Ubytovanie ako samostatná izba hrôza dostali sme izbu ktorá by nemala byt ani v ponuke prišli sme sa ubytovať medzi 13:00-14:00hod. bolo otvorene okno ktoré sme si zavreli, zhodili veci a naozaj po náročnom dni som nemal čas obzerať izbu a išli sme vonku kde sme do 20:00 boli v centre vrátili sme sa a prvé čo nás privítalo na izbe bol zatuchnutú ťažký a štipľavý vzduch vošiel som do kúpeľne celý strop bol plesnivý a tak tiež to všetko začínalo aj na izbe v rohoch. Osobne si myslím že toto nemá čo existovať v ponuke. Riešili sme to s recepčnou ktorá za to síce nemohla prišla ja noc a ozaj nemohla vedieť ale bolo veľa výhovoriek až po dobu kedy sme povedali že to budeme riešiť cez booking a zrazu sa všetko dalo.

• Fabiano (5/5): Struttura deludente, si salva solo la posizione. - Il punto molto centrale Bagni davvero minuscoli e poco curati. La doccia è priva persino della tenda, rendendo tutto scomodo e poco igienico. Nel bagno erano presenti formiche e la vernice sulle pareti risultava appiccicosa, con capelli attaccati sopra… una situazione decisamente poco piacevole. Inoltre, nel bagno passano i tubi di scarico: durante la notte, nonostante la porta chiusa, si sentivano chiaramente i rumori e purtroppo anche gli odori, davvero fastidiosi. Unico punto a favore: la posizione. Tuttavia, non tornerei.

First : i was given a room whose bathroom paint was still wet! My eyes were burning! It's toxic to breath. How can they put me in a room with wet paint? I couldn't breathe 😔 and they weren't changing my room! Also: No towel rods in the toilet ! No water ! No glasses/spoons! I then put a google review and complained on the app and they moved my room promising that i wouldn't need to shift next morning (stay was for 2 days) . I had already unpacked and packed and unpacked 😔! Then the receptionist asks me to pay more! For the room change? She says booking.com charged less. How come she didn't bring it up then? I showed the bill and she quietened! Their room rate goes up as we speak? Next morning the manager sends me a rude text to empty the room! I go to the lobby and he says I have to move and his word is final. I insisted on seeing the room first. He said if I don't like it, I have to leave! Seriously? Post full payment? The room was filthy! There were stained sheets with hair and a terrible stench from the sink drain . The shower is on top of the pot! There's no room to stand and mould everywhere in the toilet and in the bedroom , it had been painted on top to cover it but it was coming through. Not a chair to sit on , no bedside table! Such a pathetic place ! I'm shocked it's running full!

Non ho fatto storie, ed ho accettato senza problemi... ma avrei voluto saperlo prima (opzione non presente, in fase di prenotazione su Booking).

• REETHU (1/5): - Location and staff Our stay at Tirana Square Hotel was very disappointing. While the room initially appeared clean, we encountered several hygiene and maintenance issues that made the stay uncomfortable. There were flies in the room, and we even found a worm inside, which was quite shocking and unacceptable. The bathroom was also problematic. Every time we flushed the toilet, water would come out, which is clearly a serious maintenance issue that should have been fixed beforehand. Although the location of the hotel is convenient, these issues significantly affected our overall experience. Cleanliness and basic functionality are essential, and unfortunately, this stay did not meet those standards. I would not recommend this hotel unless these problems are properly addressed.

La camera è piuttosto semplice, il personale è stato davvero eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare (anche andando in farmacia per me, e mi ha portato anche una botiglia di aqua). Mi hanno fatto sentire al sicuro durante la convalescenza, e sono stati molto attenti. Giardino piacevole per rilassarsi e posizione comoda, ristoranti e negozi a due passi, vicino al centro a solo pochi minuti fino a Skanderbeg Square. Consigliato! ⭐️

My room was already booked and confirmed, but because I was travelling and had no internet access to respond immediately, they gave it to someone else. If confirmation is required, it should be requested at least a day in advance, not on the same day. As a result, I was placed in an apartment in bad condition and an unsuitable location. When I escalated the issue to management, they simply told me to take a refund and leave the apartment, which was extremely unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the management and would not consider staying here again.

• Sayan (7/5): Ideal for a short stay near ciIty center - Booked for one single night and flight arriving from the UK was late at night. This hotel provided 24 hours check in hence chosen. Ideally located just walking distance from Skanderburg square, multiple restaurants and money exchange places. Mine was a triple room and the beds were comfortable. Albania rooms do not provide water and not the tap water is drinkable. There is a 24hrs open supermarket nearby for water. Nothing much. No hanging places in the bathroom and the shower is awkward. If you shower the entire bathroom will get flooded.

Em van passar un llistat de clients que arribaven la mateixa nit que jo per si podia compartir habitació amb algun d’ells. Ho vam acceptar jo i un altre solo-triper i ens van arreglar el preu.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the hostel was very relaxed and social. It's a good place to meet other travelers. Overall, I would definitely recommend PMG Hostel to anyone visiting Tirana who is looking for an affordable and pleasant place to stay.

It's just a 3-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square, the main landmark of the city, where you can easily reach many attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which makes everything very convenient. The place was very clean, nice, and cozy. • Vladyslav (3/5): Avoid, good location does now worth the risk. - Nothing good except the location. There was a lot of mold in shower, dirt, smell. Woke up in the morning from cleaning lady shouting that she was beaten and she quits her job.

• Izzettin (4/5): Well-located but uncomfortable due to very cold rooms and poor heating, which made the stay disappointing overall. - The only truly positive aspect of the hotel was its central location, which made it convenient to get around the city. The room itself was acceptable and not too bad in terms of size and basic comfort. The rooms were extremely cold, and despite the air conditioning appearing to work, it did not provide any heating at all. I felt genuinely uncomfortable and cold during my stay. After reporting this, I was only moved to another room two days later, but the situation was exactly the same, with no proper heating. The bathroom and toilet were also below standard, and overall the place felt more like a basic Airbnb room rather than a properly managed hotel.
