• MAITE (9/5): - Al apartamento no le falta de nada. Tiene parking gratuito que eso en Benidorm es un plus Wifi y Netflix Que esté en un piso 12. Pero eso no es culpa de la agencia si no de mi vértigo. Las almohadas necesitan un cambio

• louise (7/5): - I liked the bed it was so comfy and it had everything you need and staff were very lovely the lady i spoke to on whatsapp and they let us keep our luggage at the office The keys were hard to use and the light on the landing kept going out and that the office was a little far from the actial apartment to collect keys and no where to put mobility scooter or charge it

• Lee (8/5): Reasonably comfortable. - Property was clean & tidy, had all the basic stuff to cook, clean & eat. Property was very close to everything around, pubs, restaurants, & beach. Property had air conditioning but had to pay an additional fee for it, which I don’t think is fair to say I’d already paid for the whole apartment! I think this should have been included.

• Sánchez de cadiz (4/5): Nos robaron - La ubicación del apartamento en Benidorm es buena y, en general, la experiencia podría haber sido agradable, pero lamentablemente encontramos varios problemas importantes durante nuestra estancia. Desde el primer día, al entrar en el apartamento, notamos un olor muy desagradable que no conseguimos eliminar en toda la estancia. Además, nos ocurrió un incidente muy serio: nos entraron a robar al apartamento sin forzar la puerta ni la cerradura, lo que indica que alguien más tenía copia de la llave. Nos sustrajeron pertenencias por un valor total de unos 700€, lo que nos fastidió la estancia. En cuanto a la limpieza, el apartamento estaba bastante sucio al llegar: encontramos una huella en el inodoro (además, el primer día no funcionaba), había manchas sospechosas en la colcha y solo había tres toallas para cuatro personas, lo cual fue bastante incómodo. Por otro lado, el wifi funcionó únicamente el primer día. Por lo demás, todo bien.

• Ian (6/5): Basic apartment, key collection a pain. - The apartment is ok and has a nice swimming pool. It's on the 12th floor and you can see the pool. It has a washing machine. You have to collect keys from an office about 20 mins walk from apartment so when you have cases probably best to get dropped at apartment first and one person go and get keys. When leaving you can leave cases in same office all day if you have to leave in the evening but again getting case to office is hard work unless you get a taxi. Apartment is at least 30 mins walk from beach when carrying beach stuff so remember that as it's hard work for a family of 4. In apartment you have to empty water bottle connected to air con at least once a day. If it overflows it leaks out of balcony onto flats below. Never had to do that for air con before so not sure why it isn't plumbed into waste pipes. No extractor fan in bathroom.
• Gary (8/5): Very good - Pool area lovely and apartment was clean and tidy and location was good too. I found the bed and sofa bed mattresses so firm we could both feel it in our backs in the morning.
• Dave (8/5): Very enjoyable overall but could have been better. - I liked the location it was close to everything but quiet at night. Good range of facilities in the room. The air con did not work so the rooms were unbearably hot and difficult to sleep. The keys were very temperamental some times worked sometimes did not.
• Marta (1/5): Bad - We found bed bugs, landlord said that’s not possible and didn’t do nothing. Also she didn’t give us back a deposit with no reason. Horrible experience
