• BARAZZUTTI (6/5): appartement ne correspond pas au descriptif - bon emplacement, près du téléphérique , du lac et du centre ville de Bregenz manque de vaisselle (ex : uniquement 2 bols et petites cuillères pour un appartement de 4 personnes) moquette dans la cuisine sale, poussière dans la chambre à coucher bruit discontinu dans la chambre à coucher, manque de luminosité de l'appartement il était dit 2 salles de bain alors qu'il n'y en a qu'une
• James Clark (10/5): I wish we could have met the owners to personally thank for a wonderful stay, wish it were longer. - The location was superb. Minutes to the train station, we arrived and left from. Seconds walk from the Pfander cable car which is a wonderful experience we recommend to everyone. The accommodation is homely and perfect for self-catering. No hesitation in recommending this property. The street level large windows give very little privacy. This could be easily sorted with some net curtains. The kitchen area needs more lighting for food prep. I improvised by moving a bedside table light on to the top of the fridge. These are nothing more than observations and constructive options to alter the comfort and privacy.

• Nathalie (8/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit top Lage. - Die sehr ruhige Lage Es könnte noch etwas wohnlicher sein. Pflanzen leider schon fast vertrocknet.
• Kathleen (5/5): - Zentrumsnah. Liegt direkt am Hafen Bregenz Die Küche war dreckig. Ebenso der Kühlschrank. Klebrige Reste von Vorgängern im Kühlschrank. Im Bad wächst an den Fugen zwischen den Fliesen in der Dusche der schwarze Schimmel. Sehe ich persönlich als Gesundheitsrisiko.

• Sonja (7/5): - Super Lage, schnell am See oder in der Stadt Die Wohnung ist leider etwas hellhörig und der Nachbar über der Wohnung ist morgens um 5:30 Uhr schon wach gewesen. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer liegt an der Wand zum Hauseingang und dort hört man dann auch, wenn das Schloss aufgeschlossen wird.

• Elitsa Emilova Nikolova (9/5): Чудесен апартамент в центъра на града! - Местоположението на апартамента е отлично – в самия център, много близо до гарата. Има си всичко в апартамента, обзаведен е с всичко необходимо. Чисто и спретнато. Домакините бяха отзивчиви и мили. Единствено не ми хареса, че осветлението е слабо в спалните и дори и на висока степен на парното, апартамента е леко студен. Това разбира се не е голям проблем.

• Kristina (8/5): Günstig, alles was man braucht, aber vielleicht einen Thermo-Pyjama mitnehmen. - Das Apartment ist schlicht aber mit dem Notwendigsten für einen Kurzaufenthalt eingerichtet, es gibt Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Es war leider wirklich kalt, bei der Ankunft waren die Heizkörper teilweise aus oder nur niedrig eingeschalten, was man bei Temperaturen Mitte Jänner nicht ganz verstehen muss...
• Hannelore (7/5): - Bodensee und Innenstadt war in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Etwas mehr Licht im Schlafzimmer, über dem Esstisch und im Küchenbereich wäre schön gewesen. Auch über Stuhlkissen auf den harten Stühlen hätten wir uns gefreut. Parksituation ist schlecht. Die Zimmer waren zum Teil trotz Heizung zu kalt.

• Novica (7/5): It would have been a great stay if we hadn’t had a heating issue. The accommodation was not cheap so definitely somethin - The property is spacious and modern, with all the facilities there. Heating was not working in the living room and in the main bathroom. We were really cold the first day - the owner came to fix it in the evening, after which it worked well. Having a small child and coming to super cold apartment is really unacceptable. We expected some lower price as a remuneration for this event, but none of this happened.

• Lisa (9/5): Moderne Wohnung in zentraler Lage! - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, gemütliche und modern eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber und in top Lage. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auf der Toilette wäre ein Rollo wie im Bad von Vorteil und da Wohnzimmer und Küche in einem Raum sind, ist der helle Teppichboden dort etwas unvorteilhaft.
• Pascal (8/5): Idealer Ausganspunkt zur Erkundung dieser schönen Stadt. - Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Seepromenade und der Altstadt sowie der Pfänderbahn entfernt. Ideale Unterkunft für die Erkundung von der schönen Stadt Bregenz. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Leider konnte der Parkplatz nicht fix reserviert werden und er wurde nur bei einer zeitigen Anreise garantiert. Hat bei uns jedoch gut geklappt.
• Wolfgang (7/5): Gutes Appartment und zentraler Lage - Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Altstadt ,der Hafen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Saubere frisch renovierte Wohnung, die gut ausgestattet ist. Da wir 4 Erwachsene waren ,sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten doch sehr kuschelig. Gestört hat auch das die Räume sehr schlecht ausgeleuchtet sind, vor allem der große Wohnbereich, da würde eine Lampe bei der Küche durchaus passen. Auch das am Herd nur zwei von vier Platten funktionieren war nicht so fein. Aber diese kleinen Mängel sind sicherlich leicht zu beheben😉

• Manuel Ángel (6/5): Bregenz, verano 2025. - La ubicación. No había horno microondas. Vajilla y cubiertos escasos. Cocina sin iluminación, por la noche había que cocinar en penumbra. Deberían explicar con claridad como funciona el sistema de reciclado de basuras, para un extranjero no es fácil averiguar cómo hacerlo correctamente. No se nos comunicó la subida de la tasa municipal de estancia para turistas. Nos enteramos allí cuando ya no podíamos cancelar la reserva, entendemos que este fallo es responsabilidad de Booking y nos ha sorprendido negativamente.
• Carolin (4/5): Enttäuschend und zu teuer - Lage und Parksituation Die Wohnung wird dem Titel „Stylische Altbauwohnung“ leider gar nicht gerecht. Es ist zwar ein alter Bau, der nicht stylisch ist. Die Einrichtung ist eher lieb- und wahllos, alles ist zusammengewürfelt. Die Dekoration besteht aus vertrockneten Pflanzen, abgebrannten Kerzen und schimmeligen Apfelscheiben im Bad. Im Wohn-/Essbereich inkl. Küchenzeile liegt Teppichboden (?) mit deutlichen Flecken. Hinter dem Haus ist eine Art Bach, der bei Regen deutlich zunimmt und eine entsprechend konstante Geräuschkulisse erzeugt. Alles in allem für diesen Preis ein echter Reinfall und nicht zu empfehlen.
• Dominik (6/5): In Ordnung, Lage gut, Bregenz ist aber mir zu langweilig. - Alles Sauber und viel Platz. Ehemaliges großes Schaufenster in der Küche/Wohnbereich ohne Vorhang. Jeder der außen vorbeiläuft sieht in die Wohnung!

• Pirot (1/5): Bad - The room temperature is equal to outside temperature!! It’s very cold, central heating is not working. It’s 02:45 am now and we can’t sleep. I worsted my money and paid for nothing!!!! I don’t recommend it!!!

• Bronwyn (9/5): Great location, excellent communication, nice decor. - The location of the property is fantastic and it’s been set out beautifully. High quality furnishings and linen, comfy sofa bed. Communication was excellent. There was a slight damp smell that detracted from what would otherwise be a very beautiful and spacious apartment.
• Julian (6/5): Overall an easy stay and particularly convenient for our purposes. - Clean & comfortable & good location. There was everything needed for a short stay. Maybe a Microwave incase cooking is not an option? The unpleasant smell. And the fact that there were no curtains in the bedroom. Maybe consider installing a microwave for ease of simple food preparation?
