Sophie (7/5): Bien sans plus - L'emplacement avec cette vue sur le port. Le parking facile Le personnel très sympathique La propreté des couvertures a revoir. Pas de chauffage nous avons eu très froid. Revoir la cuisine...meuble vieux bouteille de gaz..

Juan (10/5): Para repetir! - Excelente ubicación. Puestas de sol de ensueño. Estábamos solo dos vecinos en todo el edificio y estuvimos muy tranquilos. Las instrucciones de llegada son geniales, con videos explicativos que hacen el proceso muy simple. Solo debes estar atento a toda la información que se te envía (que no es poca). Inicialmente alquilamos el BUC pero debido un inconveniente el amfitrion nos preguntó si nos iba bien cambiar a un apartamento de mayor categoria en el mismo edificio, el ITACA. Eso fue una grata sorpresa ya que por el mismo precio recibimos un apartamento totalmente reformado. Todo me gustó!
Léon (8/5): Appartement simple, propre et bien situé, parfait pour des vacances agréables et relaxantes - L’appartement La Sardana à Empuriabrava est parfait pour profiter de vacances simples au bord de la mer. Il est propre, lumineux, très bien situé à proximité de la plage et des canaux, et dispose d’un balcon agréable pour se détendre après une journée d’activités. Le logement est fonctionnel et offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’ambiance tranquille et la facilité d’accès aux principales attractions de la région L’appartement dispose d’un équipement très basique : il n’y a pas de four ni de lave-linge, ce qui peut être un inconvénient pour certains séjours plus longs. L’espace est un peu limité, et certains détails pourraient être améliorés, comme la literie ou l’isolation phonique. La décoration est simple et fonctionnelle, sans charme particulier. Cependant, il faut garder à l’esprit que c’est un logement pensé pour des vacances courtes, pas pour un séjour prolongé
Clementine (9/5): Un appartement pratique et bien situé pour des vacances réussies - Un super appartement à la résidence La Sardana à Empuriabrava ! L’emplacement est top, tout près de la plage mais au calme. L’appart est nickel et super confortable. Le matelas est génial, on a dormi comme des bébés. Les couchers de soleil rouges depuis le balcon étaient juste magiques, et prendre le petit-déj en regardant les bateaux passer en dessous, c’était la cerise sur le gâteau. On a vraiment adoré notre séjour et on recommande cette adresse les yeux fermés ! L’appartement est un peu simple et montre quelques signes d’usure, avec un manque de décoration. Cependant, tout reste fonctionnel et suffisant pour profiter de quelques jours de vacances.
Guest (9/5): Appartement correct pour un week-end : Vues splendides, malgré l'exposition au vent - L'atout majeur est l'espace. Même pour 4 ou 5 personnes (avec le canapé-lit), le logement est amplement spacieux; pour deux, il est même très spacieux. Les vues sont géniales, et l'emplacement est idéal : une rue sans issue très calme avec des facilités de parking dans cette zone exclusive. Malgré son ancienneté, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont parfaitement fonctionnelles. Le logement est un peu ancien dans son ensemble. Le seul vrai désagrément technique est le rideau de douche semi-coulissant dans la salle de bain, que nous avons trouvé peu pratique et même légèrement gênant pour prendre la douche. Important : La Tramontane fut extrêmement forte durant notre séjour (pure malchance), générant des bruits audibles dans l'appartement et nous obligeant à nous éloigner pour les activités.
Guest (10/5): Le calme du port et des vues à couper le souffle - Vues imprenables sur le port garanties. On voit les voiliers et grands bateaux passer tranquillement. La zone est très calme. De plus, les matelas sont bons, on dort bien ici. Seul hic, le rideau de douche n'est pas très pratique, un petit détail qui pourrait être amélioré, mais rien de dramatique, loin de là. L'appartement est fonctionnel et remplit son rôle sans souci.
Guest (10/5): Un Belvédère Privilégié sur le Golfe, Vaste Terrasse et Vues Imprenables - Vaste terrasse très appréciable. Les vues sont imprenables : panorama sur le Golfe de Roses (chambres), vues sur le port/Empuriabrava (autre balcon). L'aménagement offre une bonne capacité de couchage (lits superposés et lits doubles). Tout est parfaitement opérationnel. TV 32" (dimension supérieure à celle des autres unités) et Internet fluide et performant. Attention, l'étage est haut. Avec la Tramontane, le vent du nord typique ici, ça souffle fort. Ça cause pas mal de bruit — on entend sifflements et vibrations. Quelques courants d'air se font sentir aussi. Clairement, par vent fort, l'appartement de nos amis au deuxième étage était plus calme.
Dieter Ernst (2/5): las peores dias que he pasado este año - En el apartamento no estaban sabanas y toallas, me han cobrado para 4 persona 50€ extra, cuidado con esto cuando hacer la reserva, en la reserva no dice que debes llevar las sabanas El apartamento en un estado muy lamentable y lejos del centro encima me ha cobrado 200€ porque no he dejado la llave de nuevo en estos cajas con código, otra manera de hace Euros extra, dice que falta un cerrajero para abrir la puerta y ellos no tiene una llave de repuesto, que toma de pelo, cuidado con esta gente

Marcos moreira (5/5): No cumplio con mis espectativas. - La ubicación esta muy bien y es lo unico que nos gusto,esta a 2 minutos de la playa la rubina. Las camas y la almohadas olian muy mal ,la cafetera estaba muy sucia ,hemos pasado mucha calor porque solo hay un ventilador,no tenian alfombrilla en el suelo del baño,la nevera estaba sucia.
