• Gloria (9/5): Soggiorno piacevole pulito - Struttura pulitissima e molto ben organizzata. Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati spesso e non mancava mai la carta igienica. Lo staff e le receptionist sono stati sempre cordiali, disponibili e professionali. La posizione è ottima, molto centrale e vicina a tutto. La colazione è disponibile con un supplemento di 5 euro al giorno: per me è stata molto comoda perché apre alle 8 del mattino, mentre molti bar in zona prima delle 10 erano chiusi. l’aria condizionata era perfetta: rimaneva accesa anche quando uscivo e al ritorno trovavo sempre la camera fresca e molto confortevole. L’unico motivo per cui non do 10 stelle è che il primo giorno l’ascensore funzionava, ma poi per tutto il soggiorno non è stato riparato e, soggiornando al terzo piano, è stato abbastanza scomodo. Inoltre pensavo che il bagno avesse il bidet e avrei preferito anche un mini frigo, soprattutto con il caldo che c’è fuori.

• Emre (6/5): - Merkezi konumda temiz bir otel… Çalışanları güleryüzlü ve çok tatlı… Tuvalet ve yatak iç içe… 25 metrekare odada ufacık bir tuvalet var o da yatak ile yan yana ve arada sadece incecik bir cam var… Lavabo; odanın için de yatağın karşısında… İnanılmaz rahatsız edici bir durum var… Hem hijyen açısından hem de rahatlık açısından çok büyük bir sıkıntı oluşturuyor… Elinizi dahi yıkamak istediğiniz de oda da inanılmaz bir gürültü olmasına sebep oluyorsunuz… Ayrıca her sabah önünde ki yolda olan gürültü ve çalışmalar yüzünden çok ama çok erken ( 06:00 ) uyanmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz… :(

Etrafında alışveriş yapabileceğiniz birçok mağaza var ve yakında oturabileceğiniz cafeler bulunuyor. Market yakın. Otel çok şık ve temizdi. Oda benim için yeterli büyüklükteydi. Her gün odanız temizleniyor. Şampuan, saç kremi, saç kurutma makinesi, kahve makinesi ve kapsülleri bulunuyor. Resepsiyondaki personeller güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Bir daha gitsem yine kalacağım bir otel olur. Tavsiye ederim, seyahatimi çok kolaylaştırdı. Özellikle alışveriş yaptıktan sonra eşyalarımı otele bırakacak kadar yakın olması büyük bir rahatlıktı. Her şey için teşekkür ederim. Odalarda terlik olabilirdi. Onun dışında her şey çok güzeldi.

Bu zamana kadar çok fazla otelde konakladık ancak ilk defa bu kadar olumsuz bir yorum yazdıracak bir deneyim yaşadık. Otele olan bakış açımız daha giriş yapmadan üç gün öncesinde oldukça olumsuz başladı. Bazı şahsi nedenlerden ötürü rezervasyonumuzda değişiklik yapmamız gerekti. Ancak rezervasyon değişiklik saatinin geçtiği gerekçesiyle hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olmadılar. Halbuki rezervasyon değişiklik süresi yalnızca birkaç saat geçmişti. Daha önce benzer durumlar yaşadığımız diğer oteller, müşteri memnuniyeti adına çok anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşmışlardı ve sorunlarımızı çözmüşlerdi. Ancak bu tesis tarafından hiçbir şekilde yardımcı olunmadı. Ayrıca daha uygun fiyatlı bir odaya geçme talebimiz de reddedildi. O sırada yaklaşık yedi adet boş ve çok daha uygun fiyatlı oda bulunmasına rağmen hiçbir esneklik gösterilmedi. Müşteri memnuniyetini önemsemeyen ve çözüm üretmek yerine katı kurallara sığınan bir yaklaşım sergilendiğini düşünüyoruz. Bunun yanı sıra odanın tasarımı da son derece kullanışsız ve rahatsız ediciydi. Banyo ve tuvalet, odanın tam ortasında buzlu camla ayrılmış bir bölüm şeklinde tasarlanmıştı. Üstelik kapısı tam kapanmıyor, arada ciddi bir boşluk kalıyordu. Bu alanın herhangi bir havalandırmasının da olmaması durumu daha da kötü hale getiriyordu. Lavabonun ise bu bölümün dışında, odanın ortasında konumlandırılmış olması oldukça anlamsızdı. Oda genel olarak çok karanlıktı ve ışıklardan biri arızalıydı. Bu nedenle hazırlanırken kendimizi düzgün şekilde göremeden dışarı çıkmak zorunda kalıyorduk. Yataklar hem oldukça küçük hem de son derece rahatsızdı. İki kişinin konforlu şekilde uyuyabileceği bir yatak kesinlikle değildi. Tüm bunlara rağmen diğer otellere kıyasla oldukça yüksek bir ücret ödedik. Yaşadığımız tüm olumsuzlukları düşündüğümüzde, ödediğimiz paranın karşılığını kesinlikle alamadık. Otelin tek olumlu yanı konumuydu; ancak bu da zaten otelin sunduğu bir hizmetten ziyade bulunduğu yerle ilgili bir avantajdı.

• Razvan (10/5): Overall, a place we would definitely come back to. - Letoh Sevilla was a great choice for our stay. The location and the overall positioning versus the main POIs are simply gold. Great venue, very good atmosphere and a balanced mix overall. The staff was exactly how hospitality should be everywhere: kind, supportive, solution oriented and always willing to help, regardless of the topic we raised. Big cheers to the team for this. Also, the coffee shop near the lobby is a hidden gem. Very good specialty coffee and a really nice touch for the overall experience. One thing to have in mind, although not something negative for us: the indoor bathroom walls, including the toilet and shower area, are made of opaque textured glass. It was perfectly fine in our case, but it may matter for guests looking for more privacy.

As I arrived 2 great welcoming girls were at the reception, asking me where am I coming from and trying to learn about me and to help me make my staying amazing. I asked for suggestion in regards what to see, what to eat and every suggestion was amazing and really local - no tourist trap. I would really go back there and I am so happy to have chosen this hotel for my solo travel... felt super safe Nothing to say at all

• Sofia (8/5): - Al nostro arrivo alla reception abbiamo trovato una ragazza che parla italiano ed è stata molto gentile e disponibile, come tutto il resto dello staff. La posizione è molto comoda. Dopo il check-out c’è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in hotel, servizio molto comodo anche se noi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Purtroppo la camera non è insonorizzata: si sentivano molto le persone che parlavano nel corridoio e i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze (colpa anche della maleducazione di alcuni ospiti dell’hotel che parlano molto ad alta voce anche a tarda sera). Alcuni piccoli particolari nella stanza potrebbero essere migliorati.

Room was very comfortable, shower was powerful, air-conditioning kept room at pleasant temperature. Black out curtains kept out all early morning light. All staff friendly and welcoming.
