• Bianca (10/5): A beautifully set-up, spotless home that thoughtfully catered to every need, offering relaxing deck time, great communal - The owners had clearly anticipated every need and want we could possibly have had. The house was beautifully set out and comfortably accommodated our family with ease. The multiple living zones meant everyone could enjoy their own space, while still having plenty of inviting communal areas to come together. We especially loved spending time on the deck — reading a book, listening to music, and unwinding with board games made it the perfect place to truly relax. Evenings around the fire pit were a highlight; it was a wonderful spot to gather, and the thoughtful treats supplied by the owners made it even more special. The accommodation was spotless and genuinely felt like home. Our boys were thrilled to find boogie boards ready to use at the beach, while the parents appreciated the sun shade. We were also lucky to have lovely neighbours who, on more than one occasion, happily threw our son’s ball back without complaint. We absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be back — although next time I might ditch the family and bring my girlfriends instead! Nothing!

• Kevin (10/5): - We loved how well set up it was with more than everything we needed. It was a spacious and lovely home in a beautiful location. The hosts and arrival gifts were lovely and it even had boogie boards! Very grateful it was dog friendly but we had two small dogs who found ways through the fence. Also my husband found the beds firm but I liked them! We had the most wonderful Christmas and stay and would definitely go back to this beautiful beach house and location! Thank you 😊

• Hong (10/5): Cosiest, most well stocked house ever!!! - Everything! My friends and I stayed there for five days, four nights over the new year period and the house had everything we needed, especially because we cooked every single meal we had during the trip. We've stayed at many places over the years for road trips around Victoria and this was the most well stocked house we've ever stayed in. The beds are comfy and fit everyone perfectly. Having a separate main toilet with sink was very handy with 10 people in the house. The living area is cosy and nicely laid out. The covered deck and firepit were also great. House is clean and feels lived in and homey. Location is great, being a short walk away from the shops and about 15 minutes to Beach No. 1. Lots of car parking space as well. Most importantly, Loretta and Ken were so lovely and communicative. They gave us an early check-in (12pm!!), late check-out (of 4pm!!!) and a welcome hamper!!! Overall, it was amazing and we can't wait to get back. Highly, highly recommend. Nothing, it was amazing.

We have had the most wonderful stay at your beautiful property. Lovely little town, and relaxing stroll to the shops and to the beach. Venus Bay is close by to numerous other towns, so we visited Walkerville, Inverloch, Tarwin Lower and Wonthaggi during our stay. We loved the Bald hills Creek Wildlife Walk and exploring the shell beaches in Walkerville. When the weather was cold and rainy, we had the fire going and enjoyed board games and Lego building with the kids. So much to do and see, the property was clean, tidy, comfortable and had beautiful decor and artwork throughout. Thanks again Loretta and Ken. Lovely hosts, beautiful property and we highly recommend 🥰 There was nothing to dislike about this property.

• Steph (10/5): Hospitality on steroids - thank you - Loretta and Ken are amazing hosts. So much care and thought has gone into the property, and you can tell they love hospitality. We were offered a late check out due to nice weather and having kids with us which us just so appreciated! So many special moments that added to the experience such as marshmallows for the fire with the rods ready to go and treats for the adults. The house is very well appointed, no creature comforts from home are missed. We will be back. Leaving 😉

The layout of the rooms worked for our group. Walking distance to the town, there were cafes and restaurants also a small local grocer for essentials. Great spot to get away from the city. • Gerard (9/5): The quality of this property ensured a relaxing and comfortable coastal holiday - Spacious living area, kitchen and bedrooms. Great range of kitchen appliances and utensils to cover any need. Large covered rear deck is well appointed with dining table, lounges, 2 drinks/food fridges large BBQ and fire pit. Secure, fenced backyard ideal for dogs. 5 min to shop and cafes but in quiet side street🙂. Friendly and responsive hosts and the welcome package of snacks, treats and drinks was extensive and a big hit with adults and kids alike. Washing machine and laundry sink is in the ensuite of the master bedroom suite although there is plenty of room for it.
• Dj (10/5): best stay, best kitchen - the kitchen is well equipped , this is till now the best kitchen we saw in any accommodation in Victoria. the place is even better than what pics show, the living room is spacious and accomodates big family the stay is well thought and planned by the host's, every small detail is taken care of.. the host's were quick to address any queries we had even out of office hours this is a place to definitely come back thankyou everything was awesome
