• Davy (8/5): - Très bon emplacement central. Bien équipé avec lave vaisselle et lave linge. La literie est assez molle. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas du canapé par terre car le sommier forme une cuvette. Il manque des petites cuillères.

• Caroline (10/5): Great spacious and clean apartment with a fantastic location. - Ideal location: close to Rialto Bridge where you have the vaporetto stop. Very central location from which you can walk everywhere in Venice: San Marco place in the South but also going North to take the Vaporetto to Murano... The apartment is also very spacious, glad we had 2 rooms (one for the parents and one for the kids), the dining room and bathroom were also big and well isolated from the other rooms. We arrived late 10:00pm and it was easy to get in with the keys in a secured lock and very clear instructions sent by the host in advance. The mattresses were a bit too soft for my liking. We would have preferred duvet covers and fitted sheets instead of sheets that come undone easily while you sleep.

• Sandra (8/5): - A localização é absolutamente excelente. Muito perto da zona turística de Veneza, mas muito calmo e sossegado ao mesmo tempo. Gostei das áreas generosas da casa e do prédio antigo e tradicional veneziano. Havia um pormenor muito elegante nos quartos que eram os afrescos decorativos com motivos ligados à história e símbolos da República de Veneza. Os quartos são comunicantes, o que é desconfortável e retira intimidade. Os colchões e as almofadas são de má qualidade e um deles estava velho, o que é profundamente desagradável e desconfortável e nem se percebe a razão deste desleixo numa casa tão boa. A roupa de cama também era velha, de má qualidade, pouco decorativa. Nem tiveram o cuidado de colocar resguardo no colchão. É um pormenor tão importante e tão fácil de resolver. Bastava adquirirem um colchão de qualidade, dois pares de boas almofadas e uma roupa de cama de alguma qualidade e davam aos hóspedes uma experiência de hotel.

• Michael (7/5): Perfect location but can improve on quality of bedding provided. - The unit is beautiful and in perfect location close to almost everything. The washing machine is a life saver after spending a lot for laundry in Rome and Florence. Unfortunately, the beds are not comfortable and linens provided are pretty low quality for an accommodation. The 4 nights we stayed, I didn’t have a single night of good sleep.

• Arvin (9/5): Arvin in Venice 2024 - I like the cleanliness, proximity of the apartment from major attractions, restaurants, etc. The apartment area is spacious, kitchen amenities were complete, restroom is big and modern, beds are comfortable with AC units equipped in both living room and kitchen area. Unit is equipped with clothes washer. Dining table can easily accommodate 6 people. Unit is very good overall. I would recommend this apartment and will definitely rebook this when I am back in Venice. The internet which uses 4G LTE connection is slow especially if multiple devices are connected. Perhaps, this can be upgraded to 5G.
• Cynthia (10/5): A great place to stay in Venice! We definitely recommend it! - Like the other reviews mention, the apartment is large, in a quiet yet central location and super clean. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, utensils and pots and pans. And an important new aspect I hadn't seen mentioned in previous reviews...the host provided a mobile hot spot with unlimited data so we had a fast and reliable internet connection our whole stay! It would be nice to have a house manual with instructions for operating the various machines (dishwasher, washing machine, stove) so as to eliminate guesswork. Other than this, no complaints, a wonderful apartment and a great value in an amazing location!

• Robert (10/5): One of the best we had in Venice - Location is excellent, quite in the middle of everything and this is important in Venice. It is easy to find, instructions received were prompt and detailed, we got two sets of keys which has been very helpful. Right outside is a small market plus a place to have some tasty pasta until later in the evening. The apartment is bigger than expected and really clean, has all amenities, good light, natural and artificial, absolutely beautifully preserved original frescos on the walls and a mix of modern and classic furniture. Bed is ok, we slept good, sleeping sofa is ok, bathroom is nice and farther away from the bedrooms and you will not find any toiletries (not practical in a place where you have to carry your luggage for kilometers) but there is a hairdryer. Kitchen is well equipped although I can not understand why every guest is supposed to buy salt, sugar, paper towels and usual consumables (just leave in the cupboard whatever the guests are providing). We especially appreciated the coffee machine (pads, bought at the market downstairs). The apartment is equipped with two serious AC, both cooling and heating although heating and hot water is made by a boiler and was great. Two Led TV on site but not really worth switching on, only Italian blabla to watch, so it's useless to any foreigner. Advice: bring slippers with you and toiletries! For this time of the year, leaving a couple of umbrella for free use would be great. Overall, great, loved it, will book again if available, Venice is not a place to visit once. Except missing toiletries and a few essential groceries like salt and sugar, everything has been perfect.

• Matthew (9/5): Enormous and Modern Apartment with Large Equipped Kitchen close to a Grocery Store - -Very large, fully equipped kitchen with several cooking items (e.g., vegetable oil) -Grocery Store on the corner, great location within walking distance of major attractions -Extremely large and clean apartment that appears to have been remodeled recently -Higher Floor -Cornered by an ally canal Beds need fitted sheets. My boys were essentially sleeping on the sofa bed mattress because the sheets don't stay put.
• Vygintas (9/5): Superb - Very spacious and bright apartment, what is difficult to imagine in Venice. Really close to the main tourist spots, and small supermarket almost next to the door. Silent spot in loudly centre, where abundance of church bells on Sundays makes it even more romantic. Mosquitoes - not much, but some took advantage of our kindness :) and some bathroom accessories, i.e. shower gel, would be great to have on spot.

• Mustafa (8/5): Very good - We liked the size of this appartment and its location. The view is pretty good with easy access to all major attractions. Our host Italo was very helpful and having supermarket at our doorstep was great so we recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in this price bracket. Mosquitos are the biggest problem that needs to be taken seriously as my wife was bitten badly. Air conditioning can be more effective and less noisy. We think with few more adjustments of basic things like lack of tea towels, forks and salt and peppers etc this place can be the best place to stay.
• Roger (10/5): Venetian Gem - This is a massive apartment right in the heart of Venice. Newly renovated and exceptionally well appointed. It is great value for money and situates you right in the middle of the Venetian action. Great for a family. Needs a few more fittings like hooks and side lamps.

• Vladimir (9/5): A perfect base for exploring Venice - We enjoyed our stay at Casa Regini, it has a great location making all of Venice easily walkable. The apartment is very spacious and has a lot of light, which is pretty rare in narrow streets of Venice. It has nicely decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed is very confortable and the shower is great.

• Ukjohn99 (10/5): Perfection in La Serenissima - The apartment is perfectly located as it is a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. Rialto is the Vaporetti stop that you arrive at from the bus station at Piazzale Roma. The apartment is also 25 metres from a supermarket so, as I say, a perfect location all round. It is also 10 minutes from the Malibran Theatre where I went to a Saturday matinee (less formal clothing needed) of a Mozart opera. The flat is very modern with an excellent shower and the kitchen is generally well equipped. There is a strange mixture of saucepans and lids and I would like a saucepan with a single handle as draining pasta from a saucepan with two handles is a bit dodgy using folded up kitchen paper. That's a very small criticism though. I did get lost on arrival and I'm very grateful to Italo who came out to meet me and show me the way to the flat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the flat and in Venice and I plan to stay again. Thank you, Italo and Mirco. The mattress which I think may be memory foam. I am one of those people that cannot sleep on one. My solution, used in other hotels and flats, is to sleep on the duvet with the bedding over me. I then slept very well.

• Jackie (9/5): A fantastic apartment in the heart of Venice - highly recommend! - Great apartment in a great location just between St Marks Square and the Rialto bridge. Rooms were a good size and everything very clean. Kitchen very well equipped and lovely to have a table a family of 4 could sit at. Washing machine really handy and 2 large drying racks were provided. Host really easy to contact and arrangements to get in the building and apartment were simple to follow. Apartment was on second floor and no lift - however, I would say that the walk up the stairs was definitely worth it for such a lovely apartment in a great location.
