My daughter left her wallet in the room and a few hours after we checked-out Mehdi reported about it to me!🤗He's amazing! Domowa atmosfera, przytulne pokoje, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Lokalizacja w spokojnej okolicy i przemiły gospodarz oraz personel sprzątający!!! Moja córka zostawiła portfel w pokoju i kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu Mehdi mi o tym powiedział! 🤗 Jest niesamowity! The only problem was we had to leave so soon. 😉 Tylko to,że trzeba było wyjechać tak szybko. 😉

Mucho ruido en general, los huéspedes no respetan el descanso, aunque eso no es por supuesto una cuestión del establecimiento, son los huéspedes y su mala educación....
• Márton (10/5): - Közel van a belvároshoz, könnyű volt bejutni a szállásra, kényelmes az ágy. Pont elég méretű és hűvös a szoba. Csendes a környék. Meglepett, hogy volt törölköző a szobához, használhattuk az ottani tusfürdőt, sampont. Mivel közös a fürsőszoba, néha várni kellett párni percet.
• Thomas (3/5): Very disappointing - The bed was clean. The procedure for entering was complicated, involving a series of Whatsapp and phone exchanges with the owner. The tiny bedroom was far away from the shared toilet, so during the night it was necessary to go down some narrow stairs, through the kitchen and along the corridor. There had been no indication of all this when we booked. And the bathroom basin had no hot water.

• Zholobenko (10/5): - Everything was perfect. The owner is well-mannered and intelligent. We checked into a clean apartment. The bed smelled fresh, the bathroom was clean, and there were cleaning products and toiletries. The kitchen also had everything we needed: enough dishes, cutlery, spices, tea, and coffee. If you're only going for a couple of days, you won't have to buy small items, which can be a great deal. (I'd also like to mention one big plus: there was a market right next to the building, which is a great location, with a large supermarket nearby and the beach nearby.) We really liked everything. The price-quality ratio was simply top-notch. Thank you.

• Michalina (8/5): Nice object for your Malaga stay - + the location in a calm, residential area with closeness to the local market as well as the monastery- a quick pleasant walk down the city lets immerse into the old city center. + This adorable little house is build in a traditional andalusian style, with an inner courtyard in the middle + The room itself was very clean, as well as all of the common areas like bathroom and the kitchen- never lacking toilet paper, fresh bathroom rugs were put on the floor every day! + Kitchen is equipped and the cute inner courtyard provides with an amazing possibility of eating and sitting outside without leaving the calm object. +/- The walls between rooms are pretty thin, but during my stay every other tenant behaved very quiet, so that wasnt a problem. +Very convenient check- in, as I arrived late in the night. + Excellent contact with landlord, responding instantly and making the process very clear and quick. - our room had a strong smell of cigarette fumes, although smoking is not allowed in the object. Throuhout the whole 5- day stay we couldnt get rid of it, opening the window for the whole day, so even though the room was very clean, the towels and the sheets smelled really fresh, this was something that really gave a bad impression. - our bed was very squeaky, with every move we could hear the metal construction under the mattrace moving

• Daniel (8/5): Generally an ok option to stay in Málaga - Overall a nice place, and in Málaga's standards relatively good value for money rate (it's a really expensive city though). The host was generally nice Location is not very central (although not very far from the centre either, but a little uphill walk away). Room was not very spacious, but it's okay. There was only one bathroom and toilet for all guests. Auto check-in was a little overcomplicated for me, but eventually we got the codes, so everything was ok

• Diana (8/5): Bastante bien - Muy buena ubicación, y por el precio estaba muy bien. Todo muy ordenado y limpio, tanto la ropa de cama como las toallas. El personal me atendió muy amable por whatsapp para darme los códigos y te explica todo bien. No hice uso de la cocina ni del patio pero tienes la posibilidad de hacerlo. La habitación era pequeña y apenas te puedes mover por la habitación, pero por el precio y para una noche está bien si solo vas a dormir y ya. También el hecho de que solo haya un baño para tanta gente, tienes que hacer cola para usarlo jaja. Pero también va en la gente el saber que no te puedes tirar mas de media hora en el baño planchándote el pelo cuando hay más gente en la casa y lo necesita, no es cosa de la casa. Es verdad que se escucha todo, pero en mi estancia no tuve problema con eso.

Las paredes parecían de papel, la puerta no tenía pestillo, el baño y todo lo que no era la habitación era compartido con otros inquilinos, se escuchaba todo, la cama no era apenas cómoda y las almohadas menos. Sinceramente, para lo que cuesta es mejor cualquier otra cosa antes que esto. 0 intimidad.

• Daniela (5/5): Für eine Nacht aber nicht für länger! - Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einem bequemen Bett ausgestattet. Für eine Übernachtung zur Zwischenstation war es ausreichend. Die Unterkunft ist jedoch sehr klein, in der Umgebung war es bis spät in die Nacht laut und das Bad erreicht man nur über eine schmale Treppe. Für längere Aufenthalte eher weniger geeignet.

• Alena (9/5): - The room was quiet spacious with a comfortable bed. The house in general has its authenticity, I liked the big mirrors, tiles, patio. The location is OK, I used the public transport. It was noisy from the roads even with closed windows. I had no problems, but other quests struggled with check-in and getting codes. It's not automated, need to fill out the form in advance, later you'll get all codes.

• Lisa (1/5): - We had to leave in the middle of the night because other guests were doing bedroom activities and other stuff so loud that it got scary at some point. (crying, slapping, talking, moaning, loud music,...) We send voice messages to the host to confirm all the noises. When we asked for a refund, the host was not cooperative at all. We didn't want all our money back, but at least a small amount as an excuse for us being shelterless at night would have been nice. Also, the bathroom was dirty and smelly.

• CRISTINA (7/5): Cumplió su función - Después de ser ESTAFADA y robada en AYZ Hoteles donde los errores de su link de registro me dejaron en la CALLE cabreada y con un ataque df estrés y dolor de cabeza de verme en la calle y el día anterior tener q irme de Casa Salamanca por estar ubicado en un lugar de yonkies , y buscarme igualmente alojamiento con el poco dinero q me quedo me pareció un paraiso....un señor amable y un buen sitio a pesar de q para lo q cobran podrían invertir un poquito en mejoras en la habitación de arriba , así q para mí, cumplió su función Los mosquitos, la falta de gusto en los detalles o decoraciones muy básicas y un hexágono por habitación un poquito pequeño, la cama muy cómoda pero.....pudiera ser q la de la limpieza no cambiase las sábanas o quedó olor de otros inquilinos y alguna q otra mancha , el resto de la casa bien

• Manuel (1/5): Un armario de terror... - No puedo contar nada que me guste, nos intentaron cancelar a una hora de la fecha de entrada. La habitación era un armario reconvertido, el 90% de la habitación era la típica cama de 180x135 centímetros. Tiene aire acondicionado pero no te dan el mando, tenía un ventilador de techo que dudo que no se caiga en una semana... La habitación da a un patio interior con mucho ruido y necesitas la habitación abierta, si o si.... Un solo baño para 5 habitaciones... No me gustó nada y no volvería aunque me pagasen...

Un baño para 10 personas,un - Que me dieran a entender desde la oferta de booking que era una habitación amplia y con baño privado, y resultó ser un palomar donde solo cabía la cama y un armario empotrado donde el aire era un ventilador que no funcionaba y donde no corría el aire por mucho que abrieras la ventana por ser un trastero ,palomar acondicionado para que duerma quien caiga en la trampa. Si llego a saber que tengo que comparir baño con estraños si saber que higiene tienen habria pagado mas en otro alojamiento ya que ponia que tenia baño,no baño compartido. El cheking online y sin posibilidad de hablar con recepcion para cambio de habitacion al ver que no habia baño como ofertaban y siendobun zulo como habitacion,solo cabia la cama y era impisble estar alli de lo angustiante y calor que hacia.Muy lejos del centro y mal comunicado.
