• Cristina (5/5): Instalaciones regulares con muy mala limpieza y atención nada profesional. - La ubicación (lo único). Las instalaciones de la habitación 4 sin cuidar (la ducha minúscula, la puerta del baño no cierra, -en el baño, la persona que pintó el techo no quitó la cinta de la pintura- la cisterna apenas funciona, el mando de la tele no emite señal). Ademas de todo es, muy mala limpieza (hasta el punto de que debajo de la cama doble había restos de pintura que cayeron de la pared y no se habían barrido y la sensación de sábanas con arenas). Además de eso, el contacto -por teléfono- muy poco profesional. Indiqué en 3 ocasiones que necesitaba cuna y, cuando llegamos no había. Llamamos para pedirla y nos la dejaron literalmente sin montar y el colchón apoyado en el suelo (no precisamente limpio). Hoy en el check in escribí para comentar la situación de la habitación y, en vez de pedir disculpas o algo similar, me contestan poco elegantemente que eso se avisa cuando se llega. Ni todos esos contratiempos surgen de un huésped a otro, ni se deja entrar así en ese estado a clientes (pues los empleados o los jefes deben revisar siempre como está una habitación). Teniendo en cuenta que, si me dejaron la cuna sin montar en el suelo, tampoco es de suponer que rápidamente subsanarían todos esos desperfectos (necesitándose horas para solucionarlos junto con una limpieza a fondo). Decepcionante, sobre todo el trato.

• Cheryl (9/5): Would stay again for the price and cleanliness. - Very clean and easy to get in. The cleaning service lady was very nice and super hospitable. Online communication was simple. We wished there was a hot water pot and a bit more seating in the small lounge area other than the room. One shower door you need to be sure it's properly closed as the lady prior allowed water to flow into the hallway. She didn't plan to dry it up, so I had to show her what would be proper to do.

• Katalin (2/5): - Location. Easy access Toilet leaked, staff responded by saying someone would come and fix it. We were given towels to clean up the leak. The ensuite was so small that they the toilet was on an angle. Because the bathroom was so small, we had to sit on the toilet sideways to close the door. Shower head bracket was loose so had to hold it to shower. Ended up using the shared bathroom. So paying for a private bathroom was a waste of money. Staff were unhelpful with our luggage delivery service. They couldn't tell is where our luggage was delivered and it was our problem if we couldn't find it. Thankfully the courier was helpful and we found our luggage. The headboard and side table were flimsy. The bedside lamps were almost falling off and the bedside table was on a slope and things kept sliding off. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Pedí una cuna y no me la pusieron. Para ir con un bebé no es cómodo, porque a mayores tienes como 5 escaleras antes del ascensor, y con el carrito para ir solo una persona se hace difícil.

• SARA (3/5): No recomendable. - Lo único positivo que puedo resaltar es la ubicacion a pocos metros del centro de la ciudad, que permite realizar una visita a la ciudad caminando. La habitacion era muy pequeña, no nos podíamos mover. Nosotros teniamos una habitacion con baño privado. El baño estaba siempre encharcado porque se filtraba el agua el baño de al lado, lo que provocaba mucha humedad en la habitacion todo el día. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos de las puertas y del baño de al lado que es un baño compartido, que nos hacía dificil descansar. Para lo que es, es muy caro

Je suis arrivée un peu plus tard que l’heure prévue et je n’avais reçu aucun code d’entrée, ni les informations concernant l’étage ou le numéro de la chambre. J’ai dû demander à ma copine de les contacter car je ne parle pas espagnol. Ils ont dit avoir envoyé un email, mais je n’ai jamais rien reçu, même pas dans les spams. Finalement, ils ont envoyé les informations par WhatsApp, mais les informations étaient incorrectes. Ils m’ont donné le mauvais numéro de chambre (6.1 au lieu de 6.2). J’ai essayé d’ouvrir une chambre où il y avait déjà des clients à l’intérieur, ce qui était très gênant et inacceptable. Le mari de ma copine m’accompagnait seulement pour m’aider à entrer dans le bâtiment et m’installer dans la chambre, puis il est reparti, car la réservation était bien pour une seule personne. La chambre était très froide malgré le chauffage allumé. Il y avait énormément de bruit : bruit de l’eau, des douches communes, des gens qui parlent dans le couloir, et un bruit de moteur ou de chaudière jusqu’à minuit. Il n’y a aucune isolation phonique, il est très difficile de dormir. La première nuit a été vraiment très difficile. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.
