• Edith (8/5): Good Budget Stay - Good location, walkable to town and close to bus terminal. The lady behind the desk was really kind and helpful and was always cleaning the bathroom! Comfortable beds and room had a TV with Netflix. Kitchen is well-equipped. The hostel is very basic and needs updating in some parts. The kitchen fridge needs clearing out and cleaning. The bedroom floors could do with a mop as our feet got dirty from walking on the floors.
• Fu (6/5): Pleasant - The proximity to the bus terminal The location of my room. It's isolated ,& near to the outdoor restroom. No receipt was given to my stay at the hotel.
• Oi (8/5): Very good - Very clean. Friendly staff. The shower water was either too cold or too hot, water pressure was low. I stayed for 4 nights and after telling them 3 times it finally worked on the last night. Location isn’t great, it’s 15 minutes walk to the city centre. When I arrived I didn’t have internet and there was no one at the hostel. I needed to ask for help from a stranger and waited at the door for 30-40 minutes until someone comes. Be sure you communicate with them about arrival time. Staff don’t stay there during the night.
• Matthew (5/5): Average enough, will be staying elsewhere next time in Mendoza - Nice location. Clean bathroom and good shower. Our booking said there would be breakfast included but there wasn't any. We had to request towels and the bed was really hard. We had to pay a full half day extra to check out a bit later which is somewhat understandable but we were the only people staying.

• Wing (8/5): Very good - The have simple free breakfast. The room is clean and bathroom facility is very clean. Walking distance to the bus terminal. The atmosphere is not a party hostel. Remember to communicate to the hostel before arrival to check in. They don't have 24 hour reception. In fact, everything I go out and come back, the receiption desk is empty haha. Once you got the entrance key, then it's no problem. (I was waiting outside the hostel in the early morning for half an hour until a guest returned to the hostel to open the door for me upon arrivla for chekc in)
• Santiago (10/5): Exceptional -
• Louise (9/5): Superb - Free breakfast - freshly baked croissants etc Although a language barrier as we speak very bad Spanish! The staff were super friendly and used google translate to communicate if needed. It was always kept clean - especially the bathroom which was shared between quite a few people Only one bathroom between approx 8 people? We had to pay to leave our bags after the check out which we’ve never had to do before … but only 500 ARS per bag so not expensive!
• Katie (3/5): Poor - nada no AC or even a fan until we asked, no key until we asked for one, no one was awake in the morning for breakfast or to check us out. Overall was not a good experience for a very high price.
