Unser Highlight war das Salatbuffet, welches extrem schmackhafte Salate inkl Fisch- und Fleischcarpaccio-Varianten bot. Hervorragend auch das abwechslungsreiche Dessert. Teilweise nachts laute Musik von der Promenade, wofür das Hotel aber nichts kann. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind ruhiger.

• Simon (9/5): Brilliant week in a fantastic hotel with exceptional staff - Fantastic location, right on the beach in the middle of the main road in Protaras. The staff were fantastic, notably the reception staff upon check in who offered us a complimentary glass of champagne and the bell hop, who gave us a full tour of the room. The facilities were fantastic, as you would expect from a 5* hotel. The adult only pool bar was brilliant during the day. The breakfast was a complete buffet of everything you would want, with no compromise on the quality of ingredients. My only single criticism is that the bed in the room was way too soft - not to my comfort at all.

• Lena (10/5): - ALLT var toppen, förutom musiken i fukostmatsalen, för hög volym i en "stensal" och vid poolen mycket enformig och lite stressande när man vill chilla, vi stannade ca 1h per gång sen orkade vi inte höra på den typen av musik mera, trist. Mycket trevlig personal, kommer att sakna dem. Dammsugaren som användes på våning 2 behöver bytas ut, den lät riktigt illa på golvet, kvinnan som städade hade så bråttom att smutsen inte hann sugas upp. Fönstren behöver tvättas då dem är smutsiga, konstigt att inte personalen såg det själva utan jag fick be om det.

However there were enough res - Location is amazing on Vryssi beach and central in town so everything walkable. Underground parking . Great gym and sauna/ steam room. Very good breakfast buffet. • Christiana (1/5): - The location of the hotel is good and that's about it unfortunately. Our stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere near five-star standard. We experienced serious food hygiene issues, unprofessional staff behaviour, poor service, and a general lack of management oversight. The buffet food was cold and mishandled, staff were rude, and housekeeping and breakfast service were unacceptable. Despite raising these concerns directly with the hotel, the only response offered was a discount on a future stay, which does not address the problems we faced. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not return.

The hotel also offers multiple great restaurants for dinner. The bed was very soft for my taste, I prefer a harder mattress, but given how much time we spent outdoors and in the sea, I did not have trouble sleeping.

• EMRE (9/5): - It was both our anniversary and our daughter’s birthday, and Mr. Aggelos (Angel) at the front reception went above and beyond to make it special. We were delighted to find a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake waiting in our room – such a thoughtful gesture from the hotel management. The property is spotless, breakfast is delightful, the gym is well-equipped, and the beach is beautiful, just a few steps away from the main street. We will most certainly return!
• Viktória (9/5): Remek lokáció, kényelmes szálloda,gyönyörű tenger! - Csodás helyen van a szálloda!!!! Közvetlen a lenyűgöző Földközi tenger partján. Nagyszerű, hogy nem kell élethalál harcot vívni a napágyakért, ugyanis minden szobához ingyen jár, amelyiket választod! A reggeli minden nap ugyan az, de bőséges a kínálat, van miből választani. Igazából nincs ilyen. Csak egy apró megjegyzés, kicsit lehetne modernizálni a szoba berendezését.

• GEORGE (9/5): very nice - we are recuring clients - every year - all was excellent on the beach even though I had placed my towels fro 7am on the 3 beds and opened the umbrella, and then went for sleep and breakfast and when I returned at 9:30 my towels were removed and other people had taken my seats. The beach bed man said i should have waited for him as he usually is there by 9:00. This spoiled our day ;-(

Καλο θα ηταν ο υπευθυνος να ψαξει λιγο το θεμα με τις τιμες. Εαν ειναι πιο προσιτες οι τιμες για τα φαγωσιμα πιστευω θα αυξηθει καταναλωση.

And how thoughtful to welcome us with a glass of champagne and a snack when we arrived in the evening, tired after our journey. It was just what we needed. We also loved the sea-facing room, the view, the bar area near the pool, everything - I could have stayed there for the rest of my life! We will be back! Can't think of anything.

Some were on the main street so you didn’t get sick of dining in the same place. Lovely staff, pools and bars. Staff greet guests with a good morning, it would be nicer if they used the local language and said kalimera or kalispera instead and embraced the local culture.

• Ofri (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel was nice and clean, the breakfast was very good, the pool was small but sufficient enough for our needs. This hotel is located on the main street. Some of the rooms are facing the street and the noise from the bars and live shows lasts untill 2AM! We couldn't sleep! It was a nightmare and the hotel was fully bucked. At the end we found the solution with the hotel staff (they were very nice) but we do expect that hotel, that is not cheap hotel, will have double windows or a solution of that kind in a such noisy location.

Sunbeds are assigned to you and 1 umbrella wasn’t enough for 3 people. When we asked for the second umbrella we were told we could only get it in a different place which meant we wouldn’t have been together.
• Vincenzo (9/5): Wonderful, easy and relaxing holiday - Breakfast was exceptional with fantastic choice. The staff were very professional and efficient.The location of the hotel was very central. There is a very noisey karaoke bar on the main strip. The noise effects all the local hotels.

• Sibumi (8/5): Best value for money in Protaras - I booked this all-inclusive hotel for the family holiday and wasn't disappointed. I've stayed in several hotels in Protaras, and this is, so far, the best value for money. I want to highlight the team of this hotel; everyone from bellboys and waiters to receptionists and bartenders was very accommodating and greeted us every day with a smile and . Also, the food during our stay was delicious, and you can book and visit numerous ala-carte restaurants as all-inclusive guest. This place is not luxurious; some rooms and facilities are outdated, but you get more than you paid because of the perfect location right on the best beach and excellent service from check-in to check-out.

• George (9/5): excellent - Super hotel and staff. We enjoyed our short stay, wished we had more days. our little son 3, was extremely happy and did not want to leave neither did we. I hope we will do this again soon. Oh they upgraded our room - it was super ;-) I highly recommend the lifts are always busy during breakfast and beach times and dinner. Other than that nothing. It is all good - on a score from 1-10, i would give them 9 any time ;-)
• Christiana (6/5): Pleasant - Great location The room was next to the cleaners room and it was incredibly noisy especially in the afternoon and early morning The manager who took our order at levanda restaurant was very rude. The sunbed allocation could have taken into account our young children and could have allocated us sunbeds by the pool and not in the ‘adults only’ bit of the lawn facing recycling bins!
