• Maria Emilia (8/5): Zentral und hell - Die Appartement liegt sehr zentral in Rovaniemi, man kann man alles zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr hell, mit allem dass man brauchen kann. Smart TV wäre ein Vorteil.

• Sonja (6/5): Cute apartment but complicated check in. - The apartment was nice and comfortable! The location is really walkable. The apartment was also much cheaper than nearby hotels. Getting into the property and parking was a nightmare. The instructions are really long, and it’s a maze to get into the apartment. The parking costs 15 euros a day, not 10 euros like they advertise. The parking is also in a different building.

• Wojtkowicz Pierre (8/5): - Appartement idéalement situé dans le centre ville à proximité d'une rue commerçante avec magasins et arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Emplacement idéal pour se rendre à l'aéroport ou au village Santa Claus. Facilité d'accès pour la prise et remise des clefs. Ascenseur en panne le jour de mon arrivée et appartement situé au 6ème étage. Problème résolu le lendemain.

• Vinícius (6/5): A reasonable stay for the price charged. - Good location, the place had a good kitchen and bathroom. The heating system was unsatisfactory, and the time between check-in and check-out is 19 hours. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. That's not a full day's stay. Furthermore, the host wanted me to take out the trash myself, even though if I had more time in the apartment (check-out at 12 PM) I would have had time to take out the trash.

• Tia (7/5): Hyvä ja kohtuuhintainen majoitusvaihtoehto rauhallisella sijainnilla lähellä keskustaa - toimiva, siisti ja kaikin puoli - Siisti ja tilava kaksio loistavalla sijainnilla! Kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja majoitus toimi kaikin puolin sujuvasti. Rauhallinen alue, mutta silti lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan. Hintataso oli todella hyvä verrattuna moniin Rovaniemen turistirysiin. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Suosittelen lämpimästi! Ainoa miinus oli viestinnän määrä majoituksesta. Sain yli viisi sähköpostia liittyen sisäänkirjautumiseen ja muihin ohjeisiin, mikä tuntui vähän liioitellulta ja osittain sekavalta. Vähempikin ohjeistus olisi riittänyt, kun itse paikan päällä kaikki kuitenkin oli selkeää ja sujui hyvin.

• Marika (7/5): 7 - Sijainti hyvä Huone oli epäsiisti, ei oltu siivottu kunnolla. Lattialistat likaiset, katkasijoita ei oltu pyyhitty, ikkunoissa likaa, leivänpaahtimessa mössöä, parvekkeen ovi ei mennyt kiinni, joten liikenteen ääni kuului ja oli vetoisuutta, hiuksia oli siellä täällä.

• Danilo (10/5): NICE STAY IN ROVANIEMI - Small Apartment on the top floor in a modern building. Exellent location in a quite and safe area a few steps from the Bus stop and Shopping Centers. All interesting points, at walking distance. Rooms very confortable and very clean. All systems like kitchen, shower, TV operating very well. Free Internet with good signal. Staff at reception very friendly and professional. Recommend it to everyone who want explore Rovaniemi and surrondings area. Nothing !!!

Very clean and beautiful apartment Being asked to strip the beds, do the dishes (which we do anyway), but also asked to take the trash down 6 floors to save the cleaner doing it. Explained I am disabled and had to explain it was too much with my luggage.
• Emma (8/5): Very good - Easy check in via key lock box. Central location close to late restaurant options. We were only staying one night as our flight arrived late so it served it's purpose. Can't fault the facilities, full apartment services. The bed was in the sitting room and was a fold out couch. Grand for one night but if staying any longer would be uncomfortable and very cramped in the room.

The bed is smaller than a double bed. We could not both comfortably sleep on it so used the sofa bed too. There were several hairs on the mattresses.

• Cristian (8/5): Comfortable and complete flat for a stay in Rovaniemi. Good location - Cozy apartment just a few meters away from the city center. The apartmet is equipped with all you need for a short or long stay including a laundry machine, dishwasher, tableware, coffe machine etc.. Perfect location leisurely walk along the Kemi river. Nice balcony. There is a storage room available in the basement of the building for an additional charge, which is very useful for check-in or check-out operations Everythings was perfect. I have only a couple of suggestions: install a blackout blind courtain (during the long days in Lapland is not easy to sleep with the daylight) and fix the TV in a place where it can easly be seen (not on the floor).

• Karen (6/5): Nice but the picture is different to how it was (it's one room not two - no lounge area) !!! - The apartment was clean and tidy, and smart / new feel to it. It had all I needed for the short time I was there. It wasn't as expected and a little disappointing to start with as not as described or as shown in the photo - the description said there was a separate bedroom and kitchen, but the two were combined. The photos make it look like there is a lounge area but there wasn't, not even a fold away bed to create a lounge area. It was just the one room with bed and kitchen next to each other in a studio style.
• Terebesi (6/5): A clean, small, centrally located room, small bed, heating sistem not enough for cold days. - Excellent location, simple but practical furniture, really helpful staff, proximity of restaurants, shops, parking. The size of the bed. It is really to small for 2 persons to sleep comfortably, and we are not large people by any means. The heating sistem is a centralized one, although you have a switch to make some adjustments, it won’t make more than 20 C, according to the staff, and in our experience in a really cold day/night it won’t reach above 18C. After a long day spent outside in the cold, that is simply not pleasant.
• Rumpa (8/5): Good apartment for a short stay but overpriced - Clean, well stocked kitchen with dishwasher, centrally located, easy to walk if required to restaurants, underground parking in winter is a big advantage overpriced (~300€/night) for the apartment size and amenities, parking fees are additional. No washing machine for the duration of our stay even though advertised . The bed is tiny, barely a double bed and even though we are both slim, we could barely move without waking each other up. TV was on the floor, no idea how we were expected to use it. Luckily we didn’t plan to

• Sascha (8/5): Modern, clean, great location - Centrally located, close to the centre, supermarkets, and the river. It's a nice little hike to an observation tower on the other side of the water. The stop for bus #8 to the Santa Claus Village is about 6 minutes away. It definitely is pricey, at least in the high season (winter). Even if you get a clean and very modern apartment. It was a bit disappointing that they charge a fee for 45 min / 1 hr of private sauna.
