• Silvia (3/5): - L'appartamento era abbastanza accogliente e pulito, a parte il frigorifero dove c'era dentro ancora del cibo del precedente ospite. Il bagno era in ordine e pulito. Il proprietario preciso nelle indicazioni del check in. Partendo dal presupposto che durante la vacanza si rimane in camera quasi solo per dormire, direi che l'igiene del sonno è fondamentale per godersi poi le giornate. La camera non è per nulla isolata, e se per le persone che passano all'esterno dell'abitazione si può chiudere un occhio, direi che gli inquilini del piano di sopra o adiencenti alla casa sono il vero problema. Molto rumore, anche fino alle 2 del mattino. Davvero molto difficile dormire.
• Nando (9/5): Weekend al Pigneto - Comodo per quello che doveva fare mia figlia in zona.Inoltre il Pigneto è stata una bella scoperta. Molto rumore notturno e alcune pecche nel mini appartamento,che si trovano però in quasi tutte le strutture simili

• Philippe (4/5): Hébergement perfectible, décevant. - Le quartier est super agréable, vivant, avec plein de restaurants et de bars sympas. Les transport en commun sont facilement accessibles. Le lit est de bonne qualité, le propriétaire est agréable et réactif. La qualité globale de l’appartement est insatisfaisante. Rez de chaussé donnant sur une ruelle piétonne très bruitante, et très peu d’isolation phonique dans l’immeuble. C’est très bruyant. La salle de bain est ridiculement petite, évitez si vous mesurez plus d’1 m60. On ne peux pas s’installer pour manger. La propreté est perfectible, le rideau de douche est sale, des miettes traînent partout. L’allure générale est recevante par rapport aux jolies photos du site.
• Annika (9/5): Cute Apartment with everything u need - The bedroom is amazing. Huge comfortable bed. A washing machine and a kitchen. The area is also very central, next to the bar street in pigneto. It also Had a living room and the Staff was fast and nice If there was a problem The neighbours above are a little bit loud and the mosqitos in the bathroom were the only Problem
• Sebastian (10/5): It was a pleasnt stay.The apartament is close to Pigneto metro station so very easy to reach.The host is very kind and h - It is recently renovated and very clean. The bathroom is pretty small
• Ching (8/5): I had a comfortable stay in this very convenient place - It’s clean, it’s nearby metro, there are supermarkets and restaurants and bars nearby, it’s a very convenient place. House is well equipped as well, each room has its own air con. It’s a comfortable stay! Since it’s on ground floor next to the entrance of the building, we can hear the noises of people coming in and out. The space between the toilet and wall is quite small though. Walls are quite thin so we can clearly hear the neighbour as well, but that applies for most of the European old buildings so, that’s just an Europe thing.
• Pietro (10/5): Exceptional - Really enjoyed staying at Royal House! Beautiful apartment, very clean with all amenities wifi, air conditioned and a very kind and professional host. Just round the corner there is a beautiful and trendy area, the Pigneto, full of restaurants and bars open until late! Amazing!
