• Zlotnik (9/5): Excellent quiet apartment in the very center - Location is great and the street is quiet. Well equipped. Has tea, coffee, oil, salt etc. (which we didn't get in other apartments). Excellent AC. It's a very old building and cabinets have unpleasant odor. Mean that if you need to store your goods.

• Benoit (3/5): Dommage !!!! - La situation géographique, logement propre et fonctionnel La propriétaire nous a réclamé un surplus de 120 euros injustifié, nous envoyant des messages insistants. Nos amis ont loué avec elle également, elle leur a réclamé 200 euros qu'ils ont payé en espèces. Elle nous a épié. Nous sommes venus à 4 familles avec des ado qui se voyaient. Elle nous a accusé de coucher d'autres ado au logement. Notre lit était inconfortable car le matelas était fatigué. Les casseroles et poêles usées et inadaptées pour une famille de 4.

• Sumar (10/5): Excellent apartment in the center of Seville - The apartment is on an excellent location for walking about the city, yet it’s still peaceful. The building entrance is very nice, elevator to the flat was quite welcome, and when we got to the apartment we were really amazed. It was a full two-bedroom apartment, well furnished, organized, equipped and decorated. It was much like something we’d chose to live in! It was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bedroom overlooks the atrium of the building, with lots of greenery, so it was quiet and we were only woken up by bird song 🤯 Irene, the host, welcomed us, we had very good and friendly communication, and what really drew attention was her attention to detail and hospitality: as a pitcher of cold water awaited us in the fridge after a long hot day in Seville ❤️ 🙏🏻 Everything was great

Irene, the host, offered excellent communication and very kindly allowed us to drop our luggage off as the apartment was being prepared for the check in. Nothing to dislike.

The location was fantastic in the old town and walkable to all major attractions including Triana. While close to bars, restaurants it was very quiet. The hosts were great with communication and very responsive if an issue arose.

When you don’t know an area it’s always a risk but you can’t go wrong with this apartment. It’s a very safe city and this is a very quiet and very secure apartment. Nothing - it was perfect

Everything is within walking distance & there are lots of cafes close by. The area is quiet at night for sleeping. Plenty soap etc & condiments in the kitchen as well as coffee pods and tea. Recommended apartment. Nothing really, it's a great apartment.

No wifi, hot water was limited - only enough for one shower at a time (but the weather was hot enough that this was not a problem) and didn’t drain well.
