• Helmut (8/5): bleibt in guter Erinnerung - tolle Lage, Parkplatz vor der Tür, grosse Räume, riesiges Bad, Schlafsofa war unbequem - Kante im Rücken. Ein zweiter Kasten um Gewand aufzuhängen wäre von Vorteil.

• Oguzhan (8/5): - Im Großen und Ganzen war es eine sehr gute Unterkunft für uns vier Personen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, die Ausstattung war vollkommen ausreichend und gut gepflegt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut in Ordnung. Insgesamt gibt es hier nichts zu bemängeln. Der Check-in war zu Beginn etwas kompliziert. Wir sind abends angekommen, es war sehr dunkel und man konnte kaum etwas erkennen. Zudem ist das Gebäude doppelseitig belegt, was die Orientierung zusätzlich erschwert hat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch die Hotline: Dort wurde uns schnell und sehr hilfsbereit weitergeholfen.
• Martin (9/5): Sauber, zentral und günstig! - Top Lage zu Top Preis. Sehr saubere und große Wohnung völlig zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Mitten im Herzen von Mödling in einem Altbau mit schönen Zimmern und gutem WLAN. Für ältere Leute mit Gehproblemen schlecht geeignet, da sehr steile alte Treppe verwendet werden muss.

• Undral (1/5): Disappointing, dirty, cockroaches on the bed - A lot of things: from the first glance the apartment looked great. It’s big, central and has charm of old buildings. Once you stay longer, you will start to notice some things. First, the faucet in the bathroom is completely loose. We noticed at least two people who stayed in this apartment in May and June wrote about this issue. 3 months later the issue is still hasn’t fixed. Secondly, the WiFi password provided to us via email was wrong. After sending message about the issue, we received the exact same password which wasn’t working. Luckily the router was in the apartment, so we were able to see the correct password for the WiFi. Also, one of the bed rooms’ door had broken window. Then we saw a lot of ant traps around the apartment, then some spider webs. These things were not a deal breaker. So we stayed for the night. Then the real horror happened. We found two cockroaches on our bed (one on the blanket another on the pillow). We changed our hotel right away and tried to contact the landlord on resolving this issue. We only received automated responses. We tried to resolve the issue via their website. But no response. Booking.com didn’t respond either. We haven’t received any compensation nor any response. It was clear to us, this place is not taken care of. We assume only cleaning crews come in to prepare the apartment for the next guest. I would strongly suggest anyone planning to stay in Mödling to choose another place.

• Sarah (9/5): - Groß und sauber, zwar etwas dunkel, weil im Erdgeschoss, aber insgesamt gemütlich. Schöner Garten, sehr ruhig. Zentrale Lage.
• Olena (1/5): Financial fraud - The apartment is good, but this is the financial fraud as the company which handles the apartment takes 250€ the secure deposit for your stay which they are supposed to return the next day after your staying ends, but instead of that they just cheat you. They say they have done the deposit refund, but as soon as they send the money, they just cancel their transaction and you never get your deposit money back. So if you choose this apartment, just plus 250€ to the cost of staying as they will keep this deposit money too. When you ask them directly for the deposit, they say, of course, please fill the special form so the financial team might find out what’s happening, but in this form there is even no option to choose the refund of the secure deposit plus they need more 14 days to read your request, unbelievable. So, I consider this is a real fraud financial scheme to cheat the clients. Am not recommending this company as soon as their properties. • Jitka (9/5): - Nad očekávání prostorný byt, čistota, vybavení nábytkem, výborná poloha v centru, klidná lokalita, bezproblémový způsob komunikace. Rozbitá vodovodní baterie, rolety v oknech a prasklé sklo ve dveřích. Nám to ale nevadilo. Cena velmi příznivá.
• Teodora (8/5): Very good - We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation! The location is great—right in the center of Mödling, close to terraces, markets, and with easy street parking. We even found free parking near the church. The apartment was comfortable for four people, with cozy bedrooms and a nice living area to relax in the evenings. Tech-savvy guests will find everything easily, including the key lock, thanks to clear app instructions. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Mödling! A few areas for improvement: cleaning could be more thorough—there was some dust on lamps and the kitchen wasn’t perfectly clean (though we didn’t cook). The bathroom was generally fine, but the shower cabin could use some fixing to prevent water from leaking out, and the sink tap was a bit loose, though still fully functional. At arrival, it was a bit confusing to identify the correct apartment, as there were two family names on the doorbell and the one used in the reservation wasn’t clearly indicated. Adding a detail about the family name would be helpful for future guests.

• Madhiha (1/5): Worst experience. Please don't go. - I did not like the property for the sole reason that there was no proper lock for the main door to the flat and there were no curtaions, it was transparent. I don't understand who would be okay with that? We left immediately and cancelled the reservation but are yet to recieve the cancelling money or the deposit. We went there on 15th September 2024 and are yet to recieve the deposit or the cancellation money. The worst. All we get form them is apologies for the delay.

• Walter (5/5): Worst ever - There was no information about Wi-Fi and Tv, toilet seat was broken, fan in toilet was broken no other opening in the toilet which made it very uncomfortable in the flat, blind in bedroom was broken, we complained via email a number of times but all we got was sorry thanks for letting us know, nobody came and fixed anything for days, there was nobody around one could could ask , we had to put up with all the problems for the whole stay. It was terrible. Even in lesser accommodation or even camp sites there is somebody around to help. Never experienced anything like that. What are you going to do about it??
