- Charles (1/5): Due to Scam loss of 7 hours the first day trying to find a replacement for group. 5 hr on call. - Stop! We left this property 30 minutes after arrival. This property was listed as a three bedroom with two living rooms. It only had Two bedrooms and One living, One dining room and Kitchen and a disconnected subterrain room filled with rotting garbage. Owner only sent a non-english speaking person to remove rotting bags of garage with the smell covering the whole home
I am currrently 10 days in waiting for a refund. I have called booking.com 8 times and they have been unable to contact owner. We contacted the owner immediately and he rufused to come over to the property. There is no 3 bedroom! Our group needed three bedrooms. The listing on booking .com is incorrect.

Despite contacting your support team, we were disappointed to learn that our request for a refund was denied. I must emphasize that this is not a matter of preference or minor inconvenience—it is a breach of contract and consumer trust.

> • A full refund of the booking amount due to the inaccurate listing.
> • An investigation into the property to ensure future guests are not similarly misled.
> • Confirmation that this issue has been escalated to a senior case manager.

> Attached are photos of the property, screenshots of the original listing, and any relevant correspondence. I trust that Booking. Booking.com cost our group loss of first day. Booking.com allowed a scam listing. Booking.com had me hold 5 times over 30 minutes for a total of 5 hours on six calls to get this resolved. Booking.com now has not reponsed for 10 days. Booking.com did not offere to find a replacment place, they only kept saying "talk to the owner". The owner refused to have a conversation on booking.com internal chat to hide their non-action. We loss time, had to find an expensive replacement housing and amlost $200 in international call since the 800 number provided by booking.com did not have English speaking people after hours.
Owner was nasty on phone and refused to come to property.

- Camelia (10/5): Amazing! Warmly recommended. - This villa was a beautiful place! You would have thought you were in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, the hills were beautiful and the privacy was amazing. But, it is also 15 minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. The location and the setting are truly amazing. The villa itself had everything one needs for short or long stay. I very warmly recommend it and I will try to stay there again when I visit Florence next. I loved everything.

Özetle tatilimiz keyifsiz bir hale dönüştü, ilk defa böyle bir şey ile karşılaştım, bu kabul edilemez.
