Czystość na poziomie sali operacyjnej, a łóżko i pościel to totalny luksus. Obsługa na medal - profesjonalna, dyskretna, a jednocześnie bardzo ciepła. Lokalizacja bajka: 3 min pieszo na przystanek autobusowy a na metro 10 minut i do centrum. Ale najfajniejsze, że jak wracasz do hotelu zmęczony po zwiedzaniu z autobusu do drzwi hotelu tylko 15 metrów. Codziennie uzupełniana kawa, słodka niespodzianka, soczki, mleko. Kuchnia i toaleta wyposażone jak w domu, łącznie z ładowarką do telefonu. Nic dodać, nic ująć. Jeżeli znów będziemy w Madrycie to napewno tu wrócimy.

• Sofie (9/5): - It was a very well decorated place to stay (I was there with my 12-year old) and nice and quiet to sleep, yet easy to reach Madrid Center. The contact with the owners was great. The place has a great shower and well equipped kitchenette. It felt like a tiny home. It was completely following expectations
• Aimee (10/5): Just Wonderful - Thank you! - Everything! From start to finish, it was just perfect. We reserved room 2 which is the queen room with 1 double bed and bunk beds as this was the last room available. I was a little concerned it may be cramped before we arrived as we didn’t need the bunk beds but to our surprise, the bunk beds were pull out and and had been neatly stored away, you wouldn’t have even known they were there. There’s a little kitchen area with everything you need for short stays including multiple options for tea and coffee, we were even left a little pastry and a juice box each for a breakfast snack each day. The room was spotless when we arrived and was turned over each day. The bed was super comfy too! The little things had really been thought of, for example an electrical point with a UK adaptor as well as USB and lightening ports was provided, a first aid kit, large toiletries in the shower, travel books for Madrid… the list goes on. You could tell that just so much thought by the host has gone into this place. The host was super helpful and accessible via WhatsApp, although we did see him most mornings too to ask any questions. We were even offered spare tickets to a bullfight by him! From start to finish the interaction felt warm, welcoming and genuine. The location is a little outside of the centre but this was perfect for us as we prefer a quiet area. There’s a bus stop directly outside which travels straight into the centre and other desirable areas around the city, we used the bus every day. There was a shop, a few bars and a lovely restaurant all within a 1 minute walk. We have absolutely no complaints about this place, I would recommend it to any one visiting Madrid! Thank you so much.

La atención del encargado fue maravillosa! En todo momento estuvo dispuesto a ayudar, ofrecer recomendaciones para hacer la estancia agradable y sobre todo, sentirnos segur@s y bienvenid@s. Qué mas podríamos pedir! =D Solo la calidad del Wi-Fi que se cortaba para ver la TV :(

• Alana (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Madrid - The property had everything you needed - kitchenette, coffee machine, milk, kettle, small sweet pastries. There was even a first aid box in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. Easy to find with a bus right out the front of the property. Just far enough out of the ‘centre’ for it to be a bit more relaxed. The house and rooms were beautifully renovated. Fran greeted us and helped us with what to do and see. He was so lovely! Even took us to the airport on our onward travels. I would absolutely come back. 😊

Desde el primer momento destacaron la atención recibida por parte de todo el personal. Fueron increíblemente atentos con ellos en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y pendientes de cada detalle para que su estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Ese trato cercano y humano marcó realmente la diferencia y les hizo sentirse muy bien cuidados. Además, el ambiente del hotel es acogedor y agradable, lo que contribuyó a que disfrutaran aún más de su visita a Madrid. La limpieza y la comodidad de la cama fueron geniales. A parte, el trato recibido por el personal fue más que excelente, súper atentos a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos y muy agradables en el trato. Pese a ser un alojamiento en el que puedes no cruzarte con nadie para el checkin, nos sentimos muy acompañados siempre durante nuestra estancia. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días: un baño aseado, una minicocina donde prepararte cualquier cosita, armario para colgar la ropa y un buen colchón en el que descansar. Y el gesto de dejarnos el desayuno, ¡fue todo un detallazo! Quedamos encantados, ¡volveremos sin duda!

• Attila (10/5): Clean room, good stuff and public transportaion, quiet location for afforable price - The apartment was clean and very easy to get in, all information was provided in advance. The room was not too big, but comfortable - It was the basic room for two people, for an affordable price. There were some cake, milk and juice prepared as gift - was lifesaving for the first day, when we arrived late. Easy to get into the city center by bus (just at the entrance), or the underground is just ~10 minutes walk. Also there is a supermarket (Alcampo) nearby at the metro station. The communication with the owner was easy and he/she is very helpful. The laundry is a separate room, so it doesn't make noise in your room. (The pictures are about how we left the room, not how we get.) It's not something I didn't like it, but there are some limitation, that you should be aware as also written in the offer: There is kitchen, but that's for breakfast, coffee, etc, not for cooking. (You have a microwave oven.) The bed was not the best for me, but it may be me only as my wife doesn't have such issue - double bed. It's not in the city center as you may see it on the map too. It's a quiet area, so you will need to travel to the center. The lookout was nothing extra, but it's not the seaside.

Además, la ubicación es excelente puesto que es una zona tranquila y en la que te puedes mover en autobús hasta el centro sin problema porque hay paradas al lado. Valoro muy positivamente también la atención del personal, siempre pendiente por si necesitábamos algo y dejándonos unos zumos, bollitos y café de cortesía!! Si vuelvo a Madrid volvería de cabeza a este sitio 😊 No tengo nada que añadir aquí.

• Pablo Jonathan (9/5): - La stanza era pensata molto bene, aveva tutto il necessario, spazio per mettere i vestiti, un cucinino funzionale con frigo. Lo staff della struttura ti lascia un "kit" per la colazione che rimpiazzano ogni giorno. La pulizia e fatta un modo preciso, si sente che viene pulito ogni giorno. A completare il tutto il sistema di apertura e chiusura delle porte della struttura, tutto senza chiavi che facilità il tutto, loro ti danno i codici e tu vai tranquillo senza paura di perdere le chiavi.

• Daria (10/5): Wonderful - My stay in Garden House Madrid was calm and fulfilled all expectations. After long flight, I took two direct buses from airport, and didn‘t even have to walk much with my luggage. Room was clean and nice, hotel offers a lot of complimentaries, like bread, juice, coffee, milk, tea. There are amenities to prepare meal, like microwave and grill. I managed to rest and was very satisfied after my stay! Contacting staff was also very easy, I texted in Whatsapp, and got almost immediate answer concerning Wi Fi and transfer, although it was even later than 6 pm. I highly recommend this hotel for staying, good price, good location, good attitude! Everything was good

• AJW (10/5): Very, very comfortable - I reserved this for one night because I was traveling the next day. That said, if I stay in Madrid for a longer time, I would gladly stay here again. The room was fantastic. The location was not the greatest but I knew that when I reserved this and, for me, for this journey, I was not looking for a good location. Information was clear and precise. The price is very reasonable for Madrid.

• Arno (8/5): Bright but noisy room closeby bus station to center - Spacious room with lots of natural light and high-tech shower. Bathroom was large. Bus connection to city center was alright. Despite being located next to a big roundabout, traffic noise was not an issue at all during the night. Friendly owner with good English language skills. The decoration (fake plants, several pillows, books) might appeal to some guests but felt redundant to us. Most importantly, noise was a bit of an issue. The kitchen was separated from the sleeping area by a creative, self-made cupboard "wall". The occasional "restarting" of the fridge was very loud and hearable. Similarly, the walls were not insulated well so we could hear several guests from other rooms snoring, coming home late, talking.

• Manuela (9/5): - Ein kleines, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch Selbstversorgung ist problemlos möglich, da viele praktische Dinge zur Verfügung stehen. Die Betten sind super bequem und es gibt ausreichend Stauraum. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. Die Metrostation Estrell erreicht man in etwa acht Minuten. Von dort aus kommt man schnell zu weiteren Metro-Verbindungen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Chef ist ausgesprochen nett, aufmerksam und sehr herzlich. Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit. Man hört andere Gäste leider sehr deutlich. Wenn morgens ab sieben gesungen wird oder Barhocker laut über den Boden geschoben werden, ist die Nacht schnell vorbei. Hier wäre etwas mehr Rücksicht unter den Gästen wünschenswert. Mein Tipp: Ohropax mitnehmen, dann steht einem entspannten Schlaf nichts im Weg. 😉

Ondanks dat we pas op het einde van ons verblijf contact hadden met iemand van Garden House, was men steeds enorm behulpzaam via Whatsapp en kwam er steeds direct antwoord.

• Marta (9/5): - Completamente equipado. Baño con secador, toallas, gel y champú… Cocina con cafetera, te dejan un pequeño desayuno de cortesía, muy amables. Hay una parada de bus justo enfrente. A 10minutos en coche de la zona ddl hospital gregorio marañón.
