• ericka melissa (10/5): - todo relativamente, lo pense mucho para rentarlo por los comentarios que vi, pero en realidad en piso es lindo, grande, comodo, todo impecable, la atencion del personal a la hora que necesite ayuda..la ubicasion genial y la tranquilidad del barrio. por poner una pega!¡ una limpiada a los patios de adentro y todo seria perfecto...
• Margarita Lichkova (1/5): Necesitan una reforma urgente - Lo único que nos gustó fue la ubicación Los muebles están super desgastados y rotos, mucha suciedad y mal olor en los espacios que tienen como trasteros o pequeñas terrazas. Y hormigas por toda la cocina. La cocina era lamentable
• Pablo (1/5): El peor sitio que he estado en mi vida - Nada Muchas cosas, pero lo peor de todo, que no funcionaban los aires acondicionados y dijeron que mandaban a alguien y nunca lo mandaron. Todo roto, puertas, muebles, olía fatal… en resumen el peor sitio en el q he hemos estado nunca
• sofia beltran martos (1/5): - Absolutamente nada El estado deprobable en el que se encuentra la casa, patios llenos de excrementos de animal, la casa entera huele a humedad tan tan fuerte que si no abres todas las ventanas no se puede estar, puertas sin pomo, no funcionan los aires acondicionados y aquí pone que tienen y te dejan 2 ventiladores para 3 habitaciones, grifos descolgados, sillas rotas, muebles rotos, pone que tiene sofá cama y te sientas y te hundes y te clavas las maderas, cucarachas, y un largo etc. Nada mas entrar le mande fotos y videos a los dueños y se hicieron los locos diciendo que no entendían y no nos dieron ninguna solución al problema. Añadir que íbamos con 3 niños que ellos lo sabían y las condiciones eran insalubres por completo. Espero que nadie alquile este alojamiento y se lleve el disgusto que nos hemos tenido que llevar nosotros en este alojamiento si así se puede llamar claro...

• Laura (4/5): Que poco amor y dedicación de cuidado - El alojamiento estaba bien ubicado, y la estructura muy buena. Es una pena la dejadez del apartamento…, yo no leí las valoraciones porque me fijé en las fotos y en el precio y vaya tela! Las fotos son engañosas, son de cuando estrenarían el apartamento por que no tienen nada q ver. Ya está descrito todo lo que le pasa dentro… literalmente se deshacía a trozos. Antes de alquilarlo no cuesta nada arreglar esos retoques.
• Catherine (1/5): Deluxe? You spelt "mouldy" wrong - Fairly convenient location for Seville. Quite spacious. There was damp on nearly every wall and black mould in several parts of the property, to the point where it may be an actual health hazard. The worst is in the kitchen, where I found myself holding my breath to avoid breathing in spores. I had to wipe furry white mould out of one of the pans in order to use it on the first night. Had we been staying in Seville for more than two nights (or spending much time in the apartment), I would have requested a change of accommodation. Half of the lights didn't work. I messaged the host prior to arrival to ask about car access and got no response. In short, I don't know what Spanish vacation rental regulations are like, but this place needs to be shut down until they get the mould problem fixed.
