• Kim (10/5): Echte aanrader! - Ruim, proper appartement met centrale ligging. Goede bedden, badhanddoeken ter beschikking. Alle keukenbenodigdheden aanwezig. 2 slaapkamers met elk een aparte badkamer, aparte bergruimte. Kort bij metrostation en halte van Sightseeingbus. Gastheer is vriendelijk & behulpzaam.

• Philippe (8/5): Appartement spacieux et agréable, bien situé. - Sa propreté, son emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville à pied , appartement spacieux, parfait pour deux couples. Les petites attentions ( bouteilles d’eau de courtoisie, biscuits, capsules de café, sopalin…etc) Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle, difficultés avec toutes les ouvertures : porte d’entrée, fenêtres et volets.

• Paul (9/5): Very easy and convenient stay with good access to central Milan - The location of the apartment is very good, just a few minutes walk from Sant'Ambroggio Metro, on lines 2 and 4 (including direct Metro to Linate airport), and a very good supermarket 100m on the same road. Apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well appointed, with amenities and breakfast items. Two good sized bedrooms with ample storage space and good bathrooms. The location is relatively quiet, and the building has a daytime caretaker, and is very secure. Access was very simple and entirely contactless, with access instructions provided ahead of arrival and the host was available via WhatsApp very easily.
• Grandison (10/5): Excellent stay, would absolutely stay here again! - The apartment was very clean, beautifully maintained and in a good location. Very easy to get to all areas of Milan and it was safe. It has plenty of amenities inside and we were left plenty of snacks to enjoy as well. The temperature of the shower was a bit temperamental. It went from hot to cold very quickly

• joachim (8/5): Top für einen Trip in die Stadt der Mode. - Zentrale Lage Angenehme Ausstattung, mit allen notwendigen Kleinigkeiten, einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu genießen. Frühstückscafés und Restaurants in Laufweite. Die Metro fährt unter dem Haus oder in unmittelbarer Nähe durch, was zu gewissen leichten Erschütterungen und Geräuschen führt. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, mag dadurch irritiert werden.

• macarena (9/5): Calidad-Precio Estupendo - Todo bastante nuevo y bonito decorado. Limpio. Muy espacioso. Un plus las dos habitaciones y los dos baños (con todo lo necesario toallas, secador, productos de aseo). La ubicación es perfecta, el metro está a 2 minutos y andando también puedes llegar a muchos sitios relevantes. Tanto el propietario como la limpiadora muy amables en todo momento. Por incluir algo a mejorar, aunque no es que se destaque para una mala estancia. El ruido del metro, aunque si llegas muy cansado de hacer turismo no le das tanta importancia… pero se nota, aunque para algunas horas en la noche. Para nuestro gusto faltaban un par de almohadas más por dormitorio. La bandeja de los champús del baño un poco oxidada.

• NURIA (10/5): Lo recomendaría - La ubicación muy buena y la casa muy bien decorada.
• MIGUEL (9/5): AUTENTICO, CLASICO, BIEN SITUADO, ARREGLADO, BUENA ZONA. Y A DOS PARADAS DEL CENTRO. - Estacion de metro muy cerca. UBICACION: Está situado a solo dos paradas de metro del centro. El edificio es un clasico de hace muchas decadas, reformado: Hermoso por fuera y precioso por dentro. En la plaza que tienen al bajar, hacen un mercado el sabado y el martes. Hermoso pasearlo. ANFITRION: constesta al momento y nos orientó en un par de circusnstancias. El recibimiento en el piso, con un bol de dulces y café para desayunar. NOS HA ENCANTADO.- Es un edificio no muy grande, antiguo, bonito y bien situado. Pero si tuviera el interior (escaleras, zonas comunes) arreglado, seria mucho mas hermoso.

• Helinä (10/5): - Tilava adunto, kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Metro lähellä, kauppa lähellä. Tulisin todellakin uudelleen. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Kuvat vastaavat todellusuutta.

• Sandy (8/5): My stay was very comfortable inside - It was spacious, clean and bright. There were many items for tea and snacks in the kitchen for our use. The stairway up to the room was not lit at all and the elevator was not responding from the bottom floor. One person went up to the first floor to call the elevator up.
• Marian (10/5): Genial sitio para disfrutar de Milán - Es un apartamento precioso, grande, bien decorado, muy espacioso y muy bien equipado. Tiene dos baños grandes, vestidor con mucho sitio para dejar cosas, enchufes bien situados, buen aire acondicionado, y es un primero con ascensor tras un corto tramo de escaleras. En la cocina nos dejaron abundantes snacks, café, infusiones, todo un detalle que no es frecuente en este tipo de alojamientos. La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca de dos paradas de metro, y tiene muy cerca un buen supermercado, e incluso ponen en la misma calle mercadillo con frutas y verduras varias veces por semana. También hay restaurantes próximos. Nada, si volvemos a Milán será nuestra primera opción.
• renatagug (9/5): - Связь с хозяином была через Whatsapp. Хозяин прислал четкие инструкции по заселению. В апартаментах было все необходимое для комфортного проживания двух пар. В одной спальне была туалетная комната с душем, а вторая туалетная комната с душем находится возле спальни.

• Ignacio (9/5): Agradable y tranquila. - En general todo estuvo muy bien. Amplitud comodidad limpieza equipamiento. Habria que poner mosquiteras en las ventanas. Los mosquitos han resultado incómodos por la noche.

• Robert (7/5): Great but excessive noise. - Decor is very tasteful, very chic, I would love to live in this apartment. Good location. Many little bakeries around plus a phenomenal grocery store. The hot food section in back is delicious! Excellent water temp and pressure. Noise. Noise coming from everywhere. The train runs all hours except approx 12-530am. It shakes the whole place and sounds like thunder every few minutes. From front bedroom you can hear everyone talking and fighting and on and on. It’s rough if you’re not on a sleeping pill.

• Judea (9/5): Excellent Milan apartment - Fabulous, spacious apartment with good facilities. Supermarket close by and Saturday market 2 minutes away. Good location on M2 line and easy walking to a number of areas of Milan. Great communication on arrival and accommodated a slightly earlier arrival time which was much appreciated. The only suggestion I would make is to have some more pillows available but it wasn’t a big problem.
