- Francesco (3/5): Deludente - Unico lato positivo: la terrazza con vista Piramidi. Abbiamo pagato per un All Inclusive che però non lo era, i pasti principali erano limitati ad un solo piccolo piatto (per lo meno buono) tra 6 disponibili, un dolce e una bevanda, tutto il resto è a pagamento. Mi è successo di aspettare oltre 30 minuti anche solo per un tè caldo a colazione. Il pavimento della camera era sporco e la doccia senza tendina ha reso il bagno un lago. I prezzi dei vari servizi sono gonfiati e di molto: 20 euro il trasporto per l'areoporto quando altri alberghi in zona lo propongono a meno di 10. Le attività organizzate non valgono il prezzo richiesto (da 70 a 150 euro a testa) in quanto l'autista si limita ad accompagnarrti in macchina (guidando anche male) e non è prevista una guida.

- Sanish (1/5): I am very disappointed and want immediate action on this. - I didn't like anything Everything. For starters, I booked a room with Tuya Pyramid, when I arrived with my family first they made me wait then they said yes everything is ready, I paid for the room and everything. As soon as I paid, they said oh your room is on different property (don't worry it's our property only and not that far) I was confused but then I said OK they maybe have one more Hotel nearby but then the Taxi came to receive us and they dropped in a hotel which had a different name completely and then there we got a very small room and facilities our very limited. Though they arranged a breakfast for the next day but other than that nothing was good. I didn't expect this at all. Before getting in the Taxi, the receptionist in Tuya Pyramid asked me to cancel the booking with booking.com and asked me to pay her cash because she said the other property we are going to is much expensive than this but I didn't cancel.

- Oskars (8/5): Kopumā bija labi, bet jābūt piesardzīgiem - Fantastisks skats no jumta terases uz piramīdām, istabiņa bija tīra un sakopta, par naudu kas tiek prasīta par numuriņu un brokastīm ļoti apmierināts. Par labu skatu no jumta terases jārēķinās ar nabadzīgu un netīru rajonu dodoties prom no viesnīcas pastaigā. Numurs tika rezervēts uz 5 naktīm, taču šo 6 dienu laikā nevienu reizi netika veikta numuriņa uzkopšana. Viesnīca piedāvā ekskursijas, cenas bija kosmiskas, intereses pēc tika nokaulēta uz daudz maz adekvātu, bet tik un tā eksursijā tika ietverti paši lētākie kvadraciklu uz kuriem bija pat bail braukt un iekļautais lunch (pusdienas) bija lētā ielas ēstuvē... Tāpēc ekskursijas no šīs viesnīcas neietektu ņemt un plānotu atpūtu pats! Personāls ir labs un pretīmnākošs, izrakstoties velējās lai mēs apmaksājam 2 pasūtītās kafijas kuras mēs nebijām pasūtījuši, viņu itkā čekā tika ierakstīts mūsu istabiņas numurs un kaut kāds svešs paraksts. Pierādot ka tajā dienā mēs bijām viņu pašu organizētajā ekskursijā un fiziski nevarējām veikt šādu pasūtījumu viņi to atcēla. Kopumā bija labi, taču jābūt piesardzīgiem kā jau Ēģiptē 😬

- Ekaterina (7/5): - вид на пирамиды красивый на крыше и до них мы дошли пешком. номер чистый, тихий, современный, кондиционер работал окей, есть чайник + чай и кофе. воду в бутылках давали на ресепшн, когда закончилась в номере. завтрак хороший, разнообразный и вкусный. персонал доброжелателен, на ресепшен есть возможность обменять доллары на египетские фунты на улице очень грязно, шумно и неуютно. селитесь здесь только ради вида. лучше поселиться в центре Каира мы бронировали на букинг питание "все включено" - при заселении оказалось, что только завтрак. цены на еду в отеле дорогие

Ho dovuto provvedere all’ultimo minuto e trovare un alloggio alla buona perché c’era il tutto esaurito ovunque causa festival!!
- Christopher (8/5): Great view and a good budget option. - Breakfast was good and you can’t beat having it in the morning with a view of the pyramids. If you stay multiple days then they cover the taxi from the airport to the hotel. The taxi driver called me at midnight to confirm my flight number details but he called a day early. When I arrived at the hotel at 4am the guy at the desk wanted me to pay him but I already pre-paid. After 15 minutes he agreed to let me go to my room and sort it out the next morning. They apologised for the mistake. On 3 different days the housekeeper never came even though I asked for the room to be cleaned those days. The shower and toilet leak both leak water on the floor.

Es la parte que mas nos gusto del hotel. No me gusto que trataron de estafarme con lo del taxi y ni siquiera se hicieron responsables. Nos tenían que recoger al aeropuerto a cierta hora para llevarnos al hotel. Los únicos que sabían que llegábamos eran ellos. Un día antes nos escribe un supuesto taxista del hotel que llego gracias a Dios a una hora incorrecta pero que después el hotel afirmaba que no lo conocía. Lo peor es que el hotel nos dejo tirados cuando llegamos a la hora estipulada y no había nadie esperando allí. Cuando reclamamos en el hotel no lo querían reconocer diciendo que tanto el taxista que se equivoco de hora no era de ellos y que el verdadero nos había estado esperando en el aeropuerto ¡JA! ESTUVIMOS UNA HORA esperando a ese supuesto taxista. Se nos retraso todo lo que teníamos planeado. A parte la habitación estaba sucia. Nos pusieron problema por lo billetes que no los querían aceptar y encima habíamos solicitado una cama grande y nos pusieron dos camas juntas
- Paraskevi (1/5): Extremely Disrespectful Experience - The girl in the reception Nada was very kind and helpful I booked this hotel for 9 days with my friend (two girls) and was shocked by how the staff handled a completely normal situation. I invited a friend to my room, and within minutes hotel employees knocked on the door demanding to know who was inside. They then forced my guest to go down to reception, spoke to him in a humiliating and judgmental way, and even threatened to call the police. After ignoring me and speaking with him in their local language, I insisted on knowing what was happening. They told me that the hotel does not allow local men to visit foreign female guests in their rooms – a policy that was never mentioned during booking or check-in. The entire incident was extremely uncomfortable, invasive, and disrespectful. If you’re a woman traveling to Egypt and expect privacy or basic respect, please think twice before staying here. I do want to mention, however, that the young woman at the reception was always kind, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, she wasn’t present during this incident.

Le reste du personnel est très sympathique également. La chambre était propre est bien placée. Les cocktails et jus frais sont super bons ! De l'eau chaude uniquement le premier jour... Les toilettes qui fuyait un petit peu ...

Staff professionale e disponibile, ci sono stati molto d'aiuto per organizzare tutte le escursioni. L'hotel è nuovo ma i dintorni sono caotici e diroccati. Uscire a piedi non è consigliabile.

Colazione super abbondante e servita direttamente al tavolo da personale di sala gentile e attento. Oltre che abbondante, il menù al mattino variava di continuo, infatti durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo assaporato sia la variante locale che intercontinentale. Camere ampie e accoglienti. Nota di merito all'ospitalitá squisita di Nada e all'organizzazione dei tours di Rana. Un Soggiorno a Il Cairo spettacolare
- Alessandro (10/5): - Soggiorno assolutamente fenomenale al Tuya! Fin dal nostro arrivo, il personale ci ha trattato come dei re: caloroso, attento e genuinamente accogliente. Le camere erano impeccabili, eleganti e offrivano una vista mozzafiato sulle piramidi direttamente dal balcone. La colazione era un delizioso mix di sapori locali e opzioni fresche, e la lounge sul tetto al tramonto era pura magia. La posizione non potrebbe essere migliore: a pochi passi dalle piramidi, ma tranquillo e silenzioso di notte. Consigliatissimo. Nothing

- Florencia (7/5): - La terraza y la voluntad de su personal Que estuve en 2 ocasiones diferentes y en ambas tuve problema con los baños. Tuvieron que cambiarme porque las duchas no están muy bien cuidadas. Una se tapaba y la otra desbordaba agua por el techo.

Quiero agradecer especialmente a Tarek de la recepción por su excelente atención. Los precios de los tours son muy buenos, un poco altos pero razonables comparados con otros hoteles. ¡Vale totalmente la pena! La única desventaja fue que el internet es un poco lento durante el día😡,aunque en la noche mejora bastante. ❤️ Es un detalle menor que no afectó mucho mi experiencia.🫡

- Myriam (6/5): - Por supuesto la vista a las pirámides! desde la terraza y desde la habitación Lamentablemente, en Egipto las grandes atracciones turísticas, están ubicadas en las zonas más pobres. En los alrededores mucha pobreza y suciedad. No salimos del.hotel caminando, solo en taxi

- Davide Benini (3/5): Bad experience - The only good note that we slept okay, and the room was okay We had a troubled check in. The guy told us at the reception that the hotel was full and he moved us to another hotel, saying that is under the same owner showing us nothing to prove it. The 2nd room ended up to be good and almost the same one we booked, but still we moved in another hotel, bad quality, staff not welcoming and rude. We had to insist to see the camera, they just wanted us to pay and they keep offering tours after we said no many times. The area is bad, full of scammers, and not safe. Definitely a bad experience.

- Antonio (7/5): Solo per la posizione in quale si trova do un giudizio discreto - Mi è piaciuta tanto la posizione ed il panorama è stupefacente in fronte alle piramidi Non mi è piaciuto il modo dell'accoglienza e la presa in giro ridendoci in faccia,davvero molto maleducati tutto il personale che ci ha accolto. Da premettere abbiamo pagato due notti ma di un giorno abbiamo solo dormito perché arrivati alle 00.00 non ci hanno messo neanche un poco di frutta cm ben venuto NIENTE!!!Non sono attenti a seguirti nella colazione,pranzo e cena...devi ricordargli di portarti i bicchieri,l'acqua insomma quasi tutto.Solo 1-2 del personale che ho conosciuto era molto gentile ed educato.La primissima volta che mi trovo in una struttura Egiziana così male e non è la prima volta che vengo in Egitto ma la 4a. I letti sono confortevoli,i cuscini durissimi e altissimi. Il bagno passabile poiché un po di muffa. Mancava l'aria condizionata ed il telecomando

- Luca Alessiato (9/5): - Struttura pulita e posizione ottima (vista piramidi dal rooftop) per la vicinanza all'area archeologica, anche se il quartiere è abbastanza povero e trasandato. Staff molto disponibile ed educato. Camere con tutto il necessario, colazione varia e abbondante. Molto comodo avere il bar/ristorante all'interno, nel caso la sera non si abbia voglia di uscire. Fare colazione con vista piramidi è qualcosa di unico!

- EVGENII (6/5): - Я до последней минуты думал, что поставлю этой гостинице 10/10 с небольшими замечаниями. Завтрак просто отличный, расположение и вид с крыши тоже очень хороши. Экскурсии по вменяемым ценам. Цена самого проживания просто супер. Но не тут то было. Первое что не понравилось, хотя я бы баллы за это и не снимал, так это то что в переписке сказали, что завтрак в 07:30, я забронировал экскурсии на 08:00, а по факту оказалось что завтрак подают аж в 08:30. Но это ничего страшного. Мусор не выносили и не убирали все время проживания. Это тоже не страшно. А теперь то за что я снял 4 балла: забронировал трансфер от отеля в аэропорт. Стоимость 20 долларов, оплатил на ресепшене, при том что стоимость у турфирм 17 долларов. Приехали в аэропорт, а водитель говорит: "вы мне денег должны, то что вы рассчитались там то не считается, дайте мне чаевых тоже 20 долларов". Я держал ему пару долларов чаевых, но после сказанного я молча забрал сумку и ушел. Да еще он и ехал с телефоном у уха всю дорогу, управляя авто одним пальцем на скорости 150км/час.
