Lo que realmente hace especial a este lugar es su personal; son excepcionales, amables y nos brindaron un trato humano que te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. ​Es difícil encontrar lugares donde acepten tan bien a las mascotas y aquí nos dieron todas las facilidades, lo cual agradezco de corazón. Rober, el dueño, es un gran anfitrión; estuvo siempre atento a cada detalle y pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. ​Además, la ubicación es un 10/10, está muy cerca de la playa, lo cual es ideal para ir con niños y mascotas. Si buscas un lugar acogedor, con excelente atención y al lado del mar, ¡este es el sitio! Sin duda, volveremos.

• Kyra (10/5): Super , comfortabel. - Ruime kamer, goede airconditioning en fijne badkamer. Comfortabel bed en tv om te relaxen. Er was niks wat me niet beviel. Als ik iets nodig had waren ze snel en attent. Bijvoorbeeld handdoeken en toilet papier .
• Diana (8/5): Cómodo - Mi experiencia en Hannabi Hotel fue, en general, muy positiva, aunque con algunos aspectos importantes a mejorar. Quiero destacar especialmente a Don Robert, una persona excepcional, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Resolvíó con rapidez todas nuestras necesidades e hizo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos cómodos durante la estancia. Gracias a su atención, el ambiente se siente muy acogedor, tranquilo y lleno de paz. Las instalaciones tienen muchísimo potencial: la piscina por la noche es simplemente maravillosa, perfecta para relajarse, cenar y disfrutar de un ambiente cálido y romántico gracias a sus luces tenues. Además, se descansa muy bien; la cama es amplia y cómoda, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente, y la relación calidad-precio es realmente muy buena. Como punto negativo, la limpieza necesita mejorar considerablemente. Aunque realizan limpieza diaria, esta parece superficial y poco cuidadosa. Encontramos pelos en la ducha y suciedad incrustada en el lavamanos, lo cual fue bastante decepcionante. Sin embargo, considero importante mencionar que esto no refleja la actitud del dueño, ya que Don Robert hizo todo lo posible por solucionar los inconvenientes, aunque claramente no puede supervisarlo todo personalmente. En conclusión, ha sido un placer hospedarnos aquí. Con mejoras en la limpieza, Hannabi Hotel tiene todo para convertirse en un lugar verdaderamente espectacular.

• Jarolin (10/5): Excelente ! - El dueńo fue muy amable todo el tiempo asta nos permitió guardar nuestras cosas en el hotel luego de la hora de salida para dar una vuelta por los alrededores sin cobrar tiempo extra picona limpia y le cambian el agua todas las noche

• Raquel Cruz (9/5): Excelente estancia!! - Es la segunda vez que voy a este lugar, realmente me gustó mucho la atención del personal, tiene muy buena ubicación, a pocos pasos de la playa, la habitación es muy amplia y está bien equipada, el internet, la televisión y el aire acondicionado funcionaron muy bien, la cama muy cómoda.

• Juuso (1/5): Dangerous, nightmare, awful manager - A nightmare, after seeing the place and the attitude of the manager i decided not to stay. It's not like in the pics, there are no pools etc. And I got a severe electric shock touching the fridge door. To which the manager said "DUDE it's nothing, I get you a new one. What are you complaining, I got people staying here every night!" Wow, every night, imagine that... Just horrible. I have done dozens of bookings on booking.com and this is the worst and the only one where I didnt stay for the night.
