• John O'Brien (10/5): Perfect location for a holiday without a swimming pool . - fabulous location , close to all amenities and the beach is just across the road, house was deceivingly spacious well able to host a large family group. As we had an early arrival and a late flight home we contacted Jonay (owner) with our predicament and we were able to get in to apartment early and also a late departure (thanks Jonay ). We'll be Back ! Apartment is a little tired but very very clean.

• Ronald (8/5): Super vakantie mede door het weer en de locatie/ appartement - Ruime appartement, fijn 2 douche,s aanwezig zijn. Perfecte ligging net achter Doss mill. Zou meer handdoeken mogen liggen . Ondanks wasmachine er is kom je met 4 personen net te kort .
• Lucy (10/5): - The location was perfect for us, 2 minutes to the beach and main strip but far enough out not to be noisy. Coffee shop/supermarket on the corner was lovely and stocks a few essentials at a good price. It was only a 9 minute drive to the airport too, at about 20 euros. Lots of white cars (taxis) parked up on the roadside and easy to use. Loads of restaurants and bars at a short walking distance. We also enjoyed walks to the small port. Would definitely return and highly recommended the property. N/a

• Gotzon (8/5): Semana en familia en Lanzarote. - Es un apartamento amplio con 3 habitaciones y 2 baños completos. Tiene una zona de cocina y sala de estar muy amplia, además del porche de la entrada. El anfitrión estuvo muy atento y la comunicación con él fue muy fluida. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la televisión y nos lo solucionó el mismo día, a pesar de ser domingo. La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de la playa y la zona de tiendas y restaurantes. Al dar a un patio interior, es muy tranquilo por las noches y pudimos dormir sin oír ni un ruido. Al dar a un patio interior, no tiene vistas y el apartamento resulta un poco oscuro. Mi familia no tuvo ningún problema, pero yo ando un poco delicado de la espalda y las camas me resultón incómodas.

• Polonca (9/5): odlična lokacija za preživljanje dopusta - Odlična lokacija, preprosto dosegljiva in skoraj na plaži. Velika pokrita terasa z zunanjim tušem. Zelo prostorna hiša, velika kuhinja in velik hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom; zelo odziven in prijazen gostitelj Jonay vse je bilo super!

Set back from the road, behind a gated frontage, it is not noisy or plagued by passing people. We loved this place to stay.

• Geoffrey (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent near all the restaurants, bars and beach. It was good having 2 bathrooms. At night it was quiet. No problem sleeping. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Kitchen was good and the double sink came in useful.

• Charlotte (9/5): Superb - Location of this property is excellent. The beach is right on your doorstep. A little difficult to find at first as postcode takes the taxi to the supermarket but the property entrance is just around the corner. Once mastered it's easily found. The property is very spacious and the bedrooms big and comfortable. Although the weather was hit n miss during our stay, the property does not have air conditioning (that we found) so I think during hotter months you may struggle as there were no ceiling fans either. The complex also does not have a swimming pool... However, we did know this at the time of booking so it was our choice.

• Bennis (9/5): Fantastic location and Ground floor Apartment! - Very spacious and extremely close to main hub of bars and restaurants. Some water milk and coffee supplies and fruit were left in the kitchen for our arrival which was a lovely treat. 3 minute walk to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the large hyper Dino and bike and scooter rentals. Easy enough to find. Jonay was extremely helpful with anything we needed assistance with throughout our trip. I absolutely would stay again no question about it! Could have used Air conditioning or an extra fan or two through out the apartment. However it was easy move the Fan that was there to each room for an hour or so.

Air conditioning especially in bedrooms- it was often too hot to sleep. Windows in the bedrooms for ventilation/air at night. Safety deposit box. Oven to cook hot food/Own meals. Extractor fans in bathrooms. More kitchen equipment- no kettle or corkscrew on arrival. Sunbeds to sunbathe at front of property. Toilet bowl leaking - needed repairing.
• Katarína (8/5): Nice and clean apartment for a great price in a perfect location near the sea and shops - Nice and modern equipment of the apartment, terrace with outdoor shower, perfect location right next to the promenade and about 2 minutes walk to the beach, nice and helpful owner, plenty of hot water There was a musty smell in the back room, a kettle was missing in the kitchen. There is little daylight in the premises, also more light could be used in the front bathroom. It would be good to add an insect net to the entrance door as well
• Filipe (10/5): ideal, very good value for what you get. - Near all the best restaurants and souvenir shops. Basically right Mongs all the fun while still being totally quiet at night. Perfectly clean. The hosts were available whenever needed not that there was anything we needed as it was all sorted. We just whatsapped when we arrived and we left. Great location. Lovely apartment with lovely outside seating. Ideally could do with aircon.
