Ana (9/5): Superb - The area was calm so we could sleep very well. And the owner Arnold was great. It was very clean, just as the photos and the bed was very comfortable. The location is a little out of the way from anything to see in Vienna, but it's pretty easy to get to the center with public transport.

Vladimir (1/5): Bad - None I usually review with high satisfaction, but this property was so bad that I had to leave it and book another one, despite I have already paid for this one . From very begging conversation with owner was incomplete. He haven't provided me with full check in codes, although he claims he did via Booking. False. I have got code for getting into house only, but not code for room entering. Haven't got internet pass neither. After arrival I had to make phone call to owner who provided me with code for entering room. Fine. Once I entered room I was so shocked, it was like small prison room with something looks like bed, just some strange madras almost on the floor. I immediately phoned owner and informed him that I am not going to stay, booked another apartment via Booking. Avoid this place!

Nguyễn (10/5): Exceptional - The facilities are new, clean, and well-equipped - excellent value for money. The host is nice and hospitable, providing detailed guidance and support. Even though it is not located in the city center, the nearby tram and bus station make it convenient to get around. Highly recommended this property.
