• Izzet (9/5): Merkezi konumda, toplu taşımayla kolay ulaşılabilir. Tesis sorumlusu bayan Dimitra’ya yüksek ilgisi için teşekkürler. - Merkezi konum, toplu taşımaya yakınlık Merkezi konumda olması ve eğlence merkezlerine yakın olması nedeniyle hafta sonları gürültü olabiliyor

• Elena (10/5): - Υπέροχος χώρος δίπλα από οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν η ιδιοκτήτρια του οικήματος υπέροχος άνθρωπος μας βοήθησε πολύ και ήταν εκει οποιαδήποτε ώρα και στιγμή και αν την χρειαστήκαμε πεντακάθαρος χώρος είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και ξανά

Φεβ26 ~ €65 η βραδιά. Πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή μόνο επί πληρωμής. Με δωρεάν lockers στον ίδιο όροφο. Τέλειο διαμέρισμα. Μόνο μια μικρή παρατήρηση: θα ήταν καλό η συρόμενη πόρτα του μπάνιου να κλείνει εντελώς.

• Tim (10/5): Very good accomodation, excellent host. - This is a clean, well located and comfortable apartment. Facilities and photos reglect reality of the accomodation.Dimitra was excellent, responds immediately and very helpful. Everything was fine for us, we also stayed on Ermou, just around the corner, recently and for a solo traveller that might feel safer as less noise and is a pedestrian street.
• Constantina (7/5): Great value at a great location - It was a 13 minute walk to the Parthenon and Plaka. Very easy to walk to everywhere from there. Dimitra the host was excellent. She would respond within minutes and was very helpful When I first booked it it said 1 bedroom. So I assumed it was a separate bedroom with living space and a small kitchen. But it was a hotel room with a small kitchenette

(Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα) - Καθαριότητα, παροχές, προσωπικό, άνεση, τοποθεσία, ησυχία, εύκολο check in, άμεση ανταπόκριση και απάντηση στις απορίες μας απο την Οικοδέσποινα. Πάρκινγκ ακριβώς απέναντι (επί πληρωμής) που μας διευκόλυνε πάρα πολύ. Όλα ήτανε υπέροχα

• MARTA (9/5): Excelente elección - Muy contentos con este alojamiento. La habitación era cómoda y amplia, con una decoración agradable, bien equipado con todo lo necesario (incluido un pequeño extintor y un botiquín de primeros auxilios). Cama cómoda , ni blanda ni dura. Espacio suficiente para colocar las maletas y la ropa, muchos enchufes (también a ambos lados de la cama), muy buena iluminación (también para leer en cama). El baño y la ducha eran un poco pequeños pero suficientes para nosotros. En la misma planta hay lockers (gratuitos) y de gran tamaño para guardar las maletas. La ubicación es perfecta, tanto para coger el bus del aeropuerto como para visitar la ciudad. Finalmente, Dimitra, la propietaria, es encantadora y estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros, por si necesitábamos algo, respondiendo enseguida a nuestras preguntas. Sus indicaciones para el checkin - checkout fueron muy precisas. El precio que pagamos por una noche (117 euros) fue muy razonable, (probablemente una oferta de última hora), teniendo en cuenta que era temporada alta y que Atenas se ha vuelto bastante cara en los últimos años. Visitamos Atenas todos los años y seguramente repetiremos. Nada, estuvimos muy contentos con todo, pero las personas corpulentas deberían optar por una habitación con un cuarto de baño más grande.

• Tsung (7/5): Good - the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. I stayed for three nights, and there was only one major issue: renovation work was underway in nearby rooms, starting at 8:30 a.m., making it impossible to rest. After experiencing the noise on the first day, I immediately informed the host, hoping they would delay the work. However, the construction continued at 9 a.m. the next morning with no improvement. The renovation was happening in two rooms on the same floor, right next door, which was very loud. I would recommend the host complete renovations on the entire floor before renting out to guests.
