• jinhyun (4/5): - 첫날 프론트 데스크에서 우리를 맞아주셨던 여자 직원분이 매우 친절하셔서 좋았습니다. 첫날에 프론트 데스크에 있던 여자 직원분은 굉장히 친절하고 치약을 준비하지못한 저희에게 치약도 제공해 주었습니다. 그런데 이튿날 한국인 남자 직원은 전화로 문의하니 치약을 줄 수 없다 했고 제가 내려가서 말을 하니 의자 위에 올라가 앉아 손님을 응대했습니다. 그러면서 마치 제가 요구할 수 없는 걸 요구하는 것처럼 의아해 하는 눈빛과 말투로 이야기하면서 줄 수 없는 것을 주는 것처럼 적선하듯이 주었습니다. 굉장히 불쾌한 경험이었습니다. 시설은 너무 낡고 커튼은 찢어져 있었습니다. 마치 초등학교 때 수학여행 간 여관의 느낌이 났습니다.

• Fumika (7/5): Overall liked the hotel. My favorite thing was the location and friendly staff! - I appreciated how welcoming the woman at the front desk was on the day of my checkout! The check in/check out was so quick and easy which I appreciated!! I also appreciated that when the parking lot was full, the attendant that I flagged down made sure to walk over and find me a spot! I also loved the general location of the hotel and that it was walking distance from a lot of great restaurants! The lobby was so gorgeous and relaxing! I wish I had more time to spend there! I loved that the cleaning team restocked water bottles! As someone traveling, it was soo helpful to have a fresh bottle of water to start the day without having to stop by the store! LOOVE that the room had Loccitane products for the shower! The overall service and travel was seamless and great!! The room itself had a slight odor. It's hard to describe but like a room that's been run down a bit/the smell of old clothing (is the best way I can describe it)! The AC was very noisy so I had to turn it off at night in order to sleep. I noticed bundles of hair in the bed which made me think it might not have been cleaned properly upon arrival. However, on my second day, the room was spotless after the cleaners came in and redid the room! I was surprised that there was no conditioner, only shampoo and body soap! I had to run to the store to buy it! I wish the specific amenities were posted somewhere so I could've known to bring my own!! I also really wish there was a quick access phone number written by the phone that shows how to call the front desk or housekeeping. I could not figure out how to call to ask for extra towels lol. I really wish there was a full body mirror! I think this might be the first hotel I have been to that doesn't have a larger mirror by the entrance!!

• MUN SOO (8/5): - 한국 사람이다 보니 1층과 2층에 위치한 식당을 통해 한국음식으로서의 접근이 좋았고 상대적으로 평안한 마음가짐을 갖게 하는 숙소였어요. 아쉬웠던 점은 딱히 생각나지 않아요.
• Dan (3/5): - location I booked a room listed as 470 ft², but upon check-in, the actual room appeared significantly smaller—approximately 350 ft² based on visual estimation. The discrepancy was quite noticeable and disappointing. In addition, there was a strong musty smell in the room, and the carpet did not feel clean, which affected overall comfort. The furniture also appeared old and worn, giving the room a dated and poorly maintained impression. Given the room size mismatch and the cleanliness and maintenance issues, this stay did not meet the expectations set by the room description. I hope the hotel can review its room listings and address these concerns to improve the guest experience.

• Alex C (3/5): Not worth a stay - It was a comfortable bed and a good parking space (not secure though) The whole hotel was unclean and very dated. Staff were unhelpful and there was little to no security. My data was also leaked from the hotel's IT systems.

• wayne (10/5): Centerville. One of the best hotels when you consider the location and the convenience. - The location is right in the midst of Koreatown. It's not a "splashy" romantic honeymoon suite. It is quite practical for convenience: shopping, eating. Tanya, the receptionist, is most cheerful and welcoming. The room was next to the elevator. Interestingly, I didn't hear much noise.

• Jonghoon (1/5): Terrible experinece - location Our experience at this hotel was horrifying. Around 12:30 to 1:00 a.m., a loud fire alarm suddenly went off. My family woke up in panic, grabbed only our phones, and rushed down the emergency stairs. When we reached the first floor, the exit door was locked with a padlock (photo attached). We tried to re-enter the building, but the door would not open. The stairwell was designed so guests could go out but not come back in. The back door was also stuck. We were trapped in the emergency staircase for about 30 minutes, waiting for help that never came. No hotel staff or fire department appeared. Eventually, we had no choice but to climb and jump over a two-meter-high metal gate to reach the hotel lobby. Some of us sprained our legs and tore our clothes in the process. When we finally got back inside, the fire alarm was still blaring, water was dripping from the ceiling, and many guests were standing in confusion. There was no staff in sight. After about an hour, around 1:30 a.m., a man claiming to be the manager appeared. He said there was “no problem” and told everyone to go back to bed. When I protested about the locked emergency door, he said it was purposely done to keep homeless people out. That is an absurd and dangerous excuse. Does that mean guests can die in a real fire? Locking an emergency exit is a direct violation of fire safety law. The next day, the hotel gave only a small so-called “discount.” Later, I found out they refunded 20% of the room rate. Our family was terrified, trapped in a stairwell for over thirty minutes, and some were injured. The alarm kept ringing, yet no firefighters ever came. If an actual fire had occurred, many people could have died. This hotel’s negligence and disregard for guest safety are unacceptable. I have photographic and video evidence of the incident and intend to report it to the City of Los Angeles and pursue legal action for the physical and psychological harm my family suffered.

• ALESSANDRA (9/5): Los Angeles nel quartiere coreano - Hotel nel cuore di Korea Town, pulitissimo e dotato di camere molto spaziose e arredate con gusto. In aggiunta dispone anche di un ottimo ristorante interno! Si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro, vicinissimo al mercato centrale nonché ad altri ristoranti; e a pochi passi c'è anche un enorme supermercato rifornito di ogni categoria merceologica. Lo consigliamo sicuramente. Ascensore rotto, mai riparato in 3 giorni. Capita, ma mi pare che non se ne dessero molta pena...

In a great location walking distance to Denny and Ralph I didn’t realize the beds were full size and not queens. Also you can smell the restaurant food through out the entire hotel.

• Denise (1/5): - We did not like anything about this hotel. My stay at this hotel was unacceptable. The elevator was out of order while I was on the third floor, which was especially difficult as I am pregnant. Despite requesting a lower-floor room, none were available, and no timeline was provided for repairs. After the wedding, I tried to check out late at night but found no front desk staff. A security guard informed me that check-out assistance would only be available at 7:00 am and that if we were leaving early, we needed to return our key card. We did not turn in our key card or notify him that we were leaving, so it was completely unnecessary—and a serious breach of privacy—for him to enter our room. At 6:00 am, a man entered our room unannounced to check if we were still there, waking my family. When confronted, the same security guard forcibly entered a second time to confirm we remained. This invasive and frightening behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional.

• Virginie (6/5): Dans l’ensemble, hôtel sans charme, vieillissant et vétuste mais probablement un bon deal pour Los Angeles… - Le parking est facile d’accès et bénéficie de suffisamment de places. L’emplacement est bien et le quartier assez propre. La chambre était spacieuse. L’ascenseur était en panne durant notre séjour et personne n’était visiblement pressé de le réparer. La salle de bain était équipée d’une baignoire à jets qui ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible de se connecter à Netflix depuis la tv de la chambre (problèmes de connexion intempestifs). Le personnel quasi inexistant et pas tres chaleureux.

I know I did and called a day later to ask if the cleaning ladies picked them up so I can pick up from the hotel. They said cleaning ladies did not find anything. I was upset the cleaning ladies were dishonest about finding items left behind. I know it was a loss on my part for forgetting them, but I know I left my earbuds, prescription glasses, and charger and a few little items in the room, and would hope they'd be honest about finding them and returning to customers. Especially at the price you pay, $200/night, to stay one night, you'd hope for better hospitality and service in situations like this. I've had hotels hold the items for me for a day or 2 to pick up. Pretty bummed
