• CATIA (10/5): Lo consiglio sicuramente - Posizionata in zona residenziale e tranquilla, nel terrazzo all’ultimo piano di un palazzo con veduta su tutto il circondario, merito della grandissima terrazza ad L (dove poter anche prendere il sole) e grandi vetrate, speciali per il tramonto. Possibilità di utilizzare il tavolo sotto la grande tenda all’esterno; un monolocale con tutto l’indispensabile per vivere in due anche per un periodo lungo. A pochi passi si trovano una bellissima chiesa ortodossa, minimarket, panificio, taverne per mangiare, strada principale… apprezzati: bottiglie di acqua e birra nel frigo, 3 tipi diversi di shampoo e saponi in formato famiglia nel bagno, oltre che per la cucina.lo consiglio sicuramente L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta per nulla è che non c’è stato nessun contatto umano con il proprietario, comunicazione solo scritta o telefonica tramite booking, seppur con rispostae quasi immediate e molto disponibili.

• Orsolya (10/5): athéni nyaralás - Tiszta, jól felszerelt, minden fontos eszköz és berendezés a rendelkezésünkre állt. A tetőterasz nagyon hangulatos volt. A szállasadó segítőkèsz és rugalmas, a gép érkezéséhez igazodva hamarabb elfoglalhattuk a szállást. Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó szállás. -

• Ekkerman (10/5): Great appartment to rent. - The view and terras were great. AC worked fine and it was nice to have some cold water available. The shower is a bit small.
• Charles (9/5): Superb - The apartment had an amazing terrace with views all around the city. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in Athens. Packed with nice locals and cats (if you're a fan). The building and it's amenities were all new. The bathroom's ceiling was a bit low, so tall people might find it a tad uncomfortable

• Lara (8/5): Nice and relaxing! - Nice little apartment with a great view! Clean and cozy and very quiet. The owner is also very welcoming, sweet, and helpful. The shower was still a bit wet when I arrived which I thought was a bit odd but it was okay because the bathroom was overall really clean. The only really annoying thing was the toilet which had some kind of weird issue. It was working but you had to understand it first lol. Also, there was an issue with the check-out time at the end. As far as I know, there had not been communicated a time beforehand, but apparently I should have left an hour earlier than I did (I think I should have left at 11 or 12 or something like that). In the end, it was okay and the owner was nice about it.

• Stevanovic (6/5): Pleasant - The best thing about the apartment is definitely the lovely spacious balcony and the location The bathroom needs to be renovated, especially the shower which is tricky to use, small, not for tall people and isn't covered on the side so the water splashes on the toilet too. Also the wifi wasn't working for 2 days, but it was fixed, but it's a bit slow too. The private parking isn't really private, it's just a spot in front of an old garage entrance, on the street so it's not covered or secure.
• Asis (8/5): Quite a lovely experience - The room was very nice and for 2 persons there is enough space and good lighting. The place was also very quiet and we could sleep very well. Wifi works also very well. There is also a big terrace where we could have breakfast and dinner looking at Athens, which was something very lovely. The kitchen is more than enough and allowed as to cook there what we wanted. Location was also good, because with the public transport we could achieve the city center in 30 mins. (Walking is also posible in less than 1 hour for people who likes walking). The beach can be acieve by walking in around 20 mins. and in 20 min. with the car we could visit nice beaches like Vouliagmeni and Varkiza. The airport with the car ist around 30 mins. (1 hora with traffic). Parking and supermarkets are easy to find close to the appartment. Also for us location was 5 of 5. The comunication with the host was very good and always gave quick feedback if we had questions. The price at the time when we booked was very good. The bathroom was the worst aspect of the appartment, too small and the shower sometimes did not work correctly. Also for people above 1,85 m could be a problem because the height of that room. But we think this is something that can and should be improved in the future. Microwave is missing.
