• Erik (6/5): - Ubytovanie malo výbornú lokalitu, boli blizko obchody, zmrlina, lekáreň, austobusova zastavka a blízko aj zastavka metra. Vchodové dvere boli tenké a v noci cez ne presvitalo veľa svetla a bolo počuť hluk z chodby, na izbe chýbala chladnička, resp. nebola ani v zdieľanej kuchynke. Čo sa týka kúpeľne, v sprchovom kúte boli plesne a WC boli príliš blízko sprchového kútu, nesadnete si tam klasicky.

• Ady (10/5): - 広々とした空間。毎日清潔にしてくれる清掃員。ホテル税を払うまでの待ち時間でエスプレッソやカプチーノ、お菓子まで振る舞ってくれて、気さくに話してくれたオーナーの家族。一人旅の自分にとって、このホテルは優しさのオアシスだった。 ホテル側には一切ない。注意点としてはトイレやシャワーなどの水を使う時に配管に水が流れる音がとても大きいこと。自分自身良くなかったと反省したことは彼らがテキストでやりとりするより会話する方がコミュニケーションを取りやすいことを失念していたことだった。もしこのホテルにテキストでやり取りするならイタリア語か簡単な英語が好ましいだろう。

Bagno con wc posizionato dinanzi alla doccia e pertanto assai scomodo. Pulizia molto approssimativa. Cucina inservibile, sporca e disordinata. Host arrogante, scortese e poco professionale.

La signora Irene disponibile a rispondere ai messaggi anche nel dare consigli funzionali per chi non conosce bene la città . La posizione strategica in un quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso in cui ci si può muovere tranquillamente sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici per visita la città. Si trova ad un quarto d’ora a piedi da San Pietro, ma ideale anche per chi come noi voleva alloggiare vicino allo stadio olimpico, che abbiamo appunto raggiunto a piedi . Lo consiglio assolutamente.

We also loved having the little kitchen down the hall! The coffee machine and stove/oven, sink, etc. really saved time and money from having to go to a cafe or out to eat. Also having the A/C unit in the room made it very comfortable. Also, the lady working there was super nice, very friendly and accommodating! The shower was nice, really enjoyed the rainfall showerhead. It would have been nice to have a place to hang more towels close by.

• Giovanna (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno, soddisfacente per le nostre esigenze - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo appartamento suddiviso in due o tre stanze, separate da un corridoio abbastanza lungo e con una sorta di "angolo cucina" in comune. Nonostante non sapessimo se ci fossero altri ospiti nelle altre camere, siamo stati davvero tranquilli e non abbiamo avuto molta necessità di usufruire degli altri ambienti. Nella nostra camera con bagno privato avevamo tutto il necessario, l'aria condizionata ha rinfrescato perfettamente e la pulizia è stata stata un punto a favore. È possibile fare il check-in da remoto anche in assenza dei proprietari, che ci hanno accolto e guidato tramite telefono e scambiando messaggi sulla chat di Booking a cui rispondevano prontamente. Quello che sicuramente ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze è stata la vicinanza allo Stadio Olimpico: dista solo circa 40 min a piedi, mentre con i mezzi pubblici o privati ancor meno, e siamo riusciti a raggiungerlo facilmente per andare al concerto di Kendrick Lamar. Tutt'intorno vi sono numerosi posti per mangiare e la zona è tranquillissima. Forse consiglierei soltanto un mini frigo in camera.

• Kayla (7/5): Good - Spacious room, in a quieter part of Rome. Still accessible to the main attractions. Walking distance to the Vatican City. Multiple supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance as well as bus stops and train stations. Bed was noisy and uncomfortable. We could feel the springs underneath us as we slept. We were also near the main entrance to the suites, so we could hear any time someone rang the front bell.

• Uss (8/5): Cozy Stay in Rome - Very convenient location. Very clean room with excellent housekeeping. Room is medium to small but you don't come to Rome to stay in the room. 😄 There is no reception, but excellent communication with the owner facilitates a seamless entry. Quiet location. Toilet is too close to the shower. But this is Rome. I haven't been in any hotel here in 20 years where they got the shower or bathroom right.🛀

I didn’t mind the location but you do have to take a bus/subway to the sites of Rome. However, for me, who wanted to be close to Vatican and somewhat away from the tourist crowds, this was perfect!

• Eleanor (9/5): A large, attractive room. - A large room with an interesting decor and a large(king sized) bed. No fabric softener is used. The owner arranged for the shuttle from the airport and to the train station. Communication with the owner was challenging. Some scented products were in the bathroom; otherwise, the room could have been considered hypoallergenic.

• Jan (9/5): Great place to stay during your visit in Rome - Cozy room, quite comfortable bed, great location (~10 min walk to Vatican City, ~5 min walk to Metro station), quiet location, shared kitchen with coffee machine available for use. Thin room door so you can hear whenever other guests arrive home. Toilet position in the bathroom right in front of the shower so it was difficult to squeeze there.

• Massimo (8/5): Reccomended loadging for a short stay (one or two nights) - The location is perfect to easily reach the main destinations within Rome city center. The room price is right for the available comforts. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Some narrow spaces inside the bathroom.
• Diana (4/5): Wouldn’t stay for longer than one night. - Good location. Room cleaning was included and was a pleasant surprise. The photo advertisement is very misleading. Booked this place in hope to stay in the room as advertised but got a room that was disappointing. No fridges in the room, walls stained and out dated renovation. Walls are PAPER THIN, every morning awoken by other people who visited the kitchen next door.

• Deborah (4/5): Disappointing - I like that I had electric the 2nd night. I didn't like that I woke up at 2 am and there was no electricity. I was hot, couldn't see to use the bathroom. I had medicine that needed to stay cold. When I finally called at 6 am , she didn't seem so concerned. Later had someone come fix it as we were leaving for the day, which meant we had to get dressed in the dark. She needs flashlights / candles or something in case this happens to others.. Also for others when looking for the property it does not say ACB Vatican Suites. It should say the same thing as the door. It was a little confusing.

• Paweł (10/5): Great place to stay for an active tourists! - We were surprised with daily room service, and how everything what we needed fitted in one room. Not exactly close to the city centre, however it is close to bus stops, about 8 minutes from Cipro metro station and 15 minutes from Vatican. Great and fast check-in and the building have got an elevator. Also the air conditioning works very well. Excellent place to stay! Also right behind the corner there are the best gelato in the whole city - you have to try it at least once!

• Simina (6/5): not bad but not the bets option either - room is spacious , it has AC. we've had our room cleaned ever day staff was very friendly The toilet is a super small room inside the bedroom, with a glass door, semitransparent, that does not close properly. NOBODY wants to see/hear or be seen/heard by their partner while they are on the toilet, no matter how much love is in their relationship! You could add a towel hanger next to the shower, since it is a separate room, and some shelves for the toiletries, so you won't have to put them all around you and fall down on them. Small things that make a difference The distance to Vatican is about 35 min walk. This "near Vatican" is only for marketing. To get to the city center you can either walk 1h-1h and a half, or take the buss and spend extra money Breakfast is just a pastry and some coffee, not really worth the mention of " Breakfast included". You can buy these for less than 3 eur and get a room closer to the city center for a similar amount
