The room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The location was also ideal — close to everything. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

• Achena (6/5): Average. - Rooms are comfortable. They don’t have electric kettle. Hair dryer was there. Elevator 🛗 works from 8 AM till 11 PM from level O to level 2. Breakfast set up is at the basement where there is no Elevator. From a logistics point of view , carrying heavy luggage up to the hotel front desk will entail climbing multiple steps , which is a tad cumbersome and tedious . The breakfast is mediocre with very limited options . The hotel is understaffed .

• Wendy (10/5): Wonderful stay right in the heart of Tirana! - The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance: restaurants, cafes, and all the main sights. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tirana!

La habitación estaba impecable y las sábanas limpias, la cama muy cómoda. El hotel no tiene recepción 24 horas, pero Elio (el Manager del hotel) te lo pone muy fácil para que puedas acceder al hotel incluso cuando la recepción no está abierta.

• Patrick (8/5): A good location within a good budget - 5 males - 60+ / Location - the hotel is within walking distance of most touristy places. There is an element of noise from local bars, but not enough to cause concerns. Rooms are very clean but are basic - could do with a safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The food is is very good, and at pleasant prices, however the staff are brilliant, esp Erle (2 of them share the same name and cover reception) and Lisa in the restaurant. What gems - made the stay !! There is an element of building work going on around the Hotel, but Tirana is going through a building phase to accommodate the increase in tourism. Nothing really !
• Vegim (3/5): Poor - If you value uninterrupted sleep, stay elsewhere. The staff were very noisy early in the morning and repeatedly knocked on our door until we finally woke up. When we explained the disturbance, they simply said, ‘Sorry, we thought you weren’t here.’ Overall, a disappointing experience.

• Nazeema (5/5): Definitely not 4 stars as stated - The location is very good and the price per night is very competitive. Once you are in your room then the bed is cosy for a decent night sleep The rooms are very dated, this is definitely NOT the 4 stars it states. The facilities are lacking, no kettle, tea and coffee available, you need to buy all the hot drinks from the restaurant. There is no drinking water available unless you buy them. The breakfast was really bad, no vegetarian opition other then cold boiled eggs and hard croissants. The balcony room we had, had no view except for brick walls of other buildings. There was only 1 iron for the whole hotel which was broken and short circuited one side of our room. After asking again we got to use a new one a few days later. The bathroom has a glass door, with a slight foggy screen, believe me thats not really a good enough for privacy because you can see just about everything. We found the staff not very helpful and quite moody. We booked for 5 nights but somehow the only booked us for 3 then started chasing us for 2 nights worth of money. I would not stay here again.

• Lucie (5/5): Good for short cheap stay - Staff was very nice. When I entered the room first that hit me was odor of cheap parfum and I wasnt able to get rid of it in 2 days. Door to balcony were broken and not able to close properly. When it was raining one window was leaking and there was going street rave until about 3 am both nights. So it can be very loud. The hotel is more 2 star, definately not 4 star.

That there was very loud music from the bar below both Friday and Saturday nights until after midnight and partying continued Saturday night until after 2 am. and no consideration to move us to another room. The shower soap dispenser was broke and we had to ask for a bottle of soap. Lots of steps from street to get up to reception desk with no help. Perhaps the music and partying only is on weekends?

• Kristi (6/5): Pleasant - Clean rooms, location in the heart of a nightlife area which can be great and bad at the same time. I barely slept from the noice of the nearby bars. The music went on long after midnight hours, so definitely something to consider. We visited on some fairly hot days (35 degrees Celcious) and the air conditioning was not working. Asked 4 times to have a look or give us a new room, they finally cleaned the filters on our last night which made it a little more bearable, but surely not what you'd hope for on such a hot day. Breakfast quite poor and a bit unorganised.

But: it's clean and the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff is really nice , the location in the city center close to the main square and pubs and restaurants is very convenient The hotel is a bit old (and old fashioned). Breakfast could be improved (e.g. serving scrambled eggs or better desserts). The hotel, being a 4 stars hotel, should have contacts with local agencies that can organise tours and activities
• Emily (6/5): Pleasant - The staff were very friendly and the location was great. The hotel says it is 4 star but is not. The air con didn’t work and some of the lights/ plug sockets. The bathroom was fine but they didn’t fill our soap -and body wash dispenser. The breakfast was very basic.

• Zoe (8/5): Pleasant - Great location and friendly/helpful staff, comfortable beds Security staff man the hotel at nighttime which made us feel safe and secure The only negative of our stay was that our room had a window without any blinds. Being woken up to the sunrise every morning during the peak of summer is not ideal. The staff did make a a makeshift curtin using a garbage bag although it would fall down due to the aircon.

Some stuff is definitely lacking, while other stuff is just brilliant (it's very similar to the whole city in this regard :D) The building is not the newest, and parts of it definitely need to be patched up, or even renovated.

• Heidi (9/5): Exellent location, a lively, fancy neighbourhood - Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent staff. We parked our rental car in a private parking near the hotel. Parking in the street is impossible (too busy). We paid 30€ for 19h of parking (but 100% safe and excellent parking service).

The first night (tue) my room was next to a karaoke bar that went on until 12.30. The next one (wed) it went on until 1am. I asked to change rooms, which was acknowledged but to no avail, the other side was just as noisy until 2am. So it works if you go to bars nearby until late, not so much if you need to get up at 7.30 to work.
• Joseph (9/5): I would return to this hotel - Location is great! When checking-in we had some issues with our reservation (it did not appear as the correct dates), but staff solved the issue quickly. Spatious balconies! Some light bulbs were missing from the lamps in the room.

• Ingrid000 (8/5): Generally we enjoyed our stay - It was easy to reach the destination even as we arrived late at night. Staff gave us all information for self check in. Room was nice, we were satisfied but would have expected a little more for 4 stars. Breakfast was delicious with enough options to choose from. The property is situated near the center. All places were easily reachable. The rooms were a little worn out. The bathroom door was made of transparent glass. Although part of it was faded it did not give enough privacy.

The location is amazing, Blloku is a very nice and central part of the city, close to all sightseeing points and full of nice bars and restaurants. Breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety of food and an amazing cappuccino. The window of the room was facing a construction site. Other than that, the room was quite comfy.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from all the trendy bars and restaurants in Tirana. Welcoming and helpful staff who took time to help us with our onward journey. Would stay again! Not the biggest room when we’d got our suitcases out. Bars downstairs had some evening noise.

• Riccardo (6/5): The stay was okay, I expected a bit more from a 4 star hotel but ut it was not bad either - Staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the room had a nice balcony. The area is very nice and the receptionist called a taxi for us. The curtain rail was broken so it was tricky to open the balcony (this needs to be fixed). The bathroom door was transparent so you could see your travel partner sitting on the toilet, which is not nice. Also the bathroom door and walls could be a bit more soundproof. I thought the room was a bit small and the bed too soft, but that might be my personal taste. It also would not hurt to out a second chair on the balcony since it is a double room
