Juan Carlos And Luminita (10/5): Very nicely set out and comfortable apartment within close range of local shops and nice dining options - Great location close to essential shops and lovely nearby cafés and restaurants
The staff communicated quickly, politely and were respectful at all times.

- Peter (8/5): Very good -
- Rita (9/5): Port Adelaide hideaway - Loved the cleanliness, the close proximity to shops, the comfortable bed, the secure parking. Found the futon couch uncomfortable & didn't like the concrete jungle views but overall a great little place to stay. For us, it was half way between each of our sons & their families, so perfect location wise.
Communication was via text/email but I found the lack of names rather impersonal. It's hard to rate staff when it's just a company name you're communicating with.
- Sharon (9/5): Superb - Clean comfortable and had everything we required Check in process was difficult and I have to do things several times
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional -

- Mike (8/5): Very enjoyable stay, great apartment, with a few tweaks would be awesome. - Apartment was well equipped for cooking and linen was fresh and newish. Location was within walking distance to a small mall and good selection of eating out options. Also within walking distance of the Port, eateries, galleries and maritime museum. Apartment only had one mirror in the main bathroom, needed another one in the bathroom downstairs. Found one of the bedside lamps in the main bedroom not working (possibly bulb) and the large outside rubbish and recycle bins were full upon arrival. We contacted customer service to arrange clearance but ended up putting them kerb side on collection day 4 days into our stay. Drawer in coffee table not closing and observed water damage to base of both doors into upstairs bathroom. Despite these points we would definitely recommend and stay again.
- Carolyn (6/5): Wouldn’t go back. I have a video of the cockroaches in the sink but for some reason it won’t let me send it. Cockroaches - The property was close to shops and restaurants. On arrival the property seemed clean.. as we progressed into our holiday we noticed cockroaches every day, dirty cooking utensils and the washing machine turned our white clothes grey. Surely the cleaners should be checking these things before the next guests arrive. Luckily we took our own vacuum cleaner as the one provided was full. I’m sorry but I have to give an honest review. I believe we left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. There were finger marks all over the fridge and pantry. I have pictures of the cockroaches and the dirty dishes if you need proof. I don’t think we could recommend this property.
- Megan (10/5): Only issue with booking was all the trouble either booking.com not working - Comfortable and cool Upstairs was difficult for elderly dad
- Daryl (8/5): Very good - The place was clean and easy to access Nothing
