• Vamshree (7/5): Good - It's very basic but we had issue with lock and the owner responded quickly. No linen or extra blankets provided.
• Kalpesh (1/5): Bad - It's a very bad home to live in. No aircon working , no proper service provided by host , very rude and not supportive. No garage door working , no vacume cleaner available. So overall, I would say no more stay on this property. You will definitely regret it if you stay.
• Sunny (7/5): Good - Location was good The house is new and cleanliness was ok Summer time, aircon only available in the living area. The bedroom was really hot.
• Ofa (7/5): Good - The house was clean , generous and in a good location. Will be good to have comfortable lounges and seating . Main lounge chair was unsteady . Towels provided for each room and bathrooms were clean. Very functional set up . Neighbours have large business vans parked outside , caution will reversing out or entering into property. We went told we had to transfer a holding deposit to the owner and then send a receipt to get the keys out of the lockbox which was located in the mailbox Just wondering if this detail of transaction can be mentioned as part of the booking process . Especially if you are out of town , you can be prepared and informed . We tried so many times with the code sent to us through booking.com to no avail . You can imagine us thinking we went doing it right or putting in the correct code . Tried ringing the mob number after finding it , a few times and then messaged to finally get a reply RE the process of a deposit to give us a new code number .

• Dana (9/5): The house was clean and welcoming. What I didn’t like was the owner asked for a bond transfer before I could check in. W - Location was good for the purpose of my travel, family wedding , otherwise not many attractions nearby. Was clean

• Kathleen (6/5): It was clean and spacious. Need wifi and cover to front door. Need a second key to house and garage key. Overall it was - It was fairly clean. Spacious and lots of bedrooms. Had most of the necessary items. No wifi which was very inconvenient as i WFH. Literally surrounded by other construction sites so tradies were up early making lots of noise with tools and excavators etc. Very dusty from surrounding construction. Only 1 key to the house and no garage key to open garage from outside. No bedside lights in any rooms. No cover to the front door with glass, which meant no privacy and people could look inside the house day and night. Only one 2 seater couch in the main living area which is not enough considering its a 4bedroom house so a family would likely book the house, meaning there needs to be a bigger couch.
