• Lekso (10/5): Best choice for apartments - The most perfect location in the city, nice terrace with a little pool. The apartment itself is absolutely good deal for 8-10 person with enough amenities. Highly reccomended. -
• Людмила (10/5): - Замечательное жилье, фото соответствует действительности. Всё необходимое есть. Хозяин отзывчивый и гостеприимный. На любые просьбы моментально реагировал. Предыдущие отрицательные отзывы считаю несправедливыми. Если есть в чем-то необходимость - сообщите хозяину, он всегда на связи и обязательно выполнит: крючки в ванной повешены, мусорные ведра поставлены, если что-то заканчивалось, он приносил. Если лифт не работает, а при нас этого не было, спросите у хозяина, он подскажет запасной вход на другой лифт. Все ситуации решаемы, спасибо хозяину за это. Просыпаться каждое утро с видом на Арарат и город, выпивать чашечку ароматного кофе на просторной террасе - стоит того , чтобы снять это жилье. Отдохнули замечательно, всем довольны. Рекомендуем. Для большой компании самое то - места хватит всем.
• Nadezhda (8/5): Отличный вариант для большой компании в Ереване. - Большая квартира для большой семьи или компании. 4 комнаты + гостиная, всем хватает места. Есть терраса с гамаком и небольшим бассейном с классным видом на Ереван. Заселились без присутствия хозяев, в удобное время, просто забрали ключи в боксе у подъезда, но хозяева были на связи, все хорошо. В одной их ванных нет ни одного крючка для полотенец, очень неудобно, что некуда повесить полотенца/одежду, когда идёшь в душ. И ещё ы ванных не хватает мусорных вёдер.

Prendre le petit-déjeuner au 12ème étage, sur la terrasse, en regardant cette montagne mythique, est simplement magique! Des souvenirs pour toute la vie, avec un appartement aux multiples fonctionnalités. Rien à redire, un lieu de résidence à Erevan à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte! Rien à signaler, rien à critiquer, rien à regretter!

We were 8 people the location was perfect and we decided to stay one more day it is perfect for 8 people. All room had single bed and not suitable for couples

• Movses (10/5): Could not wish for a better location and view - Fantastic location, and an amazing view from the huge penthouse balcony. When lucky, once can see Mt. Ararat beautifully from there. The facilities, while not super fancy, were very clean, and hosts, who live just below, were super helpful and communicative, quickly addressing any requests that we had. One has to walk two more flights of stairs after reaching the top floor via elevator. Nothing to do about it, just be prepared if traveling with heavy luggage.

Apartment was neat and clean . terrace available for group activities 🍻 🚬 🎶 🎸 few minutes to Republic square , Cascade & freedom square terrible part is , apartment located on 13 th floor of the building, and elevator available only till 11th floor , 2 floor you have to climb with your travel bags :( secondly the room sizes are very small .
