I had to buy batteries for the air conditioning remote control. Lack of notes as to how to use the washing machine.

Muy mal indicado para localizarlo dentro de la urbanización, llegamos de noche, y tardamos bastante. Sin ningún tipo de contacto con la empresa para solicitar ayuda.

- Barbara (8/5): Très bien - L'appartement est très spacieux,la terrasse est grande et agréable. La piscine est un peu petite mais reste quand même très sympa . Nous aurions apprécié que les rideaux puissent se fermer complètement dans le séjour et soient plus occultants.

- Cath (8/5): First visit to Casa Juan - Apartment was big and spotlessly clean. Nice view. Good location. Comms with host prompt. Plenty of space in public/pool area. Not a busy complex. Pool bar very basic and late to open. As were the poolside loos. After midday. Sun loungers in need of replacing.

- David (8/5): Very relaxing , well positioned, and stress free. - Large sunlit balcony. Difficult to find a parking place due to what look like abandoned cars.
- Hazel (8/5): Very good - The balcony and view was good, likewise a comfortable bed and an excellent TV with English channels. On our 3rd day, we had no water supply in the morning for approximately 2 hours. We would have liked some table mats so we could dine on the glass table. As we couldn't find any we used the balcony table. Another item we would have found useful would have been pool/beach towels.
