• Gerardus (9/5): Net appartement met alle voorzieningen op fijne locatie - Locatie dicht bij bars, restaurants en bussen. Fijnste strand Las Vistas op loopafstand 15 minuten. Appartement is ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zwembad netjes en genoeg bedjes. Iets te groot voor solo reiziger, maar dat is eigenlijk geen minpunt ;-)

• Sebastian (10/5): Perfect and exactly what was needed - Our room was overlooking the pool which was perfect, being able to have a coffee on the balcony with the sunrise was excellent and having a great view of the mountains. Property was lovely and clean and the bed so comfortable it was hard to leave. Very nice touch with the Xmas tree as we visited in Dec ☺️ Some bars played music into the night but this was negligible at best

We liked the Guest Guide, which provides comprehensive information about places to visit, beaches and shops. In addition to this information, Victoria responded quickly to our requests. The apartments have everything you need for a comfortable stay: dishes, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, a large refrigerator, and towels for both the room and the beach. There is also a pleasant area with a swimming pool, everything is neat and clean. The location of the apartment is very convenient, close to all locations - beaches, shops, restaurants. I can recommend renting a car from Hermanns, which is a 15-minute walk from the apartment - the whole process took 10 minutes, the prices are affordable (30 euros per day for a Fiat 500), and there is full insurance without any deposits. In addition to cars, you can get around by bus, which runs very frequently and to various locations (route 40 goes to Tenerife South Airport, by the way, and costs €3.20 per passenger). We would also like to thank Roman, who met us and kept in touch with us throughout our holiday. For the first time in all our travels, our expectations were fully met, and the 9.6 rating from Booking is completely accurate. I wish Hermitage Homes SML a 10 rating in the future. Very quiet and great view overlooking the pool. There was everything you needed for a great stay. Communication was first class. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning. The apartment was clean and comfortable The staff was kind and very attentionate. They left us some water, coffee, soap, etc. The location is ok, approx. 20 min. from the beach on foot with lots of seaside restaurants. The apartment is also very easy to reach if you come by bus from Tenerife Sur Airport. It's a very good starting point if you plan to visit by car. Some little details. The elevator was not always working. It was hot by night but the staff kindly provided a ventilator. The shower head could be changed. There were no napkins. But overall it was great!
