Property manager tried hard to rectify any problems and I appreciated that. The location was fantastic as the subway was 3 minutes away and as Earls Court is a central connection for most lines travelling around London was very easy and saved us a great deal of money. There are mini marts such as Marks and Spencer 2 minutes from property which is so well stocked. Loved my time in London. I think it needs a repaint and new carpet in the bedrooms as very stained. Property manager sent in carpet cleaners straight away when I mentioned this but it is very stained unfortunately and the walls need painting, but it’s passable. Also the bedding was not the best as sheets did not fit bed and the pillows a bit old and flat, but the bed itself was comfortable.

• Abeer (7/5): Great location and space, but cleanliness needs improvement” - The property is in an excellent location—close to all commercial areas, shops, and restaurants. Being near metro stations and bus stops is a big bonus, making it easy to get around the city. The interior is spacious, bright, and filled with natural sunlight. We especially enjoyed the green backyard with a small seating area for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed, from appliances to cooking tools, which was very convenient for preparing meals. The two bedrooms had queen-sized beds, closets, and bedside lamps. While well-furnished, the beds were not very comfortable. Toiletries were provided, and communication with the agent before arrival was smooth, with all necessary information sent in advance. Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. The floors were vacuumed but not mopped, spider webs were visible on the ceiling, and the duvet had noticeable blood stains. We reported this to the agent, but received no response.

Would definitely book again - Property is in a fantastic location, walkable to Kensington and Stamford Bridge (also the tardis is only a few hundred metres away!) Apartment was spotlessly clean, has everything you need in a home away from home, comfortable and a perfect space for our family of 4 Host was clear in communicating and supplied super clear instructions for entry Supermarkets, restaurants and bars all close by We had nothing bad to report about the property

• Farkhad (10/5): My best living experience in London - Comparing to typical London hotels, you get huuuuge space for about same money or even less. Great spacious apartment (2 bathrooms and I didn't even use the extra bedroom at all), great location, great (totally remote but still very responsive and helpful) service desk. 2 bedrooms, own kitchen, own heating, own BBQ zone. Metro station is just a few steps away. I could find so many useful places nearby - from luggage storage to groceries and even shoes repair, and not counting cafes and restaurants of course. This has been my best ever staying in London. I literally felt myself at home and wanted to get back to the place asap whenever I was out. I miss this place. It gives you the feeling of what it's really like to live in London, not just stay there. Worth every penny. Will stay there again for sure.

Very modern apartment, big nice fitted kitchen with all appliances and plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Heating and hot water work like a dream (too hot even). Nick, the host, is an excellent communicator and kept sending us messages to see if all was ok. He answered his phone all the time even on a weekend! The property is superb Nothing
