• Sandra (7/5): Correcto para una noche. - La ubicación era la que esperábamos, cerca del aeropuerto. De hecho, se ven los aviones haciendo la aproximación. Creo que el tener que saltar un muro para coger las llaves no es para todos los publicos. Además la puerta de la casa tenia el mango en mal estado. Pensamos que nos quedaríamos encerrados dentro. Pero lo peor fue la cama de matrimonio, casi es mas blando dormir en el suelo. Otra cosa que podría mejorarse es tener la cama del sofa preparada especialmente cuando ya se ha dicho que va ser necesaria.

• Michela (4/5): - Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata positiva. Avevamo prenotato per cinque persone, inclusa una bambina di due anni per la quale era stata richiesta e accettata una culla, ma al nostro arrivo la culla non era presente. Inoltre erano disponibili soltanto un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo: il divano letto indicato non era preparato e risultava semplicemente un divano, quindi non utilizzabile per dormire. Questo ci ha costretti a sistemazioni scomode, con due persone in un letto singolo e la bambina senza culla. Anche la dotazione della casa era insufficiente: solo tre asciugamani per quattro adulti (più la bambina) e un unico rotolo di carta igienica, chiaramente non adeguato al numero di ospiti. La TV si accendeva ma non erano presenti canali visibili, quindi di fatto non utilizzabile. Considerando il prezzo pagato e i servizi dichiarati, il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. Consiglio maggiore attenzione nella preparazione dell’alloggio e nel rispetto di quanto viene indicato nell’annuncio.

• onur (10/5): - Ev sahibi Ali ve Duygu sayesinde kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ev mükemmel, ücretsiz otopark imkanı olması çok iyi, zurihte kaldigimiz süre boyunca çok yardımcı oldular. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim ve herkese tavsiye ederim hiç düşünmeden burada kalın. Evde tüm imkanlar var. İnternet çok iyi, mutfak tam kullanışlı ve eksiksiz. Apartman tertemiz ve nezih, evin bulunduğu semt çok iyi bir konumda Keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik...

• Kayce (8/5): - Great location and comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed to cook and eat at the apartment which was nice. Very close to multiple public transportation options which made it easy to get around. More stairs than we expected which was challenging with a stroller. Airplane noise is loud but expected being next to airport.
• Julia (5/5): - Schlüsselbox nur über Terrasse zugänglich. Terrasse befindet sich auf einem kleinen Hügel. Bei Regen Sturzgefahr…Es war viel zu laut. Ständig fuhr der ICE, in Ruhe schlafen war nicht möglich..Fernsehen normales Programm schauen nicht möglich ( nur YouTube und Netflix) ..In der Dusche war der Schlauch kaputt / undicht. Gefrierfach kaputt. Parkplatz für große Autos ziemlich schlecht.

You have to escalate through booking.com customer care to get any answer from owner otherwise he does not respond Instructions were unclear on hours to access Its advertised as hotel but its private owner renting out the property and nothing like hotel.

• Klára (5/5): Easy sleep near to the airport, but... - The location is really close to the airport and the buses are coming every 6-10min, even in 5am back then. Very close there is a late-shop. The accomodation is in calm new block of flats, easy to access, although we originally tried to get to completelly different box just beside the main door. Well - this is not the one, our fault. The flat is quite spacious. We have ordered a stay for 5. Arrived at night, 3 beds were prepared, 2 more not at all. In none of the beds there was anything to cover, neither the sheets, nowhere. We tried to look for everywhere, thanks to this web found at least towels, that we couldn't find either. For 5 people there was ONLY 1 blanket. I slept covered with towel, the rest of us uncovered. One would say that it was hot anyway - and it is true, inside was probably 35degrees, no airco, only 1 ventilator in the living room. In the kitchen there was no tissue to dry washed dish, but kitchen otherwise well equipped.
• Gourav (10/5): Short Description about Property - Very Nice Location and near to two major train stations. Nearby supermarkets and feels like between city. Owner was very coperative and Very smiling. Spacious property with all facilties. Property is near to Airport . So Airplanes start flying 5 Am in morning which is very disturbing and when it is hot weather property was too hot. We live there for 10 days.

• Angelo (9/5): Superb - Apartment is perfect for car travelers, spacious, new, close to highway entrance /exit. I was looking for something like that and for my type of filters, it was perfect. Since everything is new, there was some funny smell from some I assume chemical used in building/renovation.

• Giulia (9/5): Nice and clean apartment close to the airport - The house was very clean, with all the necessary furniture. There Is alla the materiale to clean and Cook and all the necessary space to Place clothes. The owner was very kind and he gave US all the information we needed. The position is not Easy to reach without the car, but if you have a car It Is very confortabile beacuse there Is a parking spot for the apartment. Of course you can hear the sound of airplanes taking off, but It Is not too noisy.
• Anthon (8/5): Very good - I stayed for 5 nights. The host was very responsive and sent clear instruction to checking in. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. It's located is within easy walking distance to public transport which we used a lot as parking in Zurich is pain. The apartment does also have a convent parking space. I had read complaints about the noise from airplanes, but this was not an issue for the 5 nights we stayed.
• Druguer (5/5): I do not recommended staying here during the summer and need to be a deep sleeper to deal with the noise from the airpla - The kitchen was acceptable usage wise with pots, pans, and other things to cook with. The couch was the only comfortable spot to sit and sleep on in the whole apartment. First of all the noise from all the airplanes flying in/out nearby was insufferable, they all are basically landing near the apartment’s roof. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows as thin as paper with no top sheet only a dusty thin comforter. The quality of the linens were very cheap. There’s absolutely no AC and opening the windows barely helped either with ventilation, we asked for a fan and were given one that stayed on the lowest setting blowing warm air. The bathroom was okay, the only thing is you need to be flexible to lift your leg high enough to get into the shower.
• Merily (9/5): Superb - Good location, trainstation is only 10 minute walk away. Check-in and communication with host was easy and understandable. Great kitchen equipment.

• Betty (9/5): Comfortable apartment for the family - The apartment was clean and had all the needed supplies, like towels, cookware, dishware, etc. The location is close to the train and bus stations, so the commute to Zurich was easy. Also, several grocery stores were close by. The self check-in was very well communicated and was pretty simple. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great! The placements of the electrical sockets weren't convenient for charging the electronic devices.

• Balakumaran (7/5): Everything good except the sound insulation - Location was very central. House was clean and boarding was easy. All the utilities were working. Noise. Very bad sound insulation. You can hear the noise all night from flights, cars on the road and even neighbours water pipes.
• Branka (10/5): Perfect family apartment - The apartment is perfectly clean, it has everything you think you could need. Location is good, quiet neighborhood, and yet we'll connected with the airport and the city. Communication with the renters was smooth and clear. Would recommend it and gladly come again.
• Tetiana (9/5): Superb - The apartment is nice. There are 3 separate rooms which is great when travelling with colleagues. The kitchen is well-equipped. We liked the space outside. It was easy to find the place. The landlord explained the check-in process well. Parking was a great advantage. There are shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the underground station and train statio which are fast ways to get to the downtown. There are no sockets next to bed and out laptops plugs didn't fit in any socket in the house. There were not enough adapters. The apartment was a bit dusty.

No big cons but still I will not come back again - - Good location and relatively accurate information about check-in - The kitchen is well equipped with all tools, liquids and a paper towel - The parking space is narrow, but you can park there - The large bedroom and living room were comfortable - fast Internet - no heating - portable electric heater that could only heat one room. It's a problem when you come with children - average cleanliness. It wasn't dirty there, but it wasn't clean either - no disposable soaps and shampoos in the apartment (usually apartments of this type have basic hygiene products in small packages) - poor light in the bathroom and no place to put things - TV not working - no signal/cable - unpleasant smell in the apartment - it had to be aired

This was an excellent place to stay in Zurich and we highly recommended it . It was extremely clean, modern and affordable. The train to Zurich is 3 min walk and then just 11 minutes to the Zurich HB station. The apartment is close to the airport so a seamless connection. The host is very friendly and responsive. He met us at the train station and even provided adapters to charge our phones and devices. The host made sure we were comfortable in every way. Everything you need is there, a modern fully equipped kitchen , modern bathroom. iron, hair dryer, washing machine, flat screen tv with Netflix etc .
