• Samanta (9/5): Me gusto - La ubicación prácticamente buena, a unos 15 minutos caminando del metro ikebukuru. Espacio chico pero bueno para 3 personas Un día se fue la luz y por ese motivo no pudimos cenar ahí, ni cargar celulares, tampoco nos pudimos bañar.

• Elisabeth (6/5): - Unser Gastheber hat immer am gleichen Tag und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Er hat auf Anfrage die Wohnung schon etwas früher hergerichtet und wir konnten früher einchecken. Wir haben das Geld am zweiten Tag bar bezahlt und auf Nachfrage eine Rechnung erhalten. Die Lage war gut. 10-15 Minuten von den Öffis und einigen Rwstaurants entferntdie Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Das Zimmer war gut abgedunkelt. Als wir zum Abschied unsere Kritik schrieben, haben wir eine sehr verständnisvolle, freundliche, entschuldigende und bemühte Antwort erhalten. Für zwei Personen hatte die kleine Wohnung genug Platz, aber man musste am Bett essen. Die Wäsche roch neutral. Die Waschmaschine hinterließ einen sauberen Eindruck. Leider gab es weder einen topf, noch besteck. Es waren eine Pfanne, Tassen, große Schüsseln, ein großes Messer, ein Schneidbrett, Zahnbürsten, Hauspatschen vorhanden. Außerdem gab es eine etwas schmutzige Herdplatte, Essstäbchen und eine Mikrowelle. Unter dem Herd stank es jeden Tag mehr. Es war in den Ecken staubig, auch Bad und Klo waren oberflächlich geputzt und wir hatten ein paar Insekten und Käfer Die Badewanne war leider verstopft. Die Fotos waren nicht ausreichend. • Janine (4/5): Okay at first glance but overall unpleasant. - Easy collection and payment (though a little strange, I had to leave the cash inside the apartment for someone to collect). Plenty of space and was easy to leave the luggage there safely around 12 before check-in. Nice separate shower and bathroom, and roomy. Convenient location, close to Ikebukuro station. A number of freely provided umbrellas - very handy during the rainy season. There were multiple issues I will detail below. I know the following doesn't generally bother everyone, but this is my experience: One of the biggest negatives was that above the top of the door there is a window that has no blinds or anything to block it - and there is a light outside RIGHT NEXT to the window that you cannot turn off. This meant the whole room was bathed in strong light at night and therefore impossible to sleep without a sleep mask because the beds both face the door. Also, the curtains behind the bed were so thin they didn't block out light, not even the streetlight at night that is nearby. The towels provided - they all had an awful, strong, musty smell, like they hadn't been washed properly at a high temperature ever. I could smell it on my body and face when I used any of the towels, which I find disgusting. It left me feeling uncomfortable and not clean, and this isn't something with an easy fix and it is not simple to bring your own towels and wash and dry them. There isn't actually a spot to do "bathroom stuff", there is only a kitchen sink, and the sink that is connected to the toilet that only has water flowing when you flush. So I had to brush my teeth, do my hair, etc all over the kitchen sink which I also found gross. There was also no spot with a mirror + powerpoint, so to use the hairdryer, I had to squat in the kitchen and use the shiny metal plate that is small and next to the gas stovetop. One of the beds (there were two) had a strong food smell. Luckily the other one had a mostly neutral smell and I was alone. All of the provided mugs and glasses were stained and dirty, I didnt feel comfortable using any of them. The full body mirror on the cupboard near the beds was dirty and had random splotches and stains on it. The two hairdryers provided were both of very low quality and not easy to use to do your hair with.
