Karina (1/5): Bad - Disappointing experience – no hot water and poor communication On the first night of our stay, we discovered there was no hot water. Unfortunately, it was already late, so we had no choice but to take cold showers. The next day, after we had already left the apartment, we contacted the property to report the issue. Shortly after, we were informed that the problem had been resolved. However, when we returned around 3 PM, nothing had changed – there was still no hot water. This led to a series of phone calls and messages with the host. After spending 3–4 hours in the apartment waiting for a solution, we were finally told that the issue might be fixed the next day, with no guarantees. In the end, we were forced to find alternative accommodation.

Loredana (8/5): Very good - The place was nice and comfortable, very good position. You can find everything you need, from kitchen tools to towels and hair dryer. Also very clean. Very close to markets. The restaurant from downstairs was great, with very good food and nice personel. We spoke before about early check in but when we arrived, with 1 hour before normal check in hour, we couldn't access the apartment. The host was nice enough to give us access but only after I wrote to him again. Also, on the day of our departure we asked of we could leave the luggage for 2-3 hours and it wasn't possible. Also, we had some problems with our internet connection.
Alesia (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and bright apartment.Great location with the restaurants and grocery store right at the building.The owner was very helpful and kind,responding my messages very fast. Very peaceful ,safe and quiet place!
Claus (9/5): Superb - Good communication with the owner ahead of and during stay. Room was quiet. Restaurant downstairs is all you need for a very nice and authentic italian food experience. Close to metro-station.

Nathanael (7/5): Good - Great location! Spacious unit with 2 bedrooms and self contained kitchen. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Middle of a heatwave and 1 of 2 aircon units didn't work, with the 2nd starting to break by end of stay. Hot water for shower didn't work the best either.

Elizabeth (10/5): A most beautiful holiday in Rome - The location i.s very central, few minutes away from Roma Termini, Santa Maria Maggiore and San Govanni Rotondo As for the apartment it is quite spacious, has everything you need and there are supermarket few metres away. I highly recomend it Nothing
