- Bugg (10/5): Walking Melbourne family visit - The apartment is so good, secure, long and spacious. Could live there permanently. It is 100% quiet with the balcony door shut and fine when it is open. It really is located perfectly on the rim of the city centre but above is the peaceful Flagstaff Gardens and Queen Vic Market. Below is the docklands, spencer street skybus and Marvel stadium which we utilised. So clean and perfectly fitted out. Ivy checks and looks out to make sure you are okay at all the right times. Thanks. I stayed with my 11 year old and we walked straight north to the Zoo through the heritage of North Melbourne and the other way south to the aquarium without stepping off King Street / Batman St until we got there. Will be looking to book this one again when we travel to Melbourne.

- Weiying (9/5): Superb - Calming Urban Oasis have all necessary facilities, cooking, laundry, air condition, parking. Ten minuts walking to the flagstaff station of public transpotations is very convenient. Nearby the Flagstaff park. I could hear the siren of the fire engine almost every night as the fire station is nearby.

- Dianna (10/5): Accessible to everything and free parking - The setup was suitable for us for a family with 2 little kids. The main train, trams and shops are short walking distance. Having free parking is a plus for us. Ivy is responsive and the instructions for access are straightforward and easy to follow. We will definitely stay in the same place when we come back.

- Dayna (9/5): Wonderful convenient cute apartment - It was a cute little apartment that suited our needs. The location was great, it was a short walk to trams and trains and places to eat. Parking was great, the washer and dryer excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it, didn't want to leave Wasn't perfectly clean, the cleaner missed hair and dust behind the shower door. The bin in the cupboard was awkward to deal with especially with a heavy tray on the top

- Man (8/5): It’s still a nice stay for our trip - Very clean and spacious enough for my family two adult and two teenagers. All necessary items are provided. Not sufficient light from outside in the living and dining area. The curtain in the bedroom can only cover half window so that I can see people in other units from my bed.
- Tsai (8/5): I will still recommend this apartment to the family. - Clean and comfort. Staff very helpful! Need to collect the key at the far away store feel inconvenient. Understand no house keeping but no one clean the toilet and no one to collect the rubbish feel not good.
