• konoy (10/5): Top level place to stay in Florence! - Amazing location and beautiful apartment. We were right next to the famous dome. Attentive host who gave us excellent recommendations for fun nights in Florence. Plenty of space and excellent bathrooms. Nothing. The place is epic!

• Elna (10/5): Beautiful Florence city center apartment with a view - Just steps from the duomo! Excellent location in the heart of Florence. Beautiful rooms, comfortable, very clean! 2 full bathrooms was nice due to our group size. Nice living room so we could chat! Views of the side of the Duomo from the balcony The hosts were LOVELY, they accommodated our late check in and helped us carry our bags Last but not least, we loved the parking garage they partner with. The stay is in Florence ZTL (very important FYI, Florence restricts driving access) their parking garage kept our car, Valeted us to and from the apartment and we had access to the car during our stay. If we needed it for a day trip we would call them 1 hr before and they would bring it to us. Huge shoutout to City Parking Fiesola It was a great stay. No surprises, all of this is well communicated in their listing! FYI: no current elevator, it was being put in during our stay and apartment is on 2nd piano (3rd floor). This is why it has great views 😁, worth it

• Seçkin (10/5): Hoş bir deneyim - Konum olarak daha iyi bir yer olamaz, her yer yürüme mesafesindeydi. 2 adet banyonun olması büyük kolaylık sağladı. Odalar geniş ve yataklar rahat. Temizlik açısından hiçbir problem yaşamadık. Andrea isimli genç bir beyefendi bizi sokakta karşıladı, eve yerleşmemize yardımcı oldu ve evin etrafında gezebileceğimiz yerleri bize ayrıntılı biçimde açıkladı, akşam yemeği için adımıza rezervasyon dahi yaptı. Kendisine ne kadar teşekkür etsek az. Tekrar Floransa’ya gelmek çok isterim ve gelirsem de başka bir yerde kesinlikle kalmam. Asansörün olmadığını bilerek evi tutmuştum dolayısıyla bizim açımızdan bir problem yoktu ancak asansör için gerekli izinlerin alındığı ve yakın zamanda takılacağı söylendi.

• Thomas (10/5): The location was absolutely perfect for our visit and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean - Breakfast was not furnished, but there was a kitchen and the coffee provided was excellent. The pillows were nice and squishy just like I like. The only coffee cups were small, i.e. not suited for cappuccino, The only bowls were very big, The bed were very (perhaps too) comfortable, but I like mine a little harder.
• Tracey (10/5): - Andrea was a great host. He met us at the apartment and showed us around, explained how everything worked and gave us a map and suggestions on what to see in the city. He helped arrange a taxi back to the airport as well. The apartment was in a great location, we could see the Duomo from the balcony and hear the bells. We walked everywhere. I appreciated the double paned windows which kept the apartment quiet. It is also a quieter street since no cars are allowed on the street. The apartment is lovely, with a gorgeous fresco on the living room ceiling and lovely antique furnishings. It was also great to have two full bathrooms as I was traveling with my twin daughters.

Apartment is well maintained - still looks new, super clean, and comfortable. Facilities are all working well. Best of all, Andrea - our host - was very helpful and accommodating - providing information where to go and how to get there, booking taxis and trains for us, and beyond the call of duty, checking on us if everything was alright specially when we needed to visit a hospital for an emergency consult. Will surely book this apartment once again should we visit Florence in the future.

• Lynne (10/5): Experienced amazing Italian hospitality - highly recommend this property :) - The property is beautiful - central location and cute balcony with views to the Duome. But above all, one should stay at this property to experience the amazing Italian hospitality provided by Andrea. He was outstanding. He met us at the taxi, provided helpful information about Florence including a map and information sheet, made a dinner reservation for our first night at the steak house downstairs (highly recommend), and met us again for check out and booked our taxi. On top of all that, I messaged to get some advise on where to find a doctor when our daughter was ill… he directed us to the emergency doctor, and checked in daily to see how she was recovering. Would love to return again sometime. Florence is beautiful, Andrea was fabulous, and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for accommodation. Nothing it was great. We knew the apartment was on the second floor with no lift. There are 8 small flights with 7 steps each so it is very user friendly, but good to be aware of this when booking.

• Thomas (10/5): This was a fantastic, spacious, quiet, clean, inviting apartment. Andrea was wonderful! We hope one day to return to Flo - The apartment was very spacious, with a common living room/dining table. Two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms. The apartment was very quiet, except for the beautiful sound of the Cathedral bells at 0700. The location was excellent. Florence is a very walkable city, and we found the location of this apartment to be a 10 minute walk from the Central train station, and a 15 to 20 minute walk from the vast majority of sites we wished to see. Andrea met us at the apartment upon our arrival. He went over all the features of the apartment, and sat down and went over a map of Florence… Pointing out the four quadrants of the city, some of his favorite restaurants, location of grocery stores, etc. We had a grocery store located within a 3 minute walk from our apartment. You do have to walk up two flights of stairs to the second floor. This really isn’t an issue, unless a person has some mobility issues.
• Catherine (9/5): Beautiful apartment steps from the Duomo! - Steps away from everything. Very safe!Easy to get to anything you’d want to do. Very large apartment with comfortable beds and large showers. I wish I’d noted that there is not an elevator. It is 60 steep steps to the door of the apartment. Also there isn’t a washing machine which is fine except for long stays.

Realmente en medio de todo y se puede ir sin problema andando a todos los sitios Es un segundo de un edificio antiguo lo que viene a ser casi como un 4º de un edificio moderno. Y, de momento no hay ascensor (cosa que ya sabiamos) . La verdad es que eso nos acababa dando pereza a haber subido durante el dia un rato aprovechando que estabamos al lado, aunque nos dijeron que parece que han aprobado el ponerlo.

There is al - The property was in a prime location steps from the Duomo and close to everything. There are not enough superlatives to describe Andrea‘s efforts on our behalf. He went above and beyond in all aspects from greeting us when we arrived, to providing an extensive list of suggestions for things to see and do. He was always available whenever we needed assistance, including arranging a taxi and helping us secure train tickets. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
• Steve (10/5): Fab Florence Apartment. - The location was fantastic 100 metres from the Cathedral, easy (and inexpensive) transfer via tram from the airport to station and an easy 10 minutes walk to the apartment. Staff couldn't have been more helpful in meeting us and showing us the facilities. Excellent. It is up 2 floors which for older guests (like me) is a slight challenge but all good fun. And the apartment is definitely worth the effort.

• Nicola (10/5): Definitely recommend - fantastic location, comfortable stay, very helpful host. - The location of the property couldn’t have been better, it was central to everywhere and we made full use of the opportunities that afforded us during the day and the evening. We always felt safe. The apartment was comfortable with all the facilities that we required. The air-conditioning was efficient and could be controlled separately in each room. Hearing the Duomo bells at different times during the day was lovely. Andrea couldn’t have been more helpful, he gave us ideas of places to visit and restaurants where we might eat, and we were very appreciative of that. We would definitely stay here again. There are plenty of stairs, but after a week we were climbing without any problems. (They could be an issue for less mobile people.) The shower cubicles would benefit from a shelf for toiletries, a small addition that would make a worthwhile improvement to each bathroom.

• Doug (10/5): HIGHLY recommend!!! Stay here if it's available! - The location is exceptional! You are just steps away from the Duomo. Most other tourist destinations are within a ten or fifteen minute walk. (AND there is GREAT gelato right next to the hotel!) While the rooms were beautiful, comfortable (AC was GREAT!), and historic, the best part was meeting Andrea. He was incredibly kind, so personable, & very responsive any time we needed to contact him. He took the time to welcome us, show us details about the apartment & how to make Italian coffee in the funky kitchen cabinet, and recommended several restaurants that locals go to. His help was the icing on the cake of a wonderful visit to Florence! We didn't mind it, but some wouldn't like the number of stairs to get to the room.
