• Claudia (10/5): No se puerdan este alojamiento - El departamento es hermoso. Tal cual las fotos. Muy bien distribuidos los espacios. Tiene secador y planchita♥️♥️♥️ A media cuadra de la playa, de las avenidas principales. El edificio es muy seguro al igual que todo Leblon. Victor, nuestro anfitrión muy amable y atento, pendiente de que nosotras estemos bien y cómodas. No se pierdan este lugar, es muy cómodo. Me gustó todo.
• Ulysses (9/5): Good and comunicative property manager. - Very safe and secure. Plenty of restaurants. Cold AC. Hot water. Washer. Bedding did not look super clean. Old iron ruined a shirt.
• gary (9/5): - Everything. Location was superb. Access to beach lagoon cafe shops resteraunts first class. Needs a washing up bowl. A minor thing but essential.
• Scoralick (5/5): Unpleasant - Location 1-2nd floor and No elevator 2-2 flights of stairs with luggage’s and no elevator 3-Someone practicing horn/piston all day 4- the apartment was with sand all over 5-The sofa’s pillows were dirty 6-unhappy with but, unable to change 7-Expensive for the low quality offer 8- Bathroom is too tight 9-strong smell of maryjuana in the hall way 10- Loud music started at 8am on Saturday
• Rafael (8/5): - Muy bien ubicado, los servicios del depto son correctos, la playa está a media cuadra, hay muy buena locomoción, también hay variedad de oferta gastronómica en la zona. Los servicios fundamentales del depto como cama, agua caliente son adecuados, muy cómodo. No recuerdo si el aviso menciona que es un segundo piso por escalera, la ventana da al interior, igualmente tiene privacidad

• Ruslan (1/5): No security measures, robbery attempt - It has everything you need and located close to the beach and stores Security. There was a robbery attempt while my husband was inside the apartment and the robber KNEW it and he was spying on us in the premises of the building 2 days prior the incident. It happened due to poor security measures: no doorman, one button which opens two doors which are far away apart, so anyone can enter while you are leaving. Very cheap lock in the apartment entry door which is easy to hack. There is no peephole in the door. Property manager started ignoring us as soon as I mentioned we involved the police, while I expected her to be there with us as soon she found out what happened, that what I would do. Even though everything else was on point, I can’t give more than 0 points since my husband was almost murdered in his apartment because someone doesn’t take security seriously in a place like Rio. If he didn’t notice lock rotation right away and run to close it, the guy would have been inside.
• Fernando (10/5): Excellent apartment. Nice location. 3rd floor, no elevator. - Good layout. Excellent location. It was not very clean.
• Natalia (7/5): Great location, comfortable! Just make sure the communication is clear - The space was very well decorated, clean, well equipped, confortable, wifi worked perfectly if you have to work and extremely well located! A bit expensive for the size (it’s a small studio) but as I was alone I was very comfortable. Challenging communication with the host.
