• Dorota (7/5): Fantastyczna lokalizacja najlepsza w Hanoi uliczka. - Położenie idealne , cicho , gorąca woda , miła obsługa W moim pokoju było mnóstwo mebli różnego typu jakby pozbierane z różnych epok. Czułam dysharmonie. Pokój był na ostatnim piętrze co było dla mnie fantastyczne bo miałam widok na katedrę i piękne wrażenia podczas deszczu. Ale meble były bardzo dziwne , za dużo np lodówka stała na biurku i przeszkadzała , w możliwości pisania przy biurku.

Maar ja, die gaat ook om vier uur s'nachts de klokken luiden. Ik had een straat kamer, een binnenkamer is veel beter beschermd tegen geluiden van buitenaf Veel restaurants en cafe's in de buurt en heerlijke Bahn Mi om de hoek Het was niet echt super schoon, en het is een beetje aan vernieuwing toe. Maar het was er uiteindelijke wel uit te houden, je betaald ook niet de hoofdprijs

• Andrea (4/5): Good location, bad facilities - Location, friendly staff 24/7. The room was filthy, dust under every corner, spider webs, smelly sheets, run down bathroom and furniture. TV not working.

• Gerald (8/5): Good, could have been Great. - I actually stayed two times in a short period of time. I had two different rooms. One on the third floor and then one on the sixth floor upon my second stay. On my first stay the room on the third floor had roaches. I asked them to spray the room, but it had little effect. When I arrived for my second stay I was put on the 6th floor and had no issues with bugs at all. Not sure if roach issues are comment in the Old Quarter, as this was my first stay in Hanoi. The location was great. The staff was great. The only issue was with my first room. The bug issue in my first room was the only issue.

• Aashish (9/5): Superb - Duong, the hotel manager was extremely helpful and cordial. He allowed us to even store our luggage for free multiple times when we were travelling in and out of Hanoi. The location is perfect and walkable to every great place in the Old Quarter.

• Kaur (8/5): Great location, definitely recommend - Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in old quater. The room was nice, comfy bed and hot water however there is no Window in the room. There is a lift too! You can also get a sim card from reception, the manager is very nice and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel. No window in room but if you're out all day it's not a biggie. You just don't know when it's morning and the outside temperature until you step outside.

Walking distance to famous and delicious beef pho and Mama Bread. Room a bit old but nice place to stay. Need more brighter lights in the room and toilet. Can be quite noisy in the weekend.

More power! - room and it’s location. they kicked me out on the second day without prior notice and I was about to leave at that time so it’s hassle and because of that, I was late to my appointment. However, they gave me a nicer hotel so that’s fine.

• Louise (3/5): Sent us to a different hotel from the one we booked which was disgusting and unclean - Location was central. We booked the room on NYE and it was quite expensive. When we arrived they moved us to another hotel a few doors down, saying it was a bigger room (Hanoi capital hotel??). So to clarify this review is about the connected hotel, but it was the staff from the original hotel that send us there so they should cop some of rhe negativity for this! We also had to pay extra to check in early because we needed to sleep after an early flight from Phu Quoc. To clarify, a bigger room meant we got two double beds which we did not need as a couple. We were exhausted and just wanted to rest but the staff member in the lobby was playing horrible loud music all afternoon and the door into the room was not sealed and just up from the lobby so we couldn't sleep. We could also hear everyone coming up through the stairwell loudly. The bathroom was horrible and still had someone else's dirty towel in it. The bidet was way too strong it hurt to use it. The shower was just gross. Thank God we did not have to sleep there as we had the sleeper bus booked. Not a good experience at all..

• Shania (7/5): Was overall good and the good outweighed the bad - Location was really good, close to a lot of common tourist destination/sightseeing. The check in was appreciated as I arrived late due to travel issues. Staff very helpful and friendly with good English. The rooms were not very tidy or maintained. Maybe due to late booking. However, no as seen it photo.
